================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:1 ---- written 1050-1000 B.C.---- Jdg 9:1 Adapun Abimelekh bin Yerubaal pergi ke Sikhem kepada saudara-saudara ibunya dan berkata kepada mereka dan kepada seluruh kaum dari pihak keluarga ibunya:(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:1 And Abimelech the son of Jerubbaal went to Shechem to his mother's relatives, and spoke to them and to the whole clan of the household of his mother's father, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:2---- Jdg 9:2 "Tolong katakan kepada seluruh warga kota Sikhem: Manakah yang lebih baik bagimu: tujuh puluh orang memerintah kamu, yaitu semua anak Yerubaal, atau satu orang? Dan ingat juga, bahwa aku darah dagingmu."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:2 "Speak, now, in the hearing of all the leaders of Shechem, 'Which is better for you, that seventy men, all the sons of Jerubbaal, rule over you, or that one man rule over you?' Also, remember that I am your bone and your flesh."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:3---- Jdg 9:3 Lalu saudara-saudara ibunya mengatakan hal ihwalnya kepada seluruh warga kota Sikhem, maka condonglah hati orang-orang itu untuk mengikuti Abimelekh, sebab kata mereka: "Memang ia saudara kita."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:3 And his mother's relatives spoke all these words on his behalf in the hearing of all the leaders of Shechem; and they were inclined to follow Abimelech, for they said, "He is our relative."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:4---- Jdg 9:4 Sesudah itu mereka memberikan kepadanya tujuh puluh uang perak dari kuil Baal-Berit, lalu Abimelekh memberi perak itu sebagai upah kepada petualang-petualang dan orang-orang nekat supaya mengikuti dia.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:4 They gave him seventy pieces of silver from the house of Baal-berith with which Abimelech hired worthless and reckless fellows, and they followed him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:5---- Jdg 9:5 Ia pergi ke rumah ayahnya di Ofra, lalu membunuh saudara-saudaranya, anak-anak Yerubaal, tujuh puluh orang, di atas satu batu. Tetapi Yotam, anak bungsu Yerubaal tinggal hidup, karena ia menyembunyikan diri.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:5 Then he went to his father's house at Ophrah and killed his brothers the sons of Jerubbaal, seventy men, on one stone. But Jotham the youngest son of Jerubbaal was left, for he hid himself.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:6---- Jdg 9:6 Kemudian berkumpullah seluruh warga kota Sikhem dan seluruh Bet-Milo; mereka pergi menobatkan Abimelekh menjadi raja dekat pohon tarbantin di tugu peringatan yang di Sikhem.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:6 All the men of Shechem and all Beth-millo assembled together, and they went and made Abimelech king, by the oak of the pillar which was in Shechem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:7---- Jdg 9:7 Setelah hal itu dikabarkan kepada Yotam, pergilah ia ke gunung Gerizim dan berdiri di atasnya, lalu berserulah ia dengan suara nyaring kepada mereka: "Dengarkanlah aku, kamu warga kota Sikhem, maka Allah akan mendengarkan kamu juga.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:7 Now when they told Jotham, he went and stood on the top of Mount Gerizim, and lifted his voice and called out. Thus he said to them, "Listen to me, O men of Shechem, that God may listen to you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:8---- Jdg 9:8 Sekali peristiwa pohon-pohon pergi mengurapi yang akan menjadi raja atas mereka. Kata mereka kepada pohon zaitun: Jadilah raja atas kami!(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:8 Once the trees went forth to anoint a king over them, and they said to the olive tree, 'Reign over us!'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:9---- Jdg 9:9 Tetapi jawab pohon zaitun itu kepada mereka: Masakan aku meninggalkan minyakku yang dipakai untuk menghormati Allah dan manusia, dan pergi melayang di atas pohon-pohon?(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:9 But the olive tree said to them, 'Shall I leave my fatness with which God and men are honored, and go to wave over the trees?'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:10---- Jdg 9:10 Lalu kata pohon-pohon itu kepada pohon ara: Marilah, jadilah raja atas kami!(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:10 Then the trees said to the fig tree, 'You come, reign over us!'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:11---- Jdg 9:11 Tetapi jawab pohon ara itu kepada mereka: Masakan aku meninggalkan manisanku dan buah-buahku yang baik, dan pergi melayang di atas pohon-pohon?(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:11 But the fig tree said to them, 'Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit, and go to wave over the trees?'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:12---- Jdg 9:12 Lalu kata pohon-pohon itu kepada pohon anggur: Marilah, jadilah raja atas kami!(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:12 Then the trees said to the vine, 'You come, reign over us!'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:13---- Jdg 9:13 Tetapi jawab pohon anggur itu kepada mereka: Masakan aku meninggalkan air buah anggurku, yang menyukakan hati Allah dan manusia, dan pergi melayang di atas pohon-pohon?