'For they have all been delivered to death, To the depths of the earth, Among the children of men who go down to the Pit.'(NKJV) Ezek.31:14 auf daß sich forthin kein Baum am Wasser seiner Höhe überhebe, daß sein Wipfel unter großen, dichten Zweigen stehe, und kein Baum am Wasser sich erhebe über die andern; denn sie müssen alle unter die Erde und dem Tod übergeben werden wie andere Menschen, die in die Grube fahren.(DE) Ezechiël 31:14 Opdat zich geen waterrijke bomen verheffen over hun stam, en hun top niet opsteken boven het midden der dichte takken, en geen bomen, die water drinken, op zichzelven staan vanwege hun hoogte; want zij zijn allen overgegeven ter dood, tot het onderste der aarde, in het midden der mensenkinderen, tot degenen, die in den kuil nederdalen.(NL) Ezekiel 31:14 Ettei enään yksikään puu veden tykönä iso olisi korkeudestansa, eikä sen latva seisoisi korkiana suurten paksuin oksain seassa, ja ettei yksikään puu veden tykönä tekisi itsiänsä suuremmaksi muita; sillä heidän kaikkein pitää maan alle ja kuolemalle annetuksi tuleman, niinkuin muutkin ihmiset, jotka kuoppaan menevät.(FI) Eze 31:14 Quam ob rem non elevabuntur in altitudine sua omnia ligna aquarum, nec ponent sublimitatem suam inter nemorosa atque frondosa, nec stabunt in sublimitate sua omnia quæ irrigantur aquis: quia omnes traditi sunt in mortem ad terram ultimam, in medio filiorum hominum, ad eos qui descendunt in lacum.(Latin) Eze 31:14 ὅπως μὴ ὑψωθῶσιν ἐν τῷ μεγέθει αὐτῶν πάντα τὰ ξύλα τὰ ἐν τῷ ὕδατι καὶ οὐκ ἔδωκαν τὴν ἀρχὴν αὐτῶν εἰς μέσον νεφελῶν καὶ οὐκ ἔστησαν ἐν τῷ ὕψει αὐτῶν πρὸς αὐτὰ πάντες οἱ πίνοντες ὕδωρ πάντες ἐδόθησαν εἰς θάνατον εἰς γῆς βάθος ἐν μέσῳ υἱῶν ἀνθρώπων πρὸς καταβαίνοντας εἰς βόθρον(GR-lxx) Ezekiel 31:14 So that none of all the trees by the waters shalbe exalted by their height, neither shall shoote vp their toppe among the thicke boughes, neither shall their leaues stand vp in their height, which drinke so much water: for they are all deliuered vnto death in the nether partes of the earth in the middes of the children of men among them that goe downe to the pit.(GB-Geneva) ======= Ezekiel 31:15 ============ Eze 31:15 "Thus says the Lord God: 'In the day when it went down to hell, I caused mourning.
