Il arriva à Beer-Schéba, qui appartient à Juda, et il y laissa son serviteur.(F) 1Ki 19:3 Da er das sah, machte er sich auf und ging hin um seines Lebens willen und kam gen Beer-Seba in Juda und ließ seinen Diener daselbst.(D) 1Ki 19:3 καὶ ἐφοβήθη Ηλιου καὶ ἀνέστη καὶ ἀπῆλθεν κατὰ τὴν ψυχὴν ἑαυτοῦ καὶ ἔρχεται εἰς Βηρσαβεε τὴν Ιουδα καὶ ἀφῆκεν τὸ παιδάριον αὐτοῦ ἐκεῖ(lxx) 1Ki 19:3 And when he saw that, he arose and ran for his life, and went to Beersheba, which belongs to Judah, and left his servant there.(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:4 ============ 1Ki 19:4 But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree; and he requested for himself that he might die, and said, "It is enough; now, O Lord, take my life, for I am not better than my fathers."(nasb) 1Ki 19:4 et perrexit in desertum, viam unius diei. Cumque venisset, et sederet subter unam juniperum, petivit animæ suæ ut moreretur, et ait: Sufficit mihi, Domine: tolle animam meam: neque enim melior sum quam patres mei.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:4 Y él se fue por el desierto un día de camino, y vino y se sentó debajo de un enebro; y deseando morirse, dijo: Baste ya, oh Jehová, quítame la vida; pues no [soy] yo mejor que mis padres.(E) 1 Rois 19:4 Pour lui, il alla dans le désert où, après une journée de marche, il s'assit sous un genêt, et demanda la mort, en disant: C'est assez! And he prayed that he might die, and said, "It is enough! Now, Lord, take my life, for I am no better than my fathers!"(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:5 ============ 1Ki 19:5 He lay down and slept under a juniper tree; and behold, there was an angel touching him, and he said to him, "Arise, eat."(nasb) 1Ki 19:5 Projecitque se, et obdormivit in umbra juniperi: et ecce angelus Domini tetigit eum, et dixit illi: Surge, et comede.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:5 Y echándose debajo del enebro, se quedó dormido. Und da er gegessen und getrunken hatte, legte er sich wieder schlafen.(D) 1Ki 19:6 καὶ ἐπέβλεψεν Ηλιου καὶ ἰδοὺ πρὸς κεφαλῆς αὐτοῦ ἐγκρυφίας ὀλυρίτης καὶ καψάκης ὕδατος καὶ ἀνέστη καὶ ἔφαγεν καὶ ἔπιεν καὶ ἐπιστρέψας ἐκοιμήθη(lxx) 1Ki 19:6 Then he looked, and there by his head was a cake baked on coals, and a jar of water. So he ate and drank, and lay down again.(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:7 ============ 1Ki 19:7 The angel of the Lord came again a second time and touched him and said, "Arise, eat, because the journey is too great for you."(nasb) 1Ki 19:7 Reversusque est angelus Domini secundo, et tetigit eum, dixitque illi: Surge, comede: grandis enim tibi restat via.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:7 Y volviendo el ángel de Jehová la segunda vez, le tocó y le dijo: Levántate y come, porque la jornada es muy grande para ti.(E) 1 Rois 19:7 L'ange de l'Eternel vint une seconde fois, le toucha, et dit: Lève-toi, mange, car le chemin est trop long pour toi.(F) 1Ki 19:7 Und der Engel des HERRN kam zum andernmal wieder und rührte ihn an und sprach: Steh auf und iß! denn du hast einen großen Weg vor dir.(D) 1Ki 19:7 καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν ὁ ἄγγελος κυρίου ἐκ δευτέρου καὶ ἥψατο αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ἀνάστα φάγε ὅτι πολλὴ ἀπὸ σοῦ ἡ ὁδός(lxx) 1Ki 19:7 And the angel of the Lord came back the second time, and touched him, and said, "Arise and eat, because the journey is too great for you."(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:8 ============ 1Ki 19:8 So he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights to Horeb, the mountain of God.