to my instruction; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:2---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:2 افتح بمثل فمي. اذيع الغازا منذ القدم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:2 I will open my mouth in a parable; I will utter dark sayings of old,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:3---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:3 التي سمعناها وعرفناها وآباؤنا اخبرونا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:3 Which we have heard and known, And our fathers have told us.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:4---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:4 لا نخفي عن بنيهم الى الجيل الآخر مخبرين بتسابيح الرب وقوته وعجائبه التي صنع. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:4 We will not conceal them from their children, But tell to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, And His strength and His wondrous works that He has done.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:5---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:5 اقام شهادة في يعقوب ووضع شريعة في اسرائيل التي اوصى آباءنا ان يعرّفوا بها ابناءهم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:5 For He established a testimony in Jacob And appointed a law in Israel, Which He commanded our fathers That they should teach them to their children,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:6---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:6 لكي يعلم الجيل الآخر. بنون يولدون فيقومون ويخبرون ابناءهم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:6 That the generation to come might know, even the children yet to be born, That they may arise and tell them to their children,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:7---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:7 فيجعلون على الله اعتمادهم ولا ينسون اعمال الله بل يحفظون وصاياه -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:7 That they should put their confidence in God And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:8---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:8 ولا يكونون مثل آبائهم جيلا زائغا وماردا جيلا لم يثبت قلبه ولم تكن روحه امينة لله -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:8 And not be like their fathers, A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation that did not prepare its heart And whose spirit was not faithful to God.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:9---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:9 بنو افرايم النازعون في القوس الرامون انقلبوا في يوم الحرب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:9 The sons of Ephraim were archers equipped with bows, Yet they turned back in the day of battle.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:10---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:10 لم يحفظوا عهد الله وابوا السلوك في شريعته -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:10 They did not keep the covenant of God And refused to walk in His law;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:11---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:11 ونسوا افعاله وعجائبه التي اراهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:11 They forgot His deeds And His miracles that He had shown them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:12---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:12 قدام آبائهم صنع اعجوبة في ارض مصر بلاد صوعن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:12 He wrought wonders before their fathers In the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:13---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:13 شق البحر فعبّرهم ونصب المياه كندّ. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:13 He divided the sea and caused them to pass through, And He made the waters stand up like a heap.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:14---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:14 وهداهم بالسحاب نهارا والليل كله بنور نار. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:14 Then He led them with the cloud by day And all the night with a light of fire.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:15---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:15 شق صخورا في البرية وسقاهم كانه من لجج عظيمة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:15 He split the rocks in the wilderness And gave them abundant drink like the ocean depths.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:16---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:16 اخرج مجاري من صخرة واجرى مياها كالانهار. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:16 He brought forth streams also from the rock And caused waters to run down like rivers.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:17---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:17 ثم عادوا ايضا ليخطئوا اليه لعصيان العلي في الارض الناشفة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:17 Yet they still continued to sin against Him, To rebel against the Most High in the desert.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:18---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:18 وجربوا الله في قلوبهم بسؤالهم طعاما لشهوتهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:18 And in their heart they put God to the test By asking food according to their desire.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:19---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:19 فوقعوا في الله. قالوا هل يقدر الله ان يرتب مائدة في البرية. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:19 Then they spoke against God; They said, "Can God prepare a table in the wilderness?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:20---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:20 هوذا ضرب الصخرة فجرت المياه وفاضت الاودية. هل يقدر ايضا ان يعطي خبزا ويهيئ لحما لشعبه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:20 "Behold, He struck the rock so that waters gushed out, And streams were overflowing; Can He give bread also? Will He provide meat for His people?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:21---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:21 لذلك سمع الرب فغضب واشتعلت نار في يعقوب وسخط ايضا صعد على اسرائيل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:21 Therefore the Lord heard and was full of wrath; And a fire was kindled against Jacob And anger also mounted against Israel,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:22---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:22 لانهم لم يؤمنوا بالله ولم يتكلوا على خلاصه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:22 Because they did not believe in God And did not trust in His salvation.