Today's Date: ======= Zechariah 8:1 ============ Zec 8:1 Then the word of the Lord of hosts came, saying,(nasb) Zec 8:1 Et factum est verbum Domini exercituum, dicens:(vulgate) Zacarías 8:1 Y vino [a mí] palabra de Jehová de los ejércitos, diciendo:(E) Zacharie 8:1 La parole de l'Eternel des armées se révéla, en ces mots:(F) Zec 8:1 Und des HERRN Wort geschah zu mir und sprach:(D) Zec 8:1 καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου παντοκράτορος λέγων(lxx) Zec 8:1 Again the word of the Lord of hosts came, saying,(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:2 ============ Zec 8:2 "Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'I am exceedingly jealous for Zion, yes, with great wrath I am jealous for her.'(nasb) Zec 8:2 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Zelatus sum Sion zelo magno, et indignatione magna zelatus sum eam.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:2 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Yo he celado a Sión con grande celo, y con grande ira la celé.(E) Zacharie 8:2 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Je suis ému pour Sion d'une grande jalousie, et je suis saisi pour elle d'une grande fureur.(F) Zec 8:2 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Ich eifere um Zion mit großem Eifer und eifere um sie in großem Zorn.(D) Zec 8:2 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ ἐζήλωσα τὴν Ιερουσαλημ καὶ τὴν Σιων ζῆλον μέγαν καὶ θυμῷ μεγάλῳ ἐζήλωσα αὐτήν(lxx) Zec 8:2 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'I am zealous for Zion with great zeal; With great fervor I am zealous for her.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:3 ============ Zec 8:3 Thus says the Lord, 'I will return to Zion and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Then Jerusalem will be called the City of Truth, and the mountain of the Lord of hosts will be called the Holy Mountain.'(nasb) Zec 8:3 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Reversus sum ad Sion, et habitabo in medio Jerusalem: et vocabitur Jerusalem civitas veritatis, et mons Domini exercituum mons sanctificatus.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:3 Así dice Jehová: Yo he retornado a Sión, y moraré en medio de Jerusalén: y Jerusalén se llamará Ciudad de la Verdad, y el monte de Jehová de los ejércitos, Monte de Santidad.(E) Zacharie 8:3 Ainsi parle l'Eternel: Je retourne à Sion, et je veux habiter au milieu de Jérusalem. Jérusalem sera appelée ville fidèle, et la montagne de l'Eternel des armées montagne sainte.(F) Zec 8:3 So spricht der HERR: Ich kehre mich wieder zu Zion und will zu Jerusalem wohnen, daß Jerusalem soll eine Stadt der Wahrheit heißen und der Berg des HERRN Zebaoth ein Berg der Heiligkeit.(D) Zec 8:3 τάδε λέγει κύριος καὶ ἐπιστρέψω ἐπὶ Σιων καὶ κατασκηνώσω ἐν μέσῳ Ιερουσαλημ καὶ κληθήσεται ἡ Ιερουσαλημ πόλις ἡ ἀληθινὴ καὶ τὸ ὄρος κυρίου παντοκράτορος ὄρος ἅγιον(lxx) Zec 8:3 "Thus says the Lord: 'I will return to Zion, And dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be called the City of Truth, The Mountain of the Lord of hosts, The Holy Mountain.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:4 ============ Zec 8:4 Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'Old men and old women will again sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each man with his staff in his hand because of age.(nasb) Zec 8:4 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Adhuc habitabunt senes et anus in plateis Jerusalem, et viri baculus in manu ejus præ multitudine dierum.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:4 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Aún han de morar ancianos y ancianas en las plazas de Jerusalén, y cada cual con bordón en su mano por la multitud de los días.