"It shall not stand nor shall it come to pass.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 7:8---- Isa 7:8 ἀλλ᾽ ἡ κεφαλὴ Αραμ Δαμασκός ἀλλ᾽ ἔτι ἑξήκοντα καὶ πέντε ἐτῶν ἐκλείψει ἡ βασιλεία Εφραιμ ἀπὸ λαοῦ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 7:8 For the head of Aram is Damascus and the head of Damascus is Rezin (now within another 65 years Ephraim will be shattered, so that it is no longer a people),(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 7:9---- Isa 7:9 καὶ ἡ κεφαλὴ Εφραιμ Σομορων καὶ ἡ κεφαλὴ Σομορων υἱὸς τοῦ Ρομελιου καὶ ἐὰν μὴ πιστεύσητε οὐδὲ μὴ συνῆτε (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 7:9 and the head of Ephraim is Samaria and the head of Samaria is the son of Remaliah.
