Psa 43:1 Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man. Psa 43:2 For thou art the God of my strength: why dost thou cast me off? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? Psa 43:2 For You are the God of my strength; why have You rejected me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy? Psa 43:2 ὅτι σὺ εἶ ὁ θεός κραταίωμά μου ἵνα τί ἀπώσω με καὶ ἵνα τί σκυθρωπάζων πορεύομαι ἐν τῷ ἐκθλίβειν τὸν ἐχθρόν μου
Psa 43:3 O send out thy light and thy truth: let them lead me; let them bring me unto thy holy hill, and to thy tabernacles. Psa 43:4 Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my exceeding joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise thee, O God my God. Psa 43:5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. Psa 44:2 How thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out. Psa 44:2 You with Your own hand drove out the nations; Then You planted them; You afflicted the peoples, Then You spread them abroad. Psa 44:2 ὁ θεός ἐν τοῖς ὠσὶν ἡμῶν ἠκούσαμεν οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν ἀνήγγειλαν ἡμῖν ἔργον ὃ εἰργάσω ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις αὐτῶν ἐν ἡμέραις ἀρχαίαις
Psa 44:3 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them. Psa 44:4 Thou art my King, O God: command deliverances for Jacob. Psa 44:4 You are my King, O God; Command victories for Jacob. Psa 44:4 οὐ γὰρ ἐν τῇ ῥομφαίᾳ αὐτῶν ἐκληρονόμησαν γῆν καὶ ὁ βραχίων αὐτῶν οὐκ ἔσωσεν αὐτούς ἀλλ᾽ ἡ δεξιά σου καὶ ὁ βραχίων σου καὶ ὁ φωτισμὸς τοῦ προσώπου σου ὅτι εὐδόκησας ἐν αὐτοῖς
Psa 44:5 Through thee will we push down our enemies: through thy name will we tread them under that rise up against us. Psa 44:5 Through You we will push back our adversaries; Through Your name we will trample down those who rise up against us. Psa 44:11 Thou hast given us like sheep appointed for meat; and hast scattered us among the heathen. Psa 44:11 You give us as sheep to be eaten And have scattered us among the nations. Psa 44:11 ἀπέστρεψας ἡμᾶς εἰς τὰ ὀπίσω παρὰ τοὺς ἐχθροὺς ἡμῶν καὶ οἱ μισοῦντες ἡμᾶς διήρπαζον ἑαυτοῖς
Psa 44:12 Thou sellest thy people for nought, and dost not increase thy wealth by their price. Psa 44:12 You sell Your people cheaply, And have not profited by their sale. Psa 44:12 ἔδωκας ἡμᾶς ὡς πρόβατα βρώσεως καὶ ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν διέσπειρας ἡμᾶς

Psa 44:14 Thou makest us a byword among the heathen, a shaking of the head among the people. Psa 44:14 You make us a byword among the nations, A laughingstock among the peoples. Psa 44:14 ἔθου ἡμᾶς ὄνειδος τοῖς γείτοσιν ἡμῶν μυκτηρισμὸν καὶ καταγέλωτα τοῖς κύκλῳ ἡμῶν
Psa 44:15 My confusion is continually before me, and the shame of my face hath covered me, Psa 44:15 All day long my dishonor is before me And my humiliation has overwhelmed me, Psa 44:15 ἔθου ἡμᾶς εἰς παραβολὴν ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν κίνησιν κεφαλῆς ἐν τοῖς λαοῖς
Psa 44:16 For the voice of him that reproacheth and blasphemeth; by reason of the enemy and avenger. Psa 44:17 All this is come upon us; yet have we not forgotten thee, neither have we dealt falsely in thy covenant. Psa 44:19 Though thou hast sore broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death. Psa 44:22 Yea, for thy sake are we killed all the day long; we are counted as sheep for the slaughter. Psa 44:22 But for Your sake we are killed all day long; We are considered as sheep to be slaughtered. Psa 44:22 οὐχὶ ὁ θεὸς ἐκζητήσει ταῦτα αὐτὸς γὰρ γινώσκει τὰ κρύφια τῆς καρδίας
Psa 44:23 Awake, why sleepest thou, O Lord? arise, cast us not off for ever. Psa 44:23 Arouse Yourself, why do You sleep, O Lord? Awake, do not reject us forever. Psa 44:23 ὅτι ἕνεκα σοῦ θανατούμεθα ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν ἐλογίσθημεν ὡς πρόβατα σφαγῆς

Psa 44:26 Arise for our help, and redeem us for thy mercies' sake. Psa 44:26 Rise up, be our help, And redeem us for the sake of Your lovingkindness. Psa 45 1 My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. Psa 45 2 Thou art fairer than the children of men: grace is poured into thy lips therefore God hath blessed thee for ever. Psa 45:3 Gird thy sword upon thy thigh, O most mighty, with thy glory and thy majesty. Psa 45:3 Gird Your sword on Your thigh, O Mighty One, In Your splendor and Your majesty! Psa 45:4 And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things. Psa 45:4 And in Your majesty ride on victoriously, For the cause of truth and meekness and righteousness; Let Your right hand teach You awesome things. Psa 45:5 Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies; whereby the people fall under thee. Psa 45:6 Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre. Psa 45:7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Psa 45:8 All thy garments smell of myrrh, and aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, whereby they have made thee glad. Psa 45:9 Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women: upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir. Psa 45:10 Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father's house; Psa 45:10 Listen, O daughter, give attention and incline your ear: Forget your people and your father's house; Psa 45:10 θυγατέρες βασιλέων ἐν τῇ τιμῇ σου παρέστη ἡ βασίλισσα ἐκ δεξιῶν σου ἐν ἱματισμῷ διαχρύσῳ περιβεβλημένη πεποικιλμένη
Psa 45:11 So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him. Psa 45:11 Then the King will desire your beauty. Because He is your Lord, bow down to Him. Psa 45:11 ἄκουσον θύγατερ καὶ ἰδὲ καὶ κλῖνον τὸ οὖς σου καὶ ἐπιλάθου τοῦ λαοῦ σου καὶ τοῦ οἴκου τοῦ πατρός σου
Psa 45:12 And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour. Psa 45:12 The daughter of Tyre will come with a gift; The rich among the people will seek your favor. Psa 45:12 ὅτι ἐπεθύμησεν ὁ βασιλεὺς τοῦ κάλλους σου ὅτι αὐτός ἐστιν ὁ κύριός σου
Psa 45:13 The king's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of wrought gold. Psa 45:13 The King's daughter is all glorious within; Her clothing is interwoven with gold. Psa 45:13 καὶ προσκυνήσουσιν αὐτῷ θυγατέρες Τύρου ἐν δώροις τὸ πρόσωπόν σου λιτανεύσουσιν οἱ πλούσιοι τοῦ λαοῦ
Psa 45:14 She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework: the virgins her companions that follow her shall be brought unto thee. Psa 45:17 I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever. Psa 46:3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
