(Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:1 في السنة الثانية لداريوس الملك في الشهر السادس في اول يوم من الشهر كانت كلمة الرب عن يد حجي النبي الى زربابل بن شألتيئيل والي يهوذا والى يهوشع بن يهوصادق الكاهن العظيم قائلا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:1 In the second year of Darius the king, on the first day of the sixth month, the word of the Lord came by the prophet Haggai to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:2---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:2 هكذا قال رب الجنود قائلا. هذا الشعب قال ان الوقت لم يبلغ وقت بناء بيت الرب -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:2 "Thus says the Lord of hosts, 'This people says, "The time has not come, even the time for the house of the Lord to be rebuilt."'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:3---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:3 فكانت كلمة الرب عن يد حجي النبي قائلا -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:3 Then the word of the Lord came by Haggai the prophet, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:4---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:4 هل الوقت لكم انتم ان تسكنوا في بيوتكم المغشّاة وهذا البيت خراب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:4 "Is it time for you yourselves to dwell in your paneled houses while this house lies desolate?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:5---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:5 والآن فهكذا قال رب الجنود. اجعلوا قلبكم على طرقكم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:5 Now therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts, "Consider your ways!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:6---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:6 زرعتم كثيرا ودخلتم قليلا. تأكلون وليس الى الشبع. تشربون ولا تروون. تكتسون ولا تدفأون. والآخذ اجرة يأخذ اجرة لكيس منقوب -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:6 You have sown much, but harvest little; you eat, but there is not enough to be satisfied; you drink, but there is not enough to become drunk; you put on clothing, but no one is warm enough; and he who earns, earns wages to put into a purse with holes."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:7---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:7 هكذا قال رب الجنود. اجعلوا قلبكم على طرقكم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:7 Thus says the Lord of hosts, "Consider your ways!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:8---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:8 اصعدوا الى الجبل واتوا بخشب وابنوا البيت فارضى عليه واتمجد قال الرب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:8 Go up to the mountains, bring wood and rebuild the temple, that I may be pleased with it and be glorified," says the Lord.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:9---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:9 انتظرتم كثيرا واذا هو قليل ولما ادخلتموه البيت نفخت عليه. لماذا يقول رب الجنود. لاجل بيتي الذي هو خراب وانتم راكضون كل انسان الى بيته. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:9 "You look for much, but behold, it comes to little; when you bring it home, I blow it away. Why?" declares the Lord of hosts," Because of My house which lies desolate, while each of you runs to his own house.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:10---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:10 لذلك منعت السموات من فوقكم الندى ومنعت الارض غلتها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:10 Therefore, because of you the sky has withheld its dew and the earth has withheld its produce.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:11---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:11 ودعوت بالحرّ على الارض وعلى الجبال وعلى الحنطة وعلى المسطار وعلى الزيت وعلى ما تنبته الارض وعلى الناس وعلى البهائم وعلى كل اتعاب اليدين -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:11 I called for a drought on the land, on the mountains, on the grain, on the new wine, on the oil, on what the ground produces, on men, on cattle, and on all the labor of your hands."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:12---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:12 حينئذ سمع زربابل بن شألتيئيل ويهوشع بن يهوصادق الكاهن العظيم وكل بقية الشعب صوت الرب الههم وكلام حجي النبي كما ارسله الرب الههم وخاف الشعب امام وجه الرب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:12 Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the Lord their God and the words of Haggai the prophet, as the Lord their God had sent him. And the people showed reverence for the Lord.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:13---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:13 فقال حجي رسول الرب برسالة الرب لجميع الشعب قائلا انا معكم يقول الرب. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:13 Then Haggai, the messenger of the Lord, spoke by the commission of the Lord to the people saying, "'I am with you,' declares the Lord."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:14---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:14 ونبّه الرب روح زربابل بن شألتيئيل والي يهوذا وروح يهوشع بن يهوصادق الكاهن العظيم وروح كل بقية الشعب فجاءوا وعملوا الشغل في بيت رب الجنود الههم -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:14 So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and worked on the house of the Lord of hosts, their God,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 1:15---- (Arabic) ﻲﺠﺣ 1:15 في اليوم الرابع والعشرين من الشهر السادس في السنة الثانية لداريوس الملك -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hag 1:15 on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month in the second year of Darius the king.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Haggai 2:1 ---- written 520 B.C.