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:23---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:23 فامر السحاب من فوق وفتح مصاريع السموات -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:23 Yet He commanded the clouds above And opened the doors of heaven;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:24---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:24 وامطر عليهم منّا للأكل وبر السماء اعطاهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:24 He rained down manna upon them to eat And gave them food from heaven.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:25---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:25 اكل الانسان خبز الملائكة. ارسل عليهم زادا للشبع. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:25 Man did eat the bread of angels; He sent them food in abundance.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:26---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:26 اهاج شرقية في السماء وساق بقوته جنوبية -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:26 He caused the east wind to blow in the heavens And by His power He directed the south wind.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:27---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:27 وامطر عليهم لحما مثل التراب وكرمل البحر طيورا ذوات اجنحة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:27 When He rained meat upon them like the dust, Even winged fowl like the sand of the seas,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:28---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:28 واسقطها في وسط محلتهم حوالي مساكنهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:28 Then He let them fall in the midst of their camp, Round about their dwellings.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:29---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:29 فأكلوا وشبعوا جدا واتاهم بشهوتهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:29 So they ate and were well filled, And their desire He gave to them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:30---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:30 لم يزوغوا عن شهوتهم طعامهم بعد في افواههم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:30 Before they had satisfied their desire, While their food was in their mouths,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:31---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:31 فصعد عليهم غضب الله وقتل من اسمنهم. وصرع مختاري اسرائيل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:31 The anger of God rose against them And killed some of their stoutest ones, And subdued the choice men of Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:32---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:32 في هذا كله اخطأوا بعد ولم يؤمنوا بعجائبه -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:32 In spite of all this they still sinned And did not believe in His wonderful works.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:33---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:33 فافنى ايامهم بالباطل وسنيهم بالرعب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:33 So He brought their days to an end in futility And their years in sudden terror.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:34---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:34 اذ قتلهم طلبوه ورجعوا وبكروا الى الله -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:34 When He killed them, then they sought Him, And returned and searched diligently for God;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:35---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:35 وذكروا ان الله صخرتهم والله العلي وليّهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:35 And they remembered that God was their rock, And the Most High God their Redeemer.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:36---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:36 فخادعوه بافواههم وكذبوا عليه بالسنتهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:36 But they deceived Him with their mouth And lied to Him with their tongue.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:37---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:37 اما قلوبهم فلم تثبت معه ولم يكونوا امناء في عهده -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:37 For their heart was not steadfast toward Him, Nor were they faithful in His covenant.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:38---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:38 اما هو فرؤوف يغفر الاثم ولا يهلك وكثيرا ما رد غضبه ولم يشعل كل سخطه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:38 But He, being compassionate, forgave their iniquity and did not destroy them; And often He restrained His anger And did not arouse all His wrath.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:39---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:39 ذكر انهم بشر ريح تذهب ولا تعود. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:39 Thus He remembered that they were but flesh, A wind that passes and does not return.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:40---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:40 كم عصوه في البرية واحزنوه في القفر. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:40 How often they rebelled against Him in the wilderness And grieved Him in the desert!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:41---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:41 رجعوا وجربوا الله وعنّوا قدوس اسرائيل. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:41 Again and again they tempted God, And pained the Holy One of Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:42---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:42 لم يذكروا يده يوم فداهم من العدو -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:42 They did not remember His power, The day when He redeemed them from the adversary,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:43---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:43 حيث جعل في مصر آياته وعجائبه في بلاد صوعن -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:43 When He performed His signs in Egypt And His marvels in the field of Zoan,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:44---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:44 اذ حول خلجانهم الى دم ومجاريهم لكي لا يشربوا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:44 And turned their rivers to blood, And their streams, they could not drink.