(nasb) 1Ki 19:8 Qui cum surrexisset, comedit et bibit, et ambulavit in fortitudine cibi illius quadraginta diebus et quadraginta noctibus usque ad montem Dei Horeb.~(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:8 Se levantó, pues, y comió y bebió; y con la fortaleza de aquella comida caminó cuarenta días y cuarenta noches, hasta el monte de Dios, Horeb.(E) 1 Rois 19:8 Il se leva, mangea et but; et avec la force que lui donna cette nourriture, il marcha quarante jours et quarante nuits jusqu'à la montagne de Dieu, à Horeb.(F) 1Ki 19:8 Er stand auf und aß und trank und ging durch die Kraft derselben Speise vierzig Tage und vierzig Nächte bis an den Berg Gottes Horeb(D) 1Ki 19:8 καὶ ἀνέστη καὶ ἔφαγεν καὶ ἔπιεν καὶ ἐπορεύθη ἐν τῇ ἰσχύι τῆς βρώσεως ἐκείνης τεσσαράκοντα ἡμέρας καὶ τεσσαράκοντα νύκτας ἕως ὄρους Χωρηβ(lxx) 1Ki 19:8 So he arose, and ate and drank; and he went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights as far as Horeb, the mountain of God.(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:9 ============ 1Ki 19:9 Then he came there to a cave and lodged there; and behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and He said to him, "What are you doing here, Elijah?"(nasb) 1Ki 19:9 Cumque venisset illuc, mansit in spelunca: et ecce sermo Domini ad eum, dixitque illi: Quid hic agis, Elia?(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:9 Y allí se metió en una cueva, donde pasó la noche. Et voici, la parole de l'Eternel lui fut adressée, en ces mots: Que fais-tu ici, Elie?(F) 1Ki 19:9 und kam daselbst in eine Höhle und blieb daselbst über Nacht. Und siehe, das Wort des HERRN kam zu ihm und sprach zu ihm: Was machst du hier, Elia?(D) 1Ki 19:9 καὶ εἰσῆλθεν ἐκεῖ εἰς τὸ σπήλαιον καὶ κατέλυσεν ἐκεῖ καὶ ἰδοὺ ῥῆμα κυρίου πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ εἶπεν τί σὺ ἐνταῦθα Ηλιου(lxx) 1Ki 19:9 And there he went into a cave, and spent the night in that place; and behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and He said to him, "What are you doing here, Elijah?"(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:10 ============ 1Ki 19:10 He said, "I have been very zealous for the Lord, the God of hosts; for the sons of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, torn down Your altars and killed Your prophets with the sword. And I alone am left; and they seek my life, to take it away."(nasb) 1Ki 19:10 At ille respondit: Zelo zelatus sum pro Domino Deo exercituum, quia dereliquerunt pactum tuum filii Israël: altaria tua destruxerunt, prophetas tuos occiderunt gladio, derelictus sum ego solus, et quærunt animam meam ut auferant eam.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:10 Y él respondió: He sentido un vivo celo por Jehová Dios de los ejércitos; porque los hijos de Israel han dejado tu pacto, han derribado tus altares, y han matado a espada a tus profetas: y sólo yo he quedado, y me buscan para quitarme la vida.(E) 1 Rois 19:10 Il répondit: J'ai déployé mon zèle pour l'Eternel, le Dieu des armées; car les enfants d'Israël ont abandonné ton alliance, ils ont renversé tes autels, et ils ont tué par l'épée tes prophètes; je suis resté, moi seul, et ils cherchent à m'ôter la vie.(F) 1Ki 19:10 Er sprach: Ich habe geeifert um den HERRN, den Gott Zebaoth; denn die Kinder Israel haben deinen Bund verlassen und deine Altäre zerbrochen und deine Propheten mit dem Schwert erwürgt, und ich bin allein übriggeblieben, und sie stehen darnach, daß sie mir mein Leben nehmen.