Psalm 111
Psa 111:1 Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation. Psa 111:1 Praise the Lord! I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart, In the company of the upright and in the assembly. Psa 111:1 αλληλουια ἐξομολογήσομαί σοι κύριε ἐν ὅλῃ καρδίᾳ μου ἐν βουλῇ εὐθείων καὶ συναγωγῇ
Psa 111:2 The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein. Psa 111:2 Great are the works of the Lord; They are studied by all who delight in them. Psa 111:2 μεγάλα τὰ ἔργα κυρίου ἐξεζητημένα εἰς πάντα τὰ θελήματα αὐτοῦ
Psa 111:3 His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever. Psa 111:3 Splendid and majestic is His work, And His righteousness endures forever. Psa 111:3 ἐξομολόγησις καὶ μεγαλοπρέπεια τὸ ἔργον αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ δικαιοσύνη αὐτοῦ μένει εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα τοῦ αἰῶνος
Psa 111:4 He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion. Psa 111:4 He has made His wonders to be remembered; The Lord is gracious and compassionate. Psa 111:4 μνείαν ἐποιήσατο τῶν θαυμασίων αὐτοῦ ἐλεήμων καὶ οἰκτίρμων ὁ κύριος
Psa 111:5 He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant. Psa 111:5 He has given food to those who fear Him; He will remember His covenant forever. Psa 111:5 τροφὴν ἔδωκεν τοῖς φοβουμένοις αὐτόν μνησθήσεται εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα διαθήκης αὐτοῦ
Psa 111:6 He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen. Psa 111:6 He has made known to His people the power of His works, In giving them the heritage of the nations. Psa 111:6 ἰσχὺν ἔργων αὐτοῦ ἀνήγγειλεν τῷ λαῷ αὐτοῦ τοῦ δοῦναι αὐτοῖς κληρονομίαν ἐθνῶν
Psa 111:7 The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure. Psa 111:7 The works of His hands are truth and justice; All His precepts are sure. Psa 111:7 ἔργα χειρῶν αὐτοῦ ἀλήθεια καὶ κρίσις πισταὶ πᾶσαι αἱ ἐντολαὶ αὐτοῦ
Psa 111:8 They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness. Psa 111:8 They are upheld forever and ever; They are performed in truth and uprightness. Psa 111:8 ἐστηριγμέναι εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα τοῦ αἰῶνος πεποιημέναι ἐν ἀληθείᾳ καὶ εὐθύτητι
Psa 111 9 He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever holy and reverend is his name. Psa 111:9 He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever; Holy and awesome is His name. Psa 111:9 λύτρωσιν ἀπέστειλεν τῷ λαῷ αὐτοῦ ἐνετείλατο εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα διαθήκην αὐτοῦ ἅγιον καὶ φοβερὸν τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ
Psa 111 10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments his praise endureth for ever. Psa 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever. Psa 111:10 ἀρχὴ σοφίας φόβος κυρίου σύνεσις ἀγαθὴ πᾶσι τοῖς ποιοῦσιν αὐτήν ἡ αἴνεσις αὐτοῦ μένει εἰς τὸν αἰῶνα τοῦ αἰῶνος