(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:13 But the vine said to them, 'Shall I leave my new wine, which cheers God and men, and go to wave over the trees?'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:14---- Jdg 9:14 Lalu kata segala pohon itu kepada semak duri: Marilah, jadilah raja atas kami!(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:14 Finally all the trees said to the bramble, 'You come, reign over us!'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:15---- Jdg 9:15 Jawab semak duri itu kepada pohon-pohon itu: Jika kamu sungguh-sungguh mau mengurapi aku menjadi raja atas kamu, datanglah berlindung di bawah naunganku; tetapi jika tidak, biarlah api keluar dari semak duri dan memakan habis pohon-pohon aras yang di gunung Libanon.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:15 The bramble said to the trees, 'If in truth you are anointing me as king over you, come and take refuge in my shade; but if not, may fire come out from the bramble and consume the cedars of Lebanon.'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:16---- Jdg 9:16 Maka sekarang, jika kamu berlaku setia dan tulus ikhlas dengan membuat Abimelekh menjadi raja, dan jika kamu berbuat yang baik kepada Yerubaal dan kepada keturunannya dan jika kamu membalaskan kepadanya seimbang dengan jasanya--(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:16 "Now therefore, if you have dealt in truth and integrity in making Abimelech king, and if you have dealt well with Jerubbaal and his house, and have dealt with him as he deserved"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:17---- Jdg 9:17 bukankah ayahku telah berperang membela kamu dan menyabung nyawanya, dan telah melepaskan kamu dari tangan orang Midian,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:17 for my father fought for you and risked his life and delivered you from the hand of Midian;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:18---- Jdg 9:18 padahal kamu sekarang memberontak terhadap keturunan ayahku dan membunuh anak-anaknya, tujuh puluh orang banyaknya, di atas satu batu, serta membuat Abimelekh anak seorang budaknya perempuan menjadi raja atas warga kota Sikhem, karena ia saudaramu--(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:18 but you have risen against my father's house today and have killed his sons, seventy men, on one stone, and have made Abimelech, the son of his maidservant, king over the men of Shechem, because he is your relative"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:19---- Jdg 9:19 jadi jika kamu pada hari ini berlaku setia dan tulus ikhlas kepada Yerubaal dan keturunannya, maka silakanlah kamu bersukacita atas Abimelekh dan silakanlah ia bersukacita atas kamu.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:19 if then you have dealt in truth and integrity with Jerubbaal and his house this day, rejoice in Abimelech, and let him also rejoice in you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:20---- Jdg 9:20 Tetapi jika tidak demikian, maka biarlah api keluar dari pada Abimelekh dan memakan habis warga kota Sikhem dan juga Bet-Milo, dan biarlah api keluar dari pada warga kota Sikhem dan juga dari Bet-Milo dan memakan habis Abimelekh."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:20 But if not, let fire come out from Abimelech and consume the men of Shechem and Beth-millo; and let fire come out from the men of Shechem and from Beth-millo, and consume Abimelech."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:21---- Jdg 9:21 Kemudian larilah Yotam; ia melarikan diri ke Beer, dan tinggal di sana karena takut kepada Abimelekh, saudaranya itu.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:21 Then Jotham escaped and fled, and went to Beer and remained there because of Abimelech his brother.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:22---- Jdg 9:22 Setelah tiga tahun lamanya Abimelekh memerintah atas orang Israel,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:22 Now Abimelech ruled over Israel three years.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:23---- Jdg 9:23 maka Allah membangkitkan semangat jahat di antara Abimelekh dan warga kota Sikhem, sehingga warga kota Sikhem itu menjadi tidak setia kepada Abimelekh,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:23 Then God sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem; and the men of Shechem dealt treacherously with Abimelech,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:24---- Jdg 9:24 supaya kekerasan terhadap ketujuh puluh anak Yerubaal dibalaskan dan darah mereka ditimpakan kepada Abimelekh, saudara mereka yang telah membunuh mereka dan kepada warga kota Sikhem yang membantu dia membunuh saudara-saudaranya itu.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:24 so that the violence done to the seventy sons of Jerubbaal might come, and their blood might be laid on Abimelech their brother, who killed them, and on the men of Shechem, who strengthened his hands to kill his brothers.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:25---- Jdg 9:25 Sebab warga kota Sikhem itu menempatkan orang untuk menghadang dia di puncak gunung dan merampas setiap orang yang melewati mereka melalui jalan itu. Hal itu dikabarkan kepada Abimelekh.