Then I will enter into judgment with them there On behalf of My people and My inheritance, Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; And they have divided up My land. Are you rendering Me a recompense? But if you do recompense Me, swiftly and speedily I will return your recompense on your head. (nasb) Joe 3:4 Yea, and what have ye to do with me, O Tyre, and Zidon, and all the coasts of Palestine? will ye render me a recompence? and if ye recompense me, swiftly and speedily will I return your recompence upon your own head;(kjv) Joe 3:4 "Indeed, what have you to do with Me, O Tyre and Sidon, and all the coasts of Philistia? Will you retaliate against Me? But if you retaliate against Me, Swiftly and speedily I will return your retaliation upon your own head;(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:5 ============ Joe 3:5 Since you have taken My silver and My gold, brought My precious treasures to your temples, (nasb) Joe 3:5 Because ye have taken my silver and my gold, and have carried into your temples my goodly pleasant things:(kjv) Joe 3:5 Because you have taken My silver and My gold, And have carried into your temples My prized possessions.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:6 ============ Joe 3:6 and sold the sons of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks in order to remove them far from their territory, (nasb) Joe 3:6 The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border.(kjv) Joe 3:6 Also the people of Judah and the people of Jerusalem You have sold to the Greeks, That you may remove them far from their borders.(nkjv) ======= Joel 3:7 ============ Joe 3:7 behold, I am going to arouse them from the place where you have sold them, and return your recompense on your head. But the Lord is a refuge for His people And a stronghold to the sons of Israel. So Jerusalem will be holy, And strangers will pass through it no more.