(E) Zacharie 8:4 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Des vieillards et des femmes âgées s'assiéront encore dans les rues de Jérusalem, chacun le bâton à la main, à cause du grand nombre de leurs jours.(F) Zec 8:4 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Es sollen noch fürder wohnen in den Gassen zu Jerusalem alte Männer und Weiber und die an Stecken gehen vor großem Alter;(D) Zec 8:4 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ ἔτι καθήσονται πρεσβύτεροι καὶ πρεσβύτεραι ἐν ταῖς πλατείαις Ιερουσαλημ ἕκαστος τὴν ῥάβδον αὐτοῦ ἔχων ἐν τῇ χειρὶ αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ πλήθους ἡμερῶν(lxx) Zec 8:4 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Old men and old women shall again sit In the streets of Jerusalem, Each one with his staff in his hand Because of great age.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:5 ============ Zec 8:5 And the streets of the city will be filled with boys and girls playing in its streets.'(nasb) Zec 8:5 Et plateæ civitatis complebuntur infantibus et puellis, ludentibus in plateis ejus.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:5 Y las calles de la ciudad se llenarán de muchachos y muchachas que jugarán en sus calles.(E) Zacharie 8:5 Les rues de la ville seront remplies de jeunes garçons et de jeunes filles, jouant dans les rues.(F) Zec 8:5 und der Stadt Gassen soll sein voll Knaben und Mädchen, die auf ihren Gassen spielen.(D) Zec 8:5 καὶ αἱ πλατεῖαι τῆς πόλεως πλησθήσονται παιδαρίων καὶ κορασίων παιζόντων ἐν ταῖς πλατείαις αὐτῆς(lxx) Zec 8:5 The streets of the city Shall be full of boys and girls Playing in its streets.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:6 ============ Zec 8:6 Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'If it is too difficult in the sight of the remnant of this people in those days, will it also be too difficult in My sight?'declares the Lord of hosts.(nasb) Zec 8:6 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Si videbitur difficile in oculis reliquiarum populi hujus in diebus illis, numquid in oculis meis difficile erit? dicit Dominus exercituum.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:6 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Si esto parecerá maravilloso a los ojos del remanente de este pueblo en aquellos días, ¿deberá también ser maravilloso delante de mis ojos? dice Jehová de los ejércitos.(E) Zacharie 8:6 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Si la chose paraît étonnante aux yeux du reste de ce peuple en ces jours-là, sera-t-elle de même étonnante à mes yeux? dit l'Eternel des armées.(F) Zec 8:6 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Ist solches unmöglich vor den Augen dieses übrigen Volkes zu dieser Zeit, sollte es darum auch unmöglich sein vor meinen Augen? spricht der HERR Zebaoth.(D) Zec 8:6 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ διότι εἰ ἀδυνατήσει ἐνώπιον τῶν καταλοίπων τοῦ λαοῦ τούτου ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις ἐκείναις μὴ καὶ ἐνώπιον ἐμοῦ ἀδυνατήσει λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ(lxx) Zec 8:6 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'If it is marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, Will it also be marvelous in My eyes?' Says the Lord of hosts.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:7 ============ Zec 8:7 Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'Behold, I am going to save My people from the land of the east and from the land of the west;(nasb) Zec 8:7 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Ecce ego salvabo populum meum de terra orientis et de terra occasus solis.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:7 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: He aquí, yo salvo a mi pueblo de la tierra del oriente, y de la tierra del poniente;(E) Zacharie 8:7 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Voici, je délivre mon peuple du pays de l'orient et du pays du soleil couchant.