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:25 The men of Shechem set men in ambush against him on the tops of the mountains, and they robbed all who might pass by them along the road; and it was told to Abimelech.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:26---- Jdg 9:26 Sementara itu Gaal bin Ebed beserta saudara-saudaranya telah datang dan pindah ke kota Sikhem. Warga kota Sikhem percaya kepadanya,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:26 Now Gaal the son of Ebed came with his relatives, and crossed over into Shechem; and the men of Shechem put their trust in him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:27---- Jdg 9:27 jadi pergilah mereka ke ladang; mereka mengumpulkan hasil kebun anggur mereka, dan mengirik memerasnya, lalu mengadakan perayaan. Mereka masuk ke kuil allah mereka dan makan minum sambil mengutuki Abimelekh.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:27 They went out into the field and gathered the grapes of their vineyards and trod them, and held a festival; and they went into the house of their god, and ate and drank and cursed Abimelech.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:28---- Jdg 9:28 Berkatalah Gaal bin Ebed: "Siapa itu Abimelekh dan siapa kita orang Sikhem, maka kita menjadi hambanya? Bukankah anak Yerubaal dan Zebul, wakilnya, menjadi hamba orang-orang Hemor, ayah Sikhem, jadi mengapakah kita menjadi hambanya?(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:28 Then Gaal the son of Ebed said, "Who is Abimelech, and who is Shechem, that we should serve him? Is he not the son of Jerubbaal, and is Zebul not his lieutenant? Serve the men of Hamor the father of Shechem; but why should we serve him?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:29---- Jdg 9:29 Sekiranya orang-orang kota ini ada di dalam tanganku, maka tentulah aku mengenyahkan Abimelekh." Lalu berkatalah ia ke arah Abimelekh: "Perkuatlah tentaramu dan majulah!"(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:29 Would, therefore, that this people were under my authority! Then I would remove Abimelech." And he said to Abimelech, "Increase your army and come out."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:30---- Jdg 9:30 Ketika Zebul, penguasa kota itu mendengar perkataan Gaal bin Ebed, bangkitlah amarahnya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:30 When Zebul the ruler of the city heard the words of Gaal the son of Ebed, his anger burned.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:31---- Jdg 9:31 Ia mengirim utusan kepada Abimelekh di Aruma dengan pesan: "Gaal bin Ebed dan saudara-saudaranya telah datang ke Sikhem dan ketahuilah mereka menghasut kota itu melawan engkau.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:31 He sent messengers to Abimelech deceitfully, saying, "Behold, Gaal the son of Ebed and his relatives have come to Shechem; and behold, they are stirring up the city against you.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:32---- Jdg 9:32 Oleh sebab itu, berangkatlah pada waktu malam, engkau dan rakyat yang bersama-sama dengan engkau itu, dan adakanlah penghadangan di padang.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:32 Now therefore, arise by night, you and the people who are with you, and lie in wait in the field.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:33---- Jdg 9:33 Esoknya pagi-pagi, pada waktu matahari terbit, haruslah engkau menyerbu kota itu. Dan jika ia dan orang-orangnya keluar melawan engkau, maka engkau dapat berbuat kepadanya sesuai dengan keadaan yang kaudapati."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:33 In the morning, as soon as the sun is up, you shall rise early and rush upon the city; and behold, when he and the people who are with him come out against you, you shall do to them whatever you can."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:34---- Jdg 9:34 Sebab itu berangkatlah Abimelekh pada waktu malam beserta segala rakyat yang bersama-sama dengan dia, lalu mereka mengadakan penghadangan dalam empat pasukan untuk melawan Sikhem.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:34 So Abimelech and all the people who were with him arose by night and lay in wait against Shechem in four companies.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:35---- Jdg 9:35 Ketika Gaal bin Ebed pergi ke luar dan berdiri di depan pintu gerbang kota itu, Abimelekh kebetulan bangun dari tempat penghadangannya beserta rakyat yang bersama-sama dengan dia.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:35 Now Gaal the son of Ebed went out and stood in the entrance of the city gate; and Abimelech and the people who were with him arose from the ambush.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:36---- Jdg 9:36 Ketika Gaal melihat rakyat itu, berkatalah ia kepada Zebul: "Lihat, ada orang banyak turun dari puncak gunung." Jawab Zebul kepadanya: "Itu bayang-bayang gunung, yang kausangka manusia."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:36 When Gaal saw the people, he said to Zebul, "Look, people are coming down from the tops of the mountains." But Zebul said to him, "You are seeing the shadow of the mountains as if they were men."