And Samson said to his father, "Get her for me, for she pleases me well."(NKJV) Jdg 14:3 Sein Vater und sein Mutter sprachen zu ihm: Ist denn nun kein Weib unter den Töchtern deiner Brüder und in allem deinem Volk, daß du hingehst und nimmst ein Weib bei den Philistern, die unbeschnitten sind? Simson sprach zu seinem Vater: Gib mir diese; denn sie gefällt meinen Augen.(DE) Richtere 14:3 Maar zijn vader zeide tot hem, mitsgaders zijn moeder: Is er geen vrouw onder de dochteren uwer broeders, en onder al mijn volk, dat gij heengaat, om een vrouw te nemen van de Filistijnen, die onbesnedenen? And Samson sayd vnto his father, Giue mee her, for she pleaseth me wel.(GB-Geneva) ======= Judges 14:4 ============ Jdg 14:4 But his father and mother did not know that it was of the Lord--that He was seeking an occasion to move against the Philistines. For at that time the Philistines had dominion over Israel.(NKJV) Jdg 14:4 Aber sein Vater und seine Mutter wußten nicht, daß es von dem HERRN wäre; denn er suchte Ursache wider die Philister. Und als sie kamen an die Weinberge zu Thimnath, siehe, da kam ein junger Löwe brüllend ihm entgegen.(DE) Richtere 14:5 Alzo ging Simson, met zijn vader en zijn moeder, henen af naar Thimnath. Als zij nu kwamen tot aan de wijngaarden van Thimnath, ziet daar, een jonge leeuw, brullende hem tegemoet.(NL) Judges 14:5 Niin Simson meni isänsä ja äitinsä kanssa alas Timnatiin, ja he tulivat Timnatin viinamäkein tykö, ja katso, nuori jalopeura tuli kiljuin häntä vastaan.(FI) Jdg 14:5 Descendit itaque Samson cum patre suo et matre in Thamnatha. But he did not tell his father or his mother what he had done.(NKJV) Jdg 14:6 Und der Geist des HERRN geriet über ihn, und er zerriß ihn, wie man ein Böcklein zerreißt, und hatte doch gar nichts in seiner Hand. And behold, a swarm of bees and honey were in the carcass of the lion.(NKJV) Jdg 14:8 Und nach etlichen Tagen kam er wieder, daß er sie nähme; und trat aus dem Wege, daß er das Aas des Löwen besähe. Siehe, da war ein Bienenschwarm in dem Leibe des Löwen und Honig.(DE) Richtere 14:8 En na sommige dagen kwam hij weder, om haar te nemen; toen week hij af, om het aas van de leeuw te bezien, en ziet, een bijenzwerm was in het lichaam van den leeuw, met honig.(NL) Judges 14:8 Ja muutamain päiväin perästä tuli hän jälleen ottamaan häntä, ja poikkesi tieltä katsomaan jalopeuran raatoa, ja katso, kimalaispesä oli jalopeuran raadossa ja hunajaa.(FI) Jdg 14:8 Et post aliquot dies revertens ut acciperet eam, declinavit ut videret cadaver leonis, et ecce examen apum in ore leonis erat ac favus mellis.(Latin) Jdg 14:8 καὶ ὑπέστρεψεν μεθ᾽ ἡμέρας λαβεῖν αὐτὴν καὶ ἐξέκλινεν ἰδεῖν τὸ πτῶμα τοῦ λέοντος καὶ ἰδοὺ συναγωγὴ μελισσῶν ἐν τῷ στόματι τοῦ λέοντος καὶ μέλι(GR-lxx) Judges 14:8 And within a fewe dayes, when he returned to receiue her, he went aside to see the karkeis of the Lion: and behold, there was a swarme of bees, and hony in the body of the Lyon.(GB-Geneva) ======= Judges 14:9 ============ Jdg 14:9 He took some of it in his hands and went along, eating. When he came to his father and mother, he gave some to them, and they also ate. But he did not tell them that he had taken the honey out of the carcass of the lion.(NKJV) Jdg 14:9 Und er nahm ihn in seine Hand und aß davon unterwegs und ging zu seinem Vater und zu seiner Mutter und gab ihnen, daß sie auch aßen. If you can correctly solve and explain it to me within the seven days of the feast, then I will give you thirty linen garments and thirty changes of clothing.(NKJV) Jdg 14:12 Simson aber sprach zu ihnen: Ich will euch ein Rätsel aufgeben. Wenn ihr mir das erratet und trefft diese sieben Tage der Hochzeit, so will ich euch dreißig Hemden geben und dreißig Feierkleider.(DE) Richtere 14:12 Simson dan zeide tot hen: Ik zal nu ulieden een raadsel te raden geven; indien gij mij dat in de zeven dagen dezer bruiloft wel zult verklaren en uitvinden, zo zal ik ulieden geven dertig fijne lijnwaadsklederen, en dertig wisselklederen.(NL) Judges 14:12 Mutta Simson sanoi heille: minä panen teidän eteenne arvoituksen, jos sen minulle seitsemänä hääpäivänä oikein selitätte ja arvaatte, niin minä annan teille kolmekymmentä paitaa ja kolmekymmentä vaatekertaa.