they shall slaughter the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 44:12---- Eze 44:12 ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐλειτούργουν αὐτοῖς πρὸ προσώπου τῶν εἰδώλων αὐτῶν καὶ ἐγένετο τῷ οἴκῳ Ισραηλ εἰς κόλασιν ἀδικίας ἕνεκα τούτου ἦρα τὴν χεῖρά μου ἐπ᾽ αὐτούς λέγει κύριος ὁ θεός (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 44:12 Because they ministered to them before their idols and became a stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel, therefore I have sworn against them," declares the Lord God, "that they shall bear the punishment for their iniquity.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 44:13---- Eze 44:13 καὶ οὐκ ἐγγιοῦσι πρός με τοῦ ἱερατεύειν μοι οὐδὲ τοῦ προσάγειν πρὸς τὰ ἅγια υἱῶν τοῦ Ισραηλ οὐδὲ πρὸς τὰ ἅγια τῶν ἁγίων μου καὶ λήμψονται ἀτιμίαν αὐτῶν ἐν τῇ πλανήσει ᾗ ἐπλανήθησαν (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 44:13 And they shall not come near to Me to serve as a priest to Me, nor come near to any of My holy things, to the things that are most holy; they shall come near to My table to minister to Me and keep My charge.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 44:17---- Eze 44:17 καὶ ἔσται ἐν τῷ εἰσπορεύεσθαι αὐτοὺς τὰς πύλας τῆς αὐλῆς τῆς ἐσωτέρας στολὰς λινᾶς ἐνδύσονται καὶ οὐκ ἐνδύσονται ἐρεᾶ ἐν τῷ λειτουργεῖν αὐτοὺς ἀπὸ τῆς πύλης τῆς ἐσωτέρας αὐλῆς (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 44:17 It shall be that when they enter at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments; and wool shall not be on them while they are ministering in the gates of the inner court and in the house.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 44:18---- Eze 44:18 καὶ κιδάρεις λινᾶς ἕξουσιν ἐπὶ ταῖς κεφαλαῖς αὐτῶν καὶ περισκελῆ λινᾶ ἕξουσιν ἐπὶ τὰς ὀσφύας αὐτῶν καὶ οὐ περιζώσονται βίᾳ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 44:18 Linen turbans shall be on their heads and linen undergarments shall be on their loins; they shall not gird themselves with anything which makes them sweat.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 44:19---- Eze 44:19 καὶ ἐν τῷ ἐκπορεύεσθαι αὐτοὺς εἰς τὴν αὐλὴν τὴν ἐξωτέραν πρὸς τὸν λαὸν ἐκδύσονται τὰς στολὰς αὐτῶν ἐν αἷς αὐτοὶ λειτουργοῦσιν ἐν αὐταῖς καὶ θήσουσιν αὐτὰς ἐν ταῖς ἐξέδραις τῶν ἁγίων καὶ ἐνδύσονται στολὰς ἑτέρας καὶ οὐ μὴ ἁγιάσωσιν τὸν λαὸν ἐν ταῖς στολαῖς αὐτῶν (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 44:19 When they go out into the outer court, into the outer court to the people, they shall put off their garments in which they have been ministering and lay them in the holy chambers;
