Links to all Books and Chapters Today's Date: ======= Leviticus 27:1 ============ Lev 27:1 Again, the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nasb) Lev 27:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,(kjv) Lev 27:1 Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:2 ============ Lev 27:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, 'When a man makes a difficult vow, he shall be valued according to your valuation of persons belonging to the Lord.(nasb) Lev 27:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by thy estimation.(kjv) Lev 27:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When a man consecrates by a vow certain persons to the Lord, according to your valuation,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:3 ============ Lev 27:3 If your valuation is of the male from twenty years even to sixty years old, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.(nasb) Lev 27:3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.(kjv) Lev 27:3 if your valuation is of a male from twenty years old up to sixty years old, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:4 ============ Lev 27:4 Or if it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.(nasb) Lev 27:4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.(kjv) Lev 27:4 If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:5 ============ Lev 27:5 If it be from five years even to twenty years old then your valuation for the male shall be twenty shekels and for the female ten shekels.(nasb) Lev 27:5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.(kjv) Lev 27:5 and if from five years old up to twenty years old, then your valuation for a male shall be twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:6 ============ Lev 27:6 But if they are from a month even up to five years old, then your valuation shall be five shekels of silver for the male, and for the female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.(nasb) Lev 27:6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.(kjv) Lev 27:6 and if from a month old up to five years old, then your valuation for a male shall be five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:7 ============ Lev 27:7 If they are from sixty years old and upward, if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.(nasb) Lev 27:7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.(kjv) Lev 27:7 and if from sixty years old and above, if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:8 ============ Lev 27:8 But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be placed before the priest and the priest shall value him; according to the means of the one who vowed, the priest shall value him.(nasb) Lev 27:8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.(kjv) Lev 27:8 But if he is too poor to pay your valuation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall set a value for him; according to the ability of him who vowed, the priest shall value him.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:9 ============ Lev 27:9 'Now if it is an animal of the kind which men can present as an offering to the Lord, any such that one gives to the Lord shall be holy.(nasb) Lev 27:9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the LORD, all that any man giveth of such unto the LORD shall be holy.(kjv) Lev 27:9 'If it is an animal that men may bring as an offering to the Lord, all that anyone gives to the Lord shall be holy.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:10 ============ Lev 27:10 He shall not replace it or exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; or if he does exchange animal for animal, then both it and its substitute shall become holy.(nasb) Lev 27:10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.(kjv) Lev 27:10 He shall not substitute it or exchange it, good for bad or bad for good; and if he at all exchanges animal for animal, then both it and the one exchanged for it shall be holy.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:11 ============ Lev 27:11 If, however, it is any unclean animal of the kind which men do not present as an offering to the Lord, then he shall place the animal before the priest.(nasb) Lev 27:11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:(kjv) Lev 27:11 If it is an unclean animal which they do not offer as a sacrifice to the Lord, then he shall present the animal before the priest;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:12 ============ Lev 27:12 The priest shall value it as either good or bad; as you, the priest, value it, so it shall be.(nasb) Lev 27:12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.(kjv) Lev 27:12 and the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as you, the priest, value it, so it shall be.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:13 ============ Lev 27:13 But if he should ever wish to redeem it, then he shall add one-fifth of it to your valuation.(nasb) Lev 27:13 But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.(kjv) Lev 27:13 But if he wants at all to redeem it, then he must add one-fifth to your valuation.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:14 ============ Lev 27:14 'Now if a man consecrates his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest shall value it as either good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.(nasb) Lev 27:14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.(kjv) Lev 27:14 'And when a man dedicates his house to be holy to the Lord, then the priest shall set a value for it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:15 ============ Lev 27:15 Yet if the one who consecrates it should wish to redeem his house, then he shall add one-fifth of your valuation price to it, so that it may be his.(nasb) Lev 27:15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.(kjv) Lev 27:15 If he who dedicated it wants to redeem his house, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:16 ============ Lev 27:16 'Again, if a man consecrates to the Lord part of the fields of his own property, then your valuation shall be proportionate to the seed needed for it: a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.(nasb) Lev 27:16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.(kjv) Lev 27:16 'If a man dedicates to the Lord part of a field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. A homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:17 ============ Lev 27:17 If he consecrates his field as of the year of jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.(nasb) Lev 27:17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.(kjv) Lev 27:17 If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:18 ============ Lev 27:18 If he consecrates his field after the jubilee, however, then the priest shall calculate the price for him proportionate to the years that are left until the year of jubilee; and it shall be deducted from your valuation.(nasb) Lev 27:18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.(kjv) Lev 27:18 But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money due according to the years that remain till the Year of Jubilee, and it shall be deducted from your valuation.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:19 ============ Lev 27:19 If the one who consecrates it should ever wish to redeem the field, then he shall add one-fifth of your valuation price to it, so that it may pass to him.(nasb) Lev 27:19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.(kjv) Lev 27:19 And if he who dedicates the field ever wishes to redeem it, then he must add one-fifth of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall belong to him.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:20 ============ Lev 27:20 Yet if he will not redeem the field, but has sold the field to another man, it may no longer be redeemed;(nasb) Lev 27:20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.(kjv) Lev 27:20 But if he does not want to redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed anymore;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:21 ============ Lev 27:21 and when it reverts in the jubilee, the field shall be holy to the Lord, like a field set apart; it shall be for the priest as his property.(nasb) Lev 27:21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest's.(kjv) Lev 27:21 but the field, when it is released in the Jubilee, shall be holy to the Lord, as a devoted field; it shall be the possession of the priest.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:22 ============ Lev 27:22 Or if he consecrates to the Lord a field which he has bought, which is not a part of the field of his own property,(nasb) Lev 27:22 And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;(kjv) Lev 27:22 And if a man dedicates to the Lord a field which he has bought, which is not the field of his possession,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:23 ============ Lev 27:23 then the priest shall calculate for him the amount of your valuation up to the year of jubilee; and he shall on that day give your valuation as holy to the Lord.(nasb) Lev 27:23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.(kjv) Lev 27:23 then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation, up to the Year of Jubilee, and he shall give your valuation on that day as a holy offering to the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:24 ============ Lev 27:24 In the year of jubilee the field shall return to the one from whom he bought it, to whom the possession of the land belongs.(nasb) Lev 27:24 In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.(kjv) Lev 27:24 In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, to the one who owned the land as a possession.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 27:25 ============ Lev 27:25 Every valuation of yours, moreover, shall be after the shekel of the sanctuary.