(FI) Jdg 14:12 Quibus locutus est Samson: Proponam vobis problema: quod si solveritis mihi intra septem dies convivii, dabo vobis triginta sindones, et totidem tunicas:(Latin) Jdg 14:12 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς Σαμψων πρόβλημα ὑμῖν προβάλλομαι ἐὰν ἀπαγγέλλοντες ἀπαγγείλητε αὐτὸ ἐν ταῖς ἑπτὰ ἡμέραις τοῦ πότου καὶ εὕρητε δώσω ὑμῖν τριάκοντα σινδόνας καὶ τριάκοντα στολὰς ἱματίων(GR-lxx) Judges 14:12 Then Samson sayd vnto them, I will nowe put forth a riddle vnto you: and if you can declare it me within seuen dayes of the feast, and finde it out, I will giue you thirty sheetes, and thirtie change of garments.(GB-Geneva) ======= Judges 14:13 ============ Jdg 14:13 But if you cannot explain it to me, then you shall give me thirty linen garments and thirty changes of clothing." And they said to him, "Pose your riddle, that we may hear it."(NKJV) Jdg 14:13 Könnt ihrs aber nicht erraten, so sollt ihr mir dreißig Hemden und dreißig Feierkleider geben. Und sie sprachen zu ihm: Gib dein Rätsel auf; laß uns hören!(DE) Richtere 14:13 En indien gij het mij niet zult kunnen verklaren, zo zult gijlieden mij geven dertig fijne lijnwaadsklederen, en dertig wisselklederen. En zij zeiden tot hem: Geef uw raadsel te raden, en laat het ons horen.(NL) Judges 14:13 Mutta jollette taida sitä selittää minulle, niin teidän pitää antaman minulle kolmekymmentä paitaa ja kolmekymmentä vaatekertaa. Qui responderunt ei: Propone problema, ut audiamus.(Latin) Jdg 14:13 καὶ ἐὰν μὴ δύνησθε ἀπαγγεῖλαί μοι δώσετε ὑμεῖς ἐμοὶ τριάκοντα ὀθόνια καὶ τριάκοντα ἀλλασσομένας στολὰς ἱματίων καὶ εἶπαν αὐτῷ προβαλοῦ τὸ πρόβλημα καὶ ἀκουσόμεθα αὐτό(GR-lxx) Judges 14:13 But if you cannot declare it mee, then shall yee giue mee thirty sheetes and thirtie change of garments; they answered him, Put forth thy riddle, that we may heare it.(GB-Geneva) ======= Judges 14:14 ============ Jdg 14:14 So he said to them: "Out of the eater came something to eat, And out of the strong came something sweet." Now for three days they could not explain the riddle.(NKJV) Jdg 14:14 Er sprach zu ihnen: Speise ging von dem Fresser und Süßigkeit von dem Starken. Und sie konnten in drei Tagen das Rätsel nicht erraten.(DE) Richtere 14:14 En hij zeide tot hen: Spijze ging uit van den eter, en zoetigheid ging uit van de sterke. En zij konden dat raadsel in drie dagen niet verklaren.(NL) Judges 14:14 Ja hän sanoi heille: ruoka läksi syömäristä ja makeus väkevästä. Ja ei he taitaneet kolmena päivänä arvoitusta selittää.(FI) Jdg 14:14 Dixitque eis: [De comedente exivit cibus, et de forti egressa est dulcedo.] Nec potuerunt per tres dies propositionem solvere.(Latin) Jdg 14:14 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς τί βρωτὸν ἐξῆλθεν ἐκ βιβρώσκοντος καὶ ἀπὸ ἰσχυροῦ γλυκύ καὶ οὐκ ἠδύναντο ἀπαγγεῖλαι τὸ πρόβλημα ἐπὶ τρεῖς ἡμέρας(GR-lxx) Judges 14:14 And he sayd vnto them, Out of the eater came meate, and out of the strong came sweetenesse: and they could not in three dayes expound the riddle.(GB-Geneva) ======= Judges 14:15 ============ Jdg 14:15 But it came to pass on the seventh day that they said to Samson's wife, "Entice your husband, that he may explain the riddle to us, or else we will burn you and your father's house with fire. Have you invited us in order to take what is ours? Is that not so?"(NKJV) Jdg 14:15 Am siebenten Tage sprachen sie zu Simsons Weibe: Überrede deinen Mann, daß er uns sage das Rätsel, oder wir werden dich und deines Vaters Haus mit Feuer verbrennen. Habt ihr uns hierher geladen, daß ihr uns arm macht? Oder nicht?(DE) Richtere 14:15 Daarna geschiedde het op den zevenden dag, dat zij tot de huisvrouw van Simson zeiden: Overreed uw man, dat hij ons dat raadsel verklare, opdat wij niet misschien u, en het huis uws vaders, met vuur verbranden. Hebt gijlieden ons genodigd, om het onze te bezitten; is het zo niet?(NL) Judges 14:15 Ja seitsemäntenä päivänä puhuivat he Simsonin emännälle: houkuttele miestäs ilmoittamaan meille arvoitusta, taikka me poltamme sinun ja sinun isäs huoneen tulella.
