(Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:1 وكان بعد ذلك ان ملك بني عمون مات وملك حانون ابنه عوضا عنه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:1 Now it happened afterwards that the king of the Ammonites died, and Hanun his son became king in his place.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:2---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:2 فقال داود اصنع معروفا مع حانون بن ناحاش كما صنع ابوه معي معروفا. فارسل داود بيد عبيده يعزيه عن ابيه. فجاء عبيد داود الى ارض بني عمون. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:2 Then David said, "I will show kindness to Hanun the son of Nahash, just as his father showed kindness to me." So David sent some of his servants to console him concerning his father. But when David's servants came to the land of the Ammonites,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:3---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:3 فقال رؤساء بني عمون لحانون سيدهم. هل يكرم داود اباك في عينيك حتى ارسل اليك معزّين. أليس لاجل فحص المدينة وتجسّسها وقلبها ارسل داود عبيده اليك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:3 the princes of the Ammonites said to Hanun their lord, "Do you think that David is honoring your father because he has sent consolers to you? Has David not sent his servants to you in order to search the city, to spy it out and overthrow it?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:4---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:4 فاخذ حانون عبيد داود وحلق انصاف لحاهم وقصّ ثيابهم من الوسط الى استاههم ثم اطلقهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:4 So Hanun took David's servants and shaved off half of their beards, and cut off their garments in the middle as far as their hips, and sent them away.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:5---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:5 ولما اخبروا داود ارسل للقائهم لان الرجال كانوا خجلين جدا. وقال الملك اقيموا في اريحا حتى تنبت لحاكم ثم ارجعوا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:5 When they told it to David, he sent to meet them, for the men were greatly humiliated. And the king said, "Stay at Jericho until your beards grow, and then return."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:6---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:6 ولما رأى بنو عمون انهم قد انتنوا عند داود ارسل بنو عمون واستاجروا ارام بيت رحوب وارام صوبا عشرين الف راجل ومن ملك معكة الف رجل ورجال طوب اثني عشر الف رجل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:6 Now when the sons of Ammon saw that they had become odious to David, the sons of Ammon sent and hired the Arameans of Beth-rehob and the Arameans of Zobah, 20,000 foot soldiers, and the king of Maacah with 1,000 men, and the men of Tob with 12,000 men.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:7---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:7 فلما سمع داود ارسل يوآب وكل جيش الجبابرة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:7 When David heard of it, he sent Joab and all the army, the mighty men.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:8---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:8 وخرج بنو عمون واصطفوا للحرب عند مدخل الباب وكان ارام صوبا ورحوب ورجال طوب ومعكة وحدهم في الحقل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:8 The sons of Ammon came out and drew up in battle array at the entrance of the city, while the Arameans of Zobah and of Rehob and the men of Tob and Maacah were by themselves in the field.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:9---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:9 فلما رأى يوآب ان مقدمة الحرب كانت نحوه من قدام ومن وراء اختار من جميع منتخبي اسرائيل وصفهم للقاء ارام -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:9 Now when Joab saw that the battle was set against him in front and in the rear, he selected from all the choice men of Israel, and arrayed them against the Arameans.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:10---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:10 وسلّم بقية الشعب ليد اخيه ابيشاي فصفهم للقاء بني عمون. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:10 But the remainder of the people he placed in the hand of Abishai his brother, and he arrayed them against the sons of Ammon.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:11---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:11 وقال ان قوي ارام عليّ تكون لي منجدا. وان قوي عليك بنو عمون اذهب لنجدتك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:11 He said, "If the Arameans are too strong for me, then you shall help me, but if the sons of Ammon are too strong for you, then I will come to help you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:12---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:12 تجلد ولنتشدد من اجل شعبنا ومن اجل مدن الهنا والرب يفعل ما يحسن في عينيه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:12 Be strong, and let us show ourselves courageous for the sake of our people and for the cities of our God; and may the Lord do what is good in His sight."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:13---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:13 فتقدم يوآب والشعب الذين معه لمحاربة ارام فهربوا من امامه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:13 So Joab and the people who were with him drew near to the battle against the Arameans, and they fled before him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:14---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:14 ولما رأى بنو عمون انه قد هرب ارام هربوا من امام ابيشاي ودخلوا المدينة. فرجع يوآب عن بني عمون وأتى الى اورشليم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:14 When the sons of Ammon saw that the Arameans fled, they also fled before Abishai and entered the city. Then Joab returned from fighting against the sons of Ammon and came to Jerusalem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:15---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:15 ولما رأى ارام انهم قد انكسروا امام اسرائيل اجتمعوا معا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:15 When the Arameans saw that they had been defeated by Israel, they gathered themselves together.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:16---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:16 وارسل هدر عزر فابرز ارام الذي في عبر النهر فأتوا الى حيلام وامامهم شوبك رئيس جيش هدر عزر. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:16 And Hadadezer sent and brought out the Arameans who were beyond the River, and they came to Helam; and Shobach the commander of the army of Hadadezer led them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:17---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:17 ولما أخبر داود جمع كل اسرائيل وعبر الاردن وجاء الى حيلام فاصطف ارام للقاء داود وحاربوه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:17 Now when it was told David, he gathered all Israel together and crossed the Jordan, and came to Helam. And the Arameans arrayed themselves to meet David and fought against him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:18---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:18 وهرب ارام من امام اسرائيل وقتل داود من ارام سبع مئة مركبة واربعين الف فارس وضرب شوبك رئيس جيشه فمات هناك. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:18 But the Arameans fled before Israel, and David killed 700 charioteers of the Arameans and 40,000 horsemen and struck down Shobach the commander of their army, and he died there.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 10:19---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻴﺋﻮﻤﺻ 10:19 ولما رأى جميع الملوك عبيد هدر عزر انهم انكسروا امام اسرائيل صالحوا اسرائيل واستعبدوا لهم وخاف ارام ان ينجدوا بني عمون بعد -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 10:19 When all the kings, servants of Hadadezer, saw that they were defeated by Israel, they made peace with Israel and served them.