(F) Zec 8:7 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Siehe, ich will mein Volk erlösen vom Lande gegen Aufgang und vom Lande gegen Niedergang der Sonne;(D) Zec 8:7 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἀνασῴζω τὸν λαόν μου ἀπὸ γῆς ἀνατολῶν καὶ ἀπὸ γῆς δυσμῶν(lxx) Zec 8:7 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Behold, I will save My people from the land of the east And from the land of the west;(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:8 ============ Zec 8:8 and I will bring them back and they will live in the midst of Jerusalem; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God in truth and righteousness.'(nasb) Zec 8:8 Et adducam eos, et habitabunt in medio Jerusalem: et erunt mihi in populum, et ego ero eis in Deum, in veritate et in justitia.~(vulgate) Zacarías 8:8 Y los traeré, y habitarán en medio de Jerusalén; y ellos serán mi pueblo, y yo seré su Dios en verdad y en justicia.(E) Zacharie 8:8 Je les ramènerai, et ils habiteront au milieu de Jérusalem; ils seront mon peuple, et je serai leur Dieu avec vérité et droiture.(F) Zec 8:8 und will sie herzubringen, daß sie zu Jerusalem wohnen; und sie sollen mein Volk sein, und ich will ihr Gott sein in Wahrheit und Gerechtigkeit.(D) Zec 8:8 καὶ εἰσάξω αὐτοὺς καὶ κατασκηνώσω ἐν μέσῳ Ιερουσαλημ καὶ ἔσονταί μοι εἰς λαόν καὶ ἐγὼ ἔσομαι αὐτοῖς εἰς θεὸν ἐν ἀληθείᾳ καὶ ἐν δικαιοσύνῃ(lxx) Zec 8:8 I will bring them back, And they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem. They shall be My people And I will be their God, In truth and righteousness.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:9 ============ Zec 8:9 "Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'Let your hands be strong, you who are listening in these days to these words from the mouth of the prophets, those who spoke in the day that the foundation of the house of the Lord of hosts was laid, to the end that the temple might be built.(nasb) Zec 8:9 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Confortentur manus vestræ, qui auditis in his diebus sermones istos per os prophetarum, in die qua fundata est domus Domini exercituum, ut templum ædificaretur.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:9 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Fortaleced vuestras manos, vosotros los que oís en estos días estas palabras de la boca de los profetas, desde el día [que] se echó el cimiento de la casa de Jehová de los ejércitos, para edificar el templo.(E) Zacharie 8:9 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Fortifiez vos mains, vous qui entendez aujourd'hui ces paroles de la bouche des prophètes qui parurent au temps où fut fondée la maison de l'Eternel des armées, où le temple allait être bâti.(F) Zec 8:9 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Stärket eure Hände, die ihr höret diese Worte zu dieser Zeit durch der Propheten Mund, des Tages, da der Grund gelegt ist an des HERRN Zebaoth Hause, daß der Tempel gebaut würde.(D) Zec 8:9 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ κατισχυέτωσαν αἱ χεῖρες ὑμῶν τῶν ἀκουόντων ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις ταύταις τοὺς λόγους τούτους ἐκ στόματος τῶν προφητῶν ἀφ᾽ ἧς ἡμέρας τεθεμελίωται ὁ οἶκος κυρίου παντοκράτορος καὶ ὁ ναὸς ἀφ᾽ οὗ ᾠκοδόμηται(lxx) Zec 8:9 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Let your hands be strong, You who have been hearing in these days These words by the mouth of the prophets, Who spoke in the day the foundation was laid For the house of the Lord of hosts, That the temple might be built.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:10 ============ Zec 8:10 For before those days there was no wage for man or any wage for animal; and for him who went out or came in there was no peace because of his enemies, and I set all men one against another.