Job 30:31 "Therefore my harp is turned to mourning, And my flute to the sound of those who weep.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:1 ---- occurred around 2000-1700 B.C.---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:1 عهدا قطعت لعينيّ فكيف اتطلع في عذراء. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:1 "I have made a covenant with my eyes; How then could I gaze at a virgin?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:2---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:2 وما هي قسمة الله من فوق ونصيب القدير من الاعالي. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:2 "And what is the portion of God from above Or the heritage of the Almighty from on high?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:3---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:3 أليس البوار لعامل الشر والنكر لفاعلي الاثم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:3 "Is it not calamity to the unjust And disaster to those who work iniquity?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:4---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:4 أليس هو ينظر طرقي ويحصي جميع خطواتي. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:4 "Does He not see my ways And number all my steps?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:5---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:5 ان كنت قد سلكت مع الكذب او اسرعت رجلي الى الغش. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:5 "If I have walked with falsehood, And my foot has hastened after deceit,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:6---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:6 ليزنّي في ميزان الحق فيعرف الله كمالي. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:6 Let Him weigh me with accurate scales, And let God know my integrity.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:7---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:7 ان حادت خطواتي عن الطريق وذهب قلبي وراء عينيّ او لصق عيب بكفيّ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:7 "If my step has turned from the way, Or my heart followed my eyes, Or if any spot has stuck to my hands,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:8---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:8 أزرع وغيري يأكل وفروعي تستأصل -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:8 Let me sow and another eat, And let my crops be uprooted.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:9---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:9 ان غوي قلبي على امرأة او كمنت على باب قريبي -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