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:45---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:45 ارسل عليهم بعوضا فاكلهم وضفادع فافسدتهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:45 He sent among them swarms of flies which devoured them, And frogs which destroyed them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:46---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:46 اسلم للجردم غلتهم وتعبهم للجراد. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:46 He gave also their crops to the grasshopper And the product of their labor to the locust.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:47---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:47 اهلك بالبرد كرومهم وجميزهم بالصقيع. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:47 He destroyed their vines with hailstones And their sycamore trees with frost.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:48---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:48 ودفع الى البرد بهائمهم ومواشيهم للبروق. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:48 He gave over their cattle also to the hailstones And their herds to bolts of lightning.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:49---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:49 ارسل عليهم حمو غضبه سخطا ورجزا وضيقا جيش ملائكة اشرار. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:49 He sent upon them His burning anger, Fury and indignation and trouble, A band of destroying angels.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:50---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:50 مهد سبيلا لغضبه. لم يمنع من الموت انفسهم بل دفع حياتهم للوبإ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:50 He leveled a path for His anger; He did not spare their soul from death, But gave over their life to the plague,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:51---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:51 وضرب كل بكر في مصر. اوائل القدرة في خيام حام. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:51 And smote all the firstborn in Egypt, The first issue of their virility in the tents of Ham.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:52---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:52 وساق مثل الغنم شعبه وقادهم مثل قطيع في البرية. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:52 But He led forth His own people like sheep And guided them in the wilderness like a flock;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:53---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:53 وهداهم آمنين فلم يجزعوا. اما اعداؤهم فغمرهم البحر. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:53 He led them safely, so that they did not fear; But the sea engulfed their enemies.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:54---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:54 وادخلهم في تخوم قدسه هذا الجبل الذي اقتنته يمينه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:54 So He brought them to His holy land, To this hill country which His right hand had gained.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:55---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:55 وطرد الامم من قدامهم وقسمهم بالحبل ميراثا واسكن في خيامهم اسباط اسرائيل -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:55 He also drove out the nations before them And apportioned them for an inheritance by measurement, And made the tribes of Israel dwell in their tents.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:56---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:56 فجربوا وعصوا الله العلي وشهاداته لم يحفظوا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:56 Yet they tempted and rebelled against the Most High God And did not keep His testimonies,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:57---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:57 بل ارتدّوا وغدروا مثل آبائهم. انحرفوا كقوس مخطئة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:57 But turned back and acted treacherously like their fathers; They turned aside like a treacherous bow.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:58---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:58 اغاظوه بمرتفعاتهم واغاروه بتماثيلهم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:58 For they provoked Him with their high places And aroused His jealousy with their graven images.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:59---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:59 سمع الله فغضب ورذل اسرائيل جدا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:59 When God heard, He was filled with wrath And greatly abhorred Israel;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:60---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:60 ورفض مسكن شيلو الخيمة التي نصبها بين الناس. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:60 So that He abandoned the dwelling place at Shiloh, The tent which He had pitched among men,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:61---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:61 وسلم للسبي عزه وجلاله ليد العدو. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:61 And gave up His strength to captivity And His glory into the hand of the adversary.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:62---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:62 ودفع الى السيف شعبه وغضب على ميراثه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:62 He also delivered His people to the sword, And was filled with wrath at His inheritance.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:63---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:63 مختاروه اكلتهم النار وعذاراه لم يحمدن. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:63 Fire devoured His young men, And His virgins had no wedding songs.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:64---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:64 كهنته سقطوا بالسيف وارامله لم يبكين -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:64 His priests fell by the sword, And His widows could not weep.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:65---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:65 فاستيقظ الرب كنائم كجبار معّيط من الخمر. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:65 Then the Lord awoke as if from sleep, Like a warrior overcome by wine.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Psalm 78:66---- (Arabic) ﺮﻴﻣﺍﺰﻤﻟﺍ 78:66 فضرب اعداءه الى الوراء. جعلهم عارا ابديا. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Psa 78:66 He drove His adversaries backward;