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:37---- Jdg 9:37 Kata Gaal sekali lagi: "Lihat, ada orang banyak turun dari gunung Pusat Tanah dan satu kelompok datang dari jalan Pohon Tarbantin Peramal."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:37 Gaal spoke again and said, "Behold, people are coming down from the highest part of the land, and one company comes by the way of the diviners' oak."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:38---- Jdg 9:38 Jawab Zebul kepadanya: "Di manakah mulutmu itu yang mengatakan: Siapa itu Abimelekh, maka kita menjadi hambanya? Bukankah ini orang-orang yang telah kauhina itu? Majulah sekarang untuk memerangi mereka."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:38 Then Zebul said to him, "Where is your boasting now with which you said, 'Who is Abimelech that we should serve him?' Is this not the people whom you despised? Go out now and fight with them!"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:39---- Jdg 9:39 Maka majulah Gaal dengan dipandangi oleh warga kota Sikhem, lalu berperang melawan Abimelekh.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:39 So Gaal went out before the leaders of Shechem and fought with Abimelech.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:40---- Jdg 9:40 Tetapi Abimelekh mengejar dia, dan ia melarikan diri dari depannya, dan banyaklah orang tewas sampai di depan pintu gerbang.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:40 Abimelech chased him, and he fled before him; and many fell wounded up to the entrance of the gate.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:41---- Jdg 9:41 Adapun Abimelekh tinggal di Aruma, tetapi Zebul mengusir Gaal dan saudara-saudaranya, sehingga mereka ini tidak dapat tinggal di Sikhem.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:41 Then Abimelech remained at Arumah, but Zebul drove out Gaal and his relatives so that they could not remain in Shechem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:42---- Jdg 9:42 Keesokan harinya orang-orang kota itu pergi ke ladang. Setelah hal ini dikabarkan kepada Abimelekh,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:42 Now it came about the next day, that the people went out to the field, and it was told to Abimelech.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:43---- Jdg 9:43 dibawanyalah rakyatnya, dibaginya dalam tiga pasukan, lalu mereka mengadakan penghadangan di padang. Ketika dilihatnya, bahwa orang-orang kota itu keluar dari dalam kota, bangunlah ia menyerang mereka serta menewaskan mereka.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:43 So he took his people and divided them into three companies, and lay in wait in the field; when he looked and saw the people coming out from the city, he arose against them and slew them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:44---- Jdg 9:44 Abimelekh dan pasukan yang bersama-sama dengan dia menyerbu dan menduduki pintu gerbang kota, sedang kedua pasukan lain itu menyerbu dan menewaskan semua orang yang ada di padang.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:44 Then Abimelech and the company who was with him dashed forward and stood in the entrance of the city gate; the other two companies then dashed against all who were in the field and slew them.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:45---- Jdg 9:45 Sehari-harian itu Abimelekh berperang melawan kota itu; ia merebut kota itu dan membunuh orang-orang yang di dalamnya; kemudian dirobohkannya kota itu dan ditaburinya dengan garam.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:45 Abimelech fought against the city all that day, and he captured the city and killed the people who were in it; then he razed the city and sowed it with salt.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:46---- Jdg 9:46 Mendengar itu masuklah seluruh warga kota Menara-Sikhem ke dalam liang di bawah kuil El-Berit.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:46 When all the leaders of the tower of Shechem heard of it, they entered the inner chamber of the temple of El-berith.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:47---- Jdg 9:47 Dikabarkanlah kepada Abimelekh, bahwa seluruh warga kota Menara-Sikhem telah berhimpun di sana.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:47 It was told Abimelech that all the leaders of the tower of Shechem were gathered together.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:48---- Jdg 9:48 Lalu Abimelekh dan seluruh rakyat yang bersama-sama dengan dia naik ke gunung Zalmon. Abimelekh mengambil kapak, lalu memotong dahan-dahan kayu, mengangkatnya dan meletakkannya ke atas bahunya sambil berkata kepada rakyatnya yang bersama-sama dengan dia: "Turutilah dengan segera perbuatanku yang kamu lihat ini."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 9:48 So Abimelech went up to Mount Zalmon, he and all the people who were with him; and Abimelech took an axe in his hand and cut down a branch from the trees, and lifted it and laid it on his shoulder. Then he said to the people who were with him, "What you have seen me do, hurry and do likewise."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 9:49---- Jdg 9:49 Kemudian rakyat itu juga masing-masing memotong dahan-dahan, lalu mengikuti Abimelekh, meletakkan dahan-dahan itu di atas liang dan membakar liang itu di atas kepala orang-orang itu.