(nasb) Zec 8:10 Siquidem ante dies illos merces hominum non erat, nec merces jumentorum erat: neque introëunti, neque exeunti erat pax præ tribulatione: et dimisi omnes homines, unumquemque contra proximum suum.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:10 Porque antes de estos días no había paga para el hombre, ni paga para la bestia, ni [había] paz alguna para el que entraba ni para el que salía, a causa de la aflicción; y yo puse a todo hombre, cada cual contra su compañero.(E) Zacharie 8:10 Car avant ce temps, le travail de l'homme ne recevait pas sa récompense, et le salaire des bêtes était nul; il n'y avait point de paix pour ceux qui entraient et sortaient, à cause de l'ennemi, et je lâchais tous les hommes les uns contre les autres.(F) Zec 8:10 Denn vor diesen Tagen war der Menschen Arbeit vergebens, und der Tiere Arbeit war nichts, und war kein Friede vor Trübsal denen, die aus und ein zogen; sondern ich ließ alle Menschen gehen, einen jeglichen wider seinen Nächsten.(D) Zec 8:10 διότι πρὸ τῶν ἡμερῶν ἐκείνων ὁ μισθὸς τῶν ἀνθρώπων οὐκ ἔσται εἰς ὄνησιν καὶ ὁ μισθὸς τῶν κτηνῶν οὐχ ὑπάρξει καὶ τῷ ἐκπορευομένῳ καὶ τῷ εἰσπορευομένῳ οὐκ ἔσται εἰρήνη ἀπὸ τῆς θλίψεως καὶ ἐξαποστελῶ πάντας τοὺς ἀνθρώπους ἕκαστον ἐπὶ τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ(lxx) Zec 8:10 For before these days There were no wages for man nor any hire for beast; There was no peace from the enemy for whoever went out or came in; For I set all men, everyone, against his neighbor.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:11 ============ Zec 8:11 But now I will not treat the remnant of this people as in the former days, 'declares the Lord of hosts.(nasb) Zec 8:11 Nunc autem non juxta dies priores ego faciam reliquiis populi hujus, dicit Dominus exercituum,(vulgate) Zacarías 8:11 Mas ahora no haré con el remanente de este pueblo como en los días pasados, dice Jehová de los ejércitos.(E) Zacharie 8:11 Maintenant je ne suis pas pour le reste de ce peuple comme j'étais dans le temps passé, dit l'Eternel des armées.(F) Zec 8:11 Aber nun will ich nicht wie in den vorigen Tagen mit den übrigen dieses Volkes fahren, spricht der HERR Zebaoth;(D) Zec 8:11 καὶ νῦν οὐ κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας τὰς ἔμπροσθεν ἐγὼ ποιῶ τοῖς καταλοίποις τοῦ λαοῦ τούτου λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ(lxx) Zec 8:11 'But now I will not treat the remnant of this people as in the former days,' says the Lord of hosts.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:12 ============ Zec 8:12 'For there will be peace for the seed: the vine will yield its fruit, the land will yield its produce and the heavens will give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to inherit all these things.(nasb) Zec 8:12 sed semen pacis erit: vinea dabit fructum suum, et terra dabit germen suum, et cæli dabunt rorem suum: et possidere faciam reliquias populi hujus universa hæc.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:12 Porque [habrá] simiente de paz; la vid dará su fruto, y la tierra dará su producto, y los cielos darán su rocío; y haré que el remanente de este pueblo posea todo esto.(E) Zacharie 8:12 Car les semailles prospéreront, la vigne rendra son fruit, la terre donnera ses produits, et les cieux enverront leur rosée; je ferai jouir de toutes ces choses le reste de ce peuple.(F) Zec 8:12 sondern sie sollen Same des Friedens sein. Der Weinstock soll seine Frucht geben und das Land sein Gewächs geben, und der Himmel soll seinen Tau geben; und ich will die übrigen dieses Volkes solches alles besitzen lassen.