(Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:1 وكان عند اصعاد الرب ايليا في العاصفة الى السماء ان ايليا واليشع ذهبا من الجلجال. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:1 And it came about when the Lord was about to take up Elijah by a whirlwind to heaven, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:2---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:2 فقال ايليا لاليشع امكث هنا لان الرب قد ارسلني الى بيت ايل. فقال اليشع حيّ هو الرب وحية هي نفسك اني لا اتركك ونزلا الى بيت ايل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:2 Elijah said to Elisha, "Stay here please, for the Lord has sent me as far as Bethel." But Elisha said, "As the Lord lives and as you yourself live, I will not leave you." So they went down to Bethel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:3---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:3 فخرج بنو الانبياء الذين في بيت ايل الى اليشع وقالوا له أتعلم انه اليوم يأخذ الرب سيدك من على راسك فقال نعم اني اعلم فاصمتوا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:3 Then the sons of the prophets who were at Bethel came out to Elisha and said to him, "Do you know that the Lord will take away your master from over you today?" And he said, "Yes, I know; be still."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:4---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:4 ثم قال له ايليا يا اليشع امكث هنا لان الرب قد ارسلني الى اريحا. فقال حيّ هو الرب وحية هي نفسك اني لا اتركك. وأتيا الى اريحا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:4 Elijah said to him, "Elisha, please stay here, for the Lord has sent me to Jericho." But he said, "As the Lord lives, and as you yourself live, I will not leave you." So they came to Jericho.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:5---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:5 فتقدم بنو الانبياء الذين في اريحا الى اليشع وقالوا له أتعلم انه اليوم يأخذ الرب سيدك من على راسك. فقال نعم اني اعلم فاصمتوا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:5 The sons of the prophets who were at Jericho approached Elisha and said to him, "Do you know that the Lord will take away your master from over you today?" And he answered, "Yes, I know; be still."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:6---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:6 ثم قال له ايليا امكث هنا لان الرب قد ارسلني الى الاردن. فقال حيّ هو الرب وحية هي نفسك اني لا اتركك. وانطلقا كلاهما. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:6 Then Elijah said to him, "Please stay here, for the Lord has sent me to the Jordan." And he said, "As the Lord lives, and as you yourself live, I will not leave you." So the two of them went on.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:7---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:7 فذهب خمسون رجلا من بني الانبياء ووقفوا قبالتهما من بعيد. ووقف كلاهما بجانب الاردن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:7 Now fifty men of the sons of the prophets went and stood opposite them at a distance, while the two of them stood by the Jordan.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:8---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:8 واخذ ايليا رداءه ولفه وضرب الماء فانفلق الى هنا وهناك فعبرا كلاهما في اليبس. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:8 Elijah took his mantle and folded it together and struck the waters, and they were divided here and there, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:9---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:9 ولما عبرا قال ايليا لاليشع اطلب ماذا افعل لك قبل ان أوخذ منك. فقال اليشع ليكن نصيب اثنين من روحك عليّ. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:9 When they had crossed over, Elijah said to Elisha, "Ask what I shall do for you before I am taken from you." And Elisha said, "Please, let a double portion of your spirit be upon me."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:10---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:10 فقال صعّبت السؤال. فان رايتني أوخذ منك يكون لك كذلك والا فلا يكون. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:10 He said, "You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:11---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:11 وفيما هما يسيران ويتكلمان اذا مركبة من نار وخيل من نار ففصلت بينهما فصعد ايليا في العاصفة الى السماء. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:11 As they were going along and talking, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire and horses of fire which separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind to heaven.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:12---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:12 وكان اليشع يرى وهو يصرخ يا ابي يا ابي مركبة اسرائيل وفرسانها. ولم يره بعد. فامسك ثيابه ومزّقها قطعتين. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:12 Elisha saw it and cried out, "My father, my father, the chariots of Israel and its horsemen!" And he saw Elijah no more. Then he took hold of his own clothes and tore them in two pieces.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:13---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:13 ورفع رداء ايليا الذي سقط عنه ورجع ووقف على شاطئ الاردن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:13 He also took up the mantle of Elijah that fell from him and returned and stood by the bank of the Jordan.