And He ate nothing during those days, and when they had ended, He became hungry.(nasb) Luk 4:2 diebus quadraginta, et tentabatur a diabolo. For it is written, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.' And as His custom was, He went into the synagogue on the Sabbath day, and stood up to read.(nkjv) ======= Luke 4:17 ============ Luk 4:17 And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written,(nasb) Luk 4:17 Et traditus est illi liber Isaiæ prophetæ. And when He had opened the book, He found the place where it was written:(nkjv) ======= Luke 4:18 ============ Luk 4:18 "THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME, BECAUSE HE ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR.