(D) 1Ki 19:10 καὶ εἶπεν Ηλιου ζηλῶν ἐζήλωκα τῷ κυρίῳ παντοκράτορι ὅτι ἐγκατέλιπόν σε οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τὰ θυσιαστήριά σου κατέσκαψαν καὶ τοὺς προφήτας σου ἀπέκτειναν ἐν ῥομφαίᾳ καὶ ὑπολέλειμμαι ἐγὼ μονώτατος καὶ ζητοῦσι τὴν ψυχήν μου λαβεῖν αὐτήν(lxx) 1Ki 19:10 So he said, "I have been very zealous for the Lord God of hosts; for the children of Israel have forsaken Your covenant, torn down Your altars, and killed Your prophets with the sword. I alone am left; and they seek to take my life."(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:11 ============ 1Ki 19:11 So He said, "Go forth and stand on the mountain before the Lord." And behold, the Lord was passing by! And a great and strong wind was rending the mountains and breaking in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.(nasb) 1Ki 19:11 Et ait ei: Egredere, et sta in monte coram Domino: et ecce Dominus transit. Et spiritus grandis et fortis subvertens montes, et conterens petras, ante Dominum: non in spiritu Dominus. Et post spiritum commotio: non in commotione Dominus.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:11 Y él le dijo: Sal fuera, y ponte en el monte delante de Jehová. Y he aquí Jehová que pasaba, y un grande y poderoso viento que rompía los montes, y quebraba las peñas delante de Jehová; [pero] Jehová no [estaba] en el viento. Y tras el viento un terremoto; [pero] Jehová no [estaba] en el terremoto.(E) 1 Rois 19:11 L'Eternel dit: Sors, et tiens-toi dans la montagne devant l'Eternel! Et voici, l'Eternel passa. Et devant l'Eternel, il y eut un vent fort et violent qui déchirait les montagnes et brisait les rochers: l'Eternel n'était pas dans le vent. Et après le vent, ce fut un tremblement de terre: l'Eternel n'était pas dans le tremblement de terre.(F) 1Ki 19:11 Er sprach: Gehe heraus und tritt auf den Berg vor den HERRN! Und siehe, der HERR ging vorüber und ein großer, starker Wind, der die Berge zerriß und die Felsen zerbrach, vor dem HERRN her; der HERR war aber nicht im Winde. Nach dem Winde aber kam ein Erdbeben; aber der HERR war nicht im Erdbeben.(D) 1Ki 19:11 καὶ εἶπεν ἐξελεύσῃ αὔριον καὶ στήσῃ ἐνώπιον κυρίου ἐν τῷ ὄρει ἰδοὺ παρελεύσεται κύριος καὶ πνεῦμα μέγα κραταιὸν διαλῦον ὄρη καὶ συντρῖβον πέτρας ἐνώπιον κυρίου οὐκ ἐν τῷ πνεύματι κύριος καὶ μετὰ τὸ πνεῦμα συσσεισμός οὐκ ἐν τῷ συσσεισμῷ κύριος(lxx) 1Ki 19:11 Then He said, "Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord." And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake;(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:12 ============ 1Ki 19:12 After the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a sound of a gentle blowing.(nasb) 1Ki 19:12 Et post commotionem ignis: non in igne Dominus. Et post ignem sibilus auræ tenuis.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:12 Y tras el terremoto un fuego; [pero] Jehová no [estaba] en el fuego. Und nach dem Feuer kam ein stilles, sanftes Sausen.(D) 1Ki 19:12 καὶ μετὰ τὸν συσσεισμὸν πῦρ οὐκ ἐν τῷ πυρὶ κύριος καὶ μετὰ τὸ πῦρ φωνὴ αὔρας λεπτῆς κἀκεῖ κύριος(lxx) 1Ki 19:12 and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice.(nkjv) ======= 1 Kings 19:13 ============ 1Ki 19:13 When Elijah heard it, he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. And behold, a voice came to him and said, "What are you doing here, Elijah?"(nasb) 1Ki 19:13 Quod cum audisset Elias, operuit vultum suum pallio, et egressus stetit in ostio speluncæ. Then he arose and followed Elijah and ministered to him.(nasb) 1Ki 19:21 Reversus autem ab eo, tulit par boum, et mactavit illud, et in aratro boum coxit carnes, et dedit populo, et comederunt: consurgensque abiit, et secutus est Eliam, et ministrabat ei.(vulgate) 1 Reyes 19:21 Y se volvió de en pos de él, y tomó un par de bueyes, y los mató, y con el arado de los bueyes coció la carne de éstos, y la dio al pueblo y ellos comieron.