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:14---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:14 فأخذ رداء ايليا الذي سقط عنه وضرب الماء وقال اين هو الرب اله ايليا ثم ضرب الماء ايضا فانفلق الى هنا وهناك فعبر اليشع. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:14 He took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him and struck the waters and said, "Where is the Lord, the God of Elijah?" And when he also had struck the waters, they were divided here and there; and Elisha crossed over.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:15---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:15 ولما رآه بنو الانبياء الذين في اريحا قبالته قالوا قد استقرت روح ايليا على اليشع. فجاءوا للقائه وسجدوا له الى الارض. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:15 Now when the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho opposite him saw him, they said, "The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha." And they came to meet him and bowed themselves to the ground before him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:16---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:16 وقالوا له هوذا مع عبيدك خمسون رجلا ذوو بأس فدعهم يذهبون ويفتشون على سيدك لئلا يكون قد حمله روح الرب وطرحه على احد الجبال او في احد الاودية. فقال لا ترسلوا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:16 They said to him, "Behold now, there are with your servants fifty strong men, please let them go and search for your master; perhaps the Spirit of the Lord has taken him up and cast him on some mountain or into some valley." And he said, "You shall not send."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:17---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:17 فالحّوا عليه حتى خجل وقال ارسلوا. فارسلوا خمسين رجلا ففتشوا ثلاثة ايام ولم يجدوه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:17 But when they urged him until he was ashamed, he said, "Send." They sent therefore fifty men; and they searched three days but did not find him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:18---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:18 ولما رجعوا اليه وهو ماكث في اريحا قال لهم أما قلت لكم لا تذهبوا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:18 They returned to him while he was staying at Jericho; and he said to them, "Did I not say to you, 'Do not go'?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:19---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:19 وقال رجال المدينة لاليشع هوذا موقع المدينة حسن كما يرى سيدي واما المياه فرديّة والارض مجدبة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:19 Then the men of the city said to Elisha, "Behold now, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord sees; but the water is bad and the land is unfruitful."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:20---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:20 فقال ايتوني بصحن جديد وضعوا فيه ملحا فاتوه به. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:20 He said, "Bring me a new jar, and put salt in it." So they brought it to him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:21---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:21 فخرج الى نبع الماء وطرح فيه الملح وقال هكذا قال الرب قد ابرأت هذه المياه لا يكون فيها ايضا موت ولا جدب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:21 He went out to the spring of water and threw salt in it and said, "Thus says the Lord, 'I have purified these waters; there shall not be from there death or unfruitfulness any longer.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:22---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:22 فبرئت المياه الى هذا اليوم حسب قول اليشع الذي نطق به -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:22 So the waters have been purified to this day, according to the word of Elisha which he spoke.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:23---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:23 ثم صعد من هناك الى بيت ايل. وفيما هو صاعد في الطريق اذا بصبيان صغار خرجوا من المدينة وسخروا منه وقالوا له اصعد يا اقرع. اصعد يا اقرع. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:23 Then he went up from there to Bethel; and as he was going up by the way, young lads came out from the city and mocked him and said to him, "Go up, you baldhead; go up, you baldhead!"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:24---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:24 فالتفت الى ورائه ونظر اليهم ولعنهم باسم الرب. فخرجت دبّتان من الوعر وافترستا منهم اثنين واربعين ولدا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:24 When he looked behind him and saw them, he cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two female bears came out of the woods and tore up forty-two lads of their number.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 2:25---- (Arabic) ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻙﻮﻠﻤﻟﺍ 2:25 وذهب من هناك الى جبل الكرمل ومن هناك رجع الى السامرة -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Ki 2:25 He went from there to Mount Carmel, and from there he returned to Samaria.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Kings 3:1 ---- written 550 B.C.---- |
