(Hebrew) וָאֵרֶא וְהִנֵּה בִּימִין הַיּשֵׁב עַל־הַכִּסֵּא סֵפֶר כָּתוּב פָּנִים וְאָחוֹר וְחָתוּם בְּשִׁבְעָה חֹתָמוֹת׃ א Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:1 I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a book written inside and on the back, sealed up with seven seals.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:2---- (Hebrew) וּמַלְאָךְ אַדִּיר רָאִיתִי קֹרֵא בְקוֹל־גָּדוֹל מִי יָדָיו רַב־לוֹ לִפְתֹּחַ אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר וּלְהַתִּיר אֶת־חֹתָמָיו׃ ב Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the book and to break its seals?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:3---- (Hebrew) וְלֹא־נִמְצָא רַב־כֹּחַ בַּשָּׁמַיִם וּבָאָרֶץ וּמִתַּחַת לָאָרֶץ לִפְתֹּחַ אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר וְאַף לֹא־לְהַבִּיט אֵלָיו׃ ג Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:3 And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the book or to look into it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:4---- (Hebrew) וַאֲנִי בָכִיתִי הַרְבֵּה בֶכֶה כִּי לֹא־נִמְצָא רַב־כֹּחַ לִפְתֹּחַ אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר וְלִקְרֹא בּוֹ אוֹ־לְהַבִּט אֵלָיו׃ ד Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:4 Then I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the book or to look into it;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:5---- (Hebrew) וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלַי אֶחָד מִן־הַזְּקֵנִים אַל־תִּבְכֶּה הִנֵּה גָבַר הָאַרְיֵה מִשֵּׁבֶט יְהוּדָה שֹׁרֶשׁ דָּוִד לִפְתֹּחַ אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר וּלְהַתִּיר שִׁבְעַת חֹתָמָיו׃ ה Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:5 and one of the elders said to me, "Stop weeping; behold, the Lion that is from the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:6---- (Hebrew) וָאֵרֶא וְהִנֵּה בְּתוֹךְ הַכִּסֵּא וְאַרְבַּע הַחַיּוֹת וּבְתוֹךְ הַזְּקֵנִים עֹמֵד שֶׂה כְּמוֹ טָבוּחַ וְלוֹ שֶׁבַע קְרָנַיִם וְשִׁבְעָה עֵינַיִם אֲשֶׁר שִׁבְעָה רוּחוֹת הָאֱלֹהִי הֵמָּה מְשֹׁטְטִים בְּכָל־הָאָרֶץ׃ ו Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:6 And I saw between the throne (with the four living creatures) and the elders a Lamb standing, as if slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:7---- (Hebrew) וַיָּבֹא וַיִּקַּח אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר מִימִין הַיּשֵׁב עַל־הַכִּסֵּא׃ ז Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:7 And He came and took the book out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:8---- (Hebrew) וַיְהִי בְּקַחְתּוֹ אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר וַיִּפְּלוּ עַל־פְּנֵיהֶם אַרְבַּע הַחַיּוֹת וְעֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּעָה הַזְּקֵנִים לִפְנֵי הַשֶּׂה וְכִנּוֹר בְּיַד אִישׁ אִישׁ מֵהֶם וּמַחְתּוֹת זָהָב מְלֵאוֹת קְטֹרֶת אֲשֶׁר תְּפִלּוֹת הַקְּדוֹשִׁים הֵנָּה׃ ח Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:8 When He had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one holding a harp and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:9---- (Hebrew) וַיָּשִׁירוּ שִׁיר חָדָשׁ לֵאמֹר לְךָ נָאֲוָה לָקַחַת אֶת־הַסֵּפֶר לִפְתֹּחַ אֶת־חֹתָמָיו כִּי נִשְׁחַטְתָּ וּבְדָמְךָ קָנִיתָ עֲדָתְךָ לֵאלֹהִים מִכָּל־שֵׁבֶט וְלָשׁוֹן וּמִכָּל־עָם וָגוֹי׃ ט Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:9 And they sang a new song, saying, "Worthy are You to take the book and to break its seals; for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:10---- (Hebrew) וַתַּעַשׂ אֹתָם לִמְלָכִים וּלְכֹהֲנִים לִפְנֵי אֱלֹהֵינוּ לִמְלֹךְ בָּאָרֶץ׃ י Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:10 "You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Revelation 5:11---- (Hebrew) אָז רָאִיתִי וְשָׁמַעְתִּי קוֹל מַלְאָכִים רַבִּים סָבִיב לַכִּסֵּא וְלַחַיּוֹת וְלַזְּקֵנִים וּמִסְפָּרָם רִבֹּאוֹת רְבָבוֹת וְאַלְפֵי אֲלָפִים׃ יא Revelation -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rev 5:11 Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders;
