(nasb) Jn 16:1 These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.(kjv) Jn 16:1 "These things I have spoken to you, that you should not be made to stumble.(nkjv) ======= John 16:2 ============ Jn 16:2 They will make you outcasts from the synagogue, but an hour is coming for everyone who kills you to think that he is offering service to God. (nasb) Jn 16:2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.(kjv) Jn 16:2 They will put you out of the synagogues; yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service.(nkjv) ======= John 16:3 ============ Jn 16:3 These things they will do because they have not known the Father or Me.