(D) Zec 8:12 ἀλλ᾽ ἢ δείξω εἰρήνην ἡ ἄμπελος δώσει τὸν καρπὸν αὐτῆς καὶ ἡ γῆ δώσει τὰ γενήματα αὐτῆς καὶ ὁ οὐρανὸς δώσει τὴν δρόσον αὐτοῦ καὶ κατακληρονομήσω τοῖς καταλοίποις τοῦ λαοῦ μου πάντα ταῦτα(lxx) Zec 8:12 'For the seed shall be prosperous, The vine shall give its fruit, The ground shall give her increase, And the heavens shall give their dew-- I will cause the remnant of this people To possess all these.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:13 ============ Zec 8:13 It will come about that just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you that you may become a blessing. Do not fear; let your hands be strong.'(nasb) Zec 8:13 Et erit: sicut eratis maledictio in gentibus, domus Juda et domus Israël, sic salvabo vos, et eritis benedictio. Nolite timere; confortentur manus vestræ.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:13 Y será [que] como fuisteis maldición entre las naciones, oh casa de Judá y casa de Israel, así os salvaré, y seréis bendición. No temáis, [mas] esfuércense vuestras manos.(E) Zacharie 8:13 De même que vous avez été en malédiction parmi les nations, maison de Juda et maison d'Israël, de même je vous sauverai, et vous serez en bénédiction. Ne craignez pas, et que vos mains se fortifient!(F) Zec 8:13 Und soll geschehen, wie ihr vom Hause Juda und vom Hause Israel seid ein Fluch gewesen unter den Heiden, so will ich euch erlösen, daß ihr sollt ein Segen sein. Fürchtet euch nur nicht und stärket eure Hände.(D) Zec 8:13 καὶ ἔσται ὃν τρόπον ἦτε ἐν κατάρᾳ ἐν τοῖς ἔθνεσιν οἶκος Ιουδα καὶ οἶκος Ισραηλ οὕτως διασώσω ὑμᾶς καὶ ἔσεσθε ἐν εὐλογίᾳ θαρσεῖτε καὶ κατισχύετε ἐν ταῖς χερσὶν ὑμῶν(lxx) Zec 8:13 And it shall come to pass That just as you were a curse among the nations, O house of Judah and house of Israel, So I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Do not fear, Let your hands be strong.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:14 ============ Zec 8:14 "For thus says the Lord of hosts, 'Just as I purposed to do harm to you when your fathers provoked Me to wrath, 'says the Lord of hosts, 'and I have not relented,(nasb) Zec 8:14 Quia hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: Sicut cogitavi ut affligerem vos, cum ad iracundiam provocassent patres vestri me, dicit Dominus,(vulgate) Zacarías 8:14 Porque así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Como pensé haceros mal cuando vuestros padres me provocaron a ira, dice Jehová de los ejércitos, y no me arrepentí;(E) Zacharie 8:14 Car ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Comme j'ai eu la pensée de vous faire du mal lorsque vos pères m'irritaient, dit l'Eternel des armées, et que je ne m'en suis point repenti,(F) Zec 8:14 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Gleichwie ich euch gedachte zu plagen, da mich eure Väter erzürnten, spricht der HERR Zebaoth, und es reute mich nicht,(D) Zec 8:14 διότι τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ ὃν τρόπον διενοήθην τοῦ κακῶσαι ὑμᾶς ἐν τῷ παροργίσαι με τοὺς πατέρας ὑμῶν λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ καὶ οὐ μετενόησα(lxx) Zec 8:14 "For thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Just as I determined to punish you When your fathers provoked Me to wrath,' Says the Lord of hosts, 'And I would not relent,(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:15 ============ Zec 8:15 so I have again purposed in these days to do good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. Do not fear!(nasb) Zec 8:15 et non sum misertus: sic conversus cogitavi, in diebus istis, ut benefaciam domui Juda et Jerusalem. Nolite timere.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:15 así otra vez he pensado hacer bien a Jerusalén y a la casa de Judá en estos días. No temáis.(E) Zacharie 8:15 ainsi je reviens en arrière et j'ai résolu en ces jours de faire du bien à Jérusalem et à la maison de Juda. Ne craignez pas!(F) Zec 8:15 also gedenke ich nun wiederum in diesen Tagen, wohlzutun Jerusalem und dem Hause Juda. Fürchtet euch nur nicht.