Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Peter 5:9---- (Hebrew) אַךְ בָּאֱמוּנָה תַעַמְדוּ נֶגְדּוֹ כְגִבֹּרִים וְתֵדְעוּן כִּי צָרוֹת כָּאֵלֶּה עָבְרוּ גַּם עַל־אֲחֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר בָּאָרֶץ הֵמָּה׃ ט Peter1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Pe 5:9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Peter 5:10---- (Hebrew) וְאַחֲרֵי אֲשֶׁר עֻנֵּיתֶם לְיָמִים מְעַטִּים יִנָּתֵן לָכֶם לֵב שָׁלֵם מֵאֵת אֱלֹהֵי הַחֶסֶד אֲשֶׁר קָרָא אֶתְכֶם לִכְבוֹדוֹ עַד־עוֹלְמֵי עַד בַּמָּשִׁיחַ יֵשׁוּעַ וִיחַזֵּק וִיאַמֵּץ וִיכוֹנֵן אֶתְכֶם לָנֶצַח׃ י Peter1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Pe 5:10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 1 Peter 5:11---- (Hebrew) וְלוֹ הַכָּבוֹד וְהַמֶּמְשָׁלָה עַד־עוֹלְמֵי עוֹלָמִים אָמֵן׃ יא Peter1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1Pe 5:11 To Him be dominion forever and ever.