(D) Zec 8:15 οὕτως παρατέταγμαι καὶ διανενόημαι ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις ταύταις τοῦ καλῶς ποιῆσαι τὴν Ιερουσαλημ καὶ τὸν οἶκον Ιουδα θαρσεῖτε(lxx) Zec 8:15 So again in these days I am determined to do good To Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. Do not fear.(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:16 ============ Zec 8:16 These are the things which you should do: speak the truth to one another; judge with truth and judgment for peace in your gates.(nasb) Zec 8:16 Hæc sunt ergo verba quæ facietis: loquimini veritatem unusquisque cum proximo suo: veritatem et judicium pacis judicate in portis vestris.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:16 Éstas [son] las cosas que habéis de hacer: Hablad verdad cada cual con su prójimo; juzgad con verdad y juicio de paz en vuestras puertas.(E) Zacharie 8:16 Voici ce que vous devez faire: dites la vérité chacun à son prochain; jugez dans vos portes selon la vérité et en vue de la paix;(F) Zec 8:16 Das ist's aber, was ihr tun sollt: Rede einer mit dem andern Wahrheit, und richtet recht, und schafft Frieden in euren Toren;(D) Zec 8:16 οὗτοι οἱ λόγοι οὓς ποιήσετε λαλεῖτε ἀλήθειαν ἕκαστος πρὸς τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ καὶ κρίμα εἰρηνικὸν κρίνατε ἐν ταῖς πύλαις ὑμῶν(lxx) Zec 8:16 These are the things you shall do: Speak each man the truth to his neighbor; Give judgment in your gates for truth, justice, and peace;(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:17 ============ Zec 8:17 Also let none of you devise evil in your heart against another, and do not love perjury; for all these are what I hate, 'declares the Lord."(nasb) Zec 8:17 Et unusquisque malum contra amicum suum ne cogitetis in cordibus vestris, et juramentum mendax ne diligatis: omnia enim hæc sunt quæ odi, dicit Dominus.~(vulgate) Zacarías 8:17 Y ninguno de vosotros piense mal en su corazón contra su prójimo, ni améis juramento falso; porque todas éstas [son cosas] que aborrezco, dice Jehová.(E) Zacharie 8:17 que nul en son coeur ne pense le mal contre son prochain, et n'aimez pas le faux serment, car ce sont là toutes choses que je hais, dit l'Eternel.(F) Zec 8:17 und denke keiner Arges in seinem Herzen wider seinen Nächsten, und liebt nicht falsche Eide! denn solches alles hasse ich, spricht der HERR.(D) Zec 8:17 καὶ ἕκαστος τὴν κακίαν τοῦ πλησίον αὐτοῦ μὴ λογίζεσθε ἐν ταῖς καρδίαις ὑμῶν καὶ ὅρκον ψευδῆ μὴ ἀγαπᾶτε διότι ταῦτα πάντα ἐμίσησα λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ(lxx) Zec 8:17 Let none of you think evil in your heart against your neighbor; And do not love a false oath. Therefore love truth and peace.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:20 ============ Zec 8:20 "Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'It will yet be that peoples will come, even the inhabitants of many cities.(nasb) Zec 8:20 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum, usquequo veniant populi et habitent in civitatibus multis:(vulgate) Zacarías 8:20 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: Aún vendrán pueblos, y moradores de muchas ciudades;(E) Zacharie 8:20 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: Il viendra encore des peuples et des habitants d'un grand nombre de villes.(F) Zec 8:20 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Weiter werden noch kommen viele Völker und vieler Städte Bürger;(D) Zec 8:20 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ ἔτι ἥξουσιν λαοὶ πολλοὶ καὶ κατοικοῦντες πόλεις πολλάς(lxx) Zec 8:20 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'Peoples shall yet come, Inhabitants of many cities;(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:21 ============ Zec 8:21 The inhabitants of one will go to another, saying, "Let us go at once to entreat the favor of the Lord, and to seek the Lord of hosts; I will also go."(nasb) Zec 8:21 et vadant habitatores, unus ad alterum, dicentes: Eamus, et deprecemur faciem Domini, et quæramus Dominum exercituum: vadam etiam ego.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:21 Y vendrán los habitantes de una [ciudad] a otra, y dirán: Vamos a implorar el favor de Jehová, y a buscar a Jehová de los ejércitos. Yo también iré.(E) Zacharie 8:21 Les habitants d'une ville iront à l'autre, en disant: Allons implorer l'Eternel et chercher l'Eternel des armées! Nous irons aussi!(F) Zec 8:21 und werden die Bürger einer Stadt gehen zur andern und sagen: Laßt uns gehen, zu bitten vor dem HERRN und zu suchen den HERRN Zebaoth; wir wollen auch mit euch gehen.(D) Zec 8:21 καὶ συνελεύσονται κατοικοῦντες πέντε πόλεις εἰς μίαν πόλιν λέγοντες πορευθῶμεν δεηθῆναι τοῦ προσώπου κυρίου καὶ ἐκζητῆσαι τὸ πρόσωπον κυρίου παντοκράτορος πορεύσομαι κἀγώ(lxx) Zec 8:21 The inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, "Let us continue to go and pray before the Lord, And seek the Lord of hosts. I myself will go also."(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:22 ============ Zec 8:22 So many peoples and mighty nations will come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem and to entreat the favor of the Lord.'(nasb) Zec 8:22 Et venient populi multi, et gentes robustæ, ad quærendum Dominum exercituum in Jerusalem, et deprecandam faciem Domini.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:22 Y vendrán muchos pueblos y fuertes naciones a buscar a Jehová de los ejércitos en Jerusalén, y a implorar el favor de Jehová.(E) Zacharie 8:22 Et beaucoup de peuples et de nombreuses nations viendront chercher l'Eternel des armées à Jérusalem et implorer l'Eternel.(F) Zec 8:22 Also werden viele Völker und die Heiden in Haufen kommen, zu suchen den HERRN Zebaoth zu Jerusalem, zu bitten vor dem HERRN.(D) Zec 8:22 καὶ ἥξουσιν λαοὶ πολλοὶ καὶ ἔθνη πολλὰ ἐκζητῆσαι τὸ πρόσωπον κυρίου παντοκράτορος ἐν Ιερουσαλημ καὶ τοῦ ἐξιλάσκεσθαι τὸ πρόσωπον κυρίου(lxx) Zec 8:22 Yes, many peoples and strong nations Shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem, And to pray before the Lord.'(nkjv) ======= Zechariah 8:23 ============ Zec 8:23 Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'In those days ten men from all the nations will grasp the garment of a Jew, saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you."'"(nasb) Zec 8:23 Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum: In diebus illis, in quibus apprehendent decem homines ex omnibus linguis gentium, et apprehendent fimbriam viri Judæi, dicentes: Ibimus vobiscum: audivimus enim quoniam Deus vobiscum est.(vulgate) Zacarías 8:23 Así dice Jehová de los ejércitos: En aquellos días [acontecerá] que diez hombres de todas las lenguas de las naciones, trabarán del manto de un judío, diciendo: Iremos con vosotros, porque hemos oído que Dios está con vosotros.(E) Zacharie 8:23 Ainsi parle l'Eternel des armées: En ces jours-là, dix hommes de toutes les langues des nations saisiront un Juif par le pan de son vêtement et diront: Nous irons avec vous, car nous avons appris que Dieu est avec vous.(F) Zec 8:23 So spricht der HERR Zebaoth: Zu der Zeit werden zehn Männer aus allerlei Sprachen der Heiden einen jüdischen Mann bei dem Zipfel ergreifen und sagen: Wir wollen mit euch gehe; denn wir hören, daß Gott mit euch ist.(D) Zec 8:23 τάδε λέγει κύριος παντοκράτωρ ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις ἐκείναις ἐὰν ἐπιλάβωνται δέκα ἄνδρες ἐκ πασῶν τῶν γλωσσῶν τῶν ἐθνῶν καὶ ἐπιλάβωνται τοῦ κρασπέδου ἀνδρὸς Ιουδαίου λέγοντες πορευσόμεθα μετὰ σοῦ διότι ἀκηκόαμεν ὅτι ὁ θεὸς μεθ᾽ ὑμῶν ἐστιν(lxx) Zec 8:23 "Thus says the Lord of hosts: 'In those days ten men from every language of the nations shall grasp the sleeve of a Jewish man, saying, "Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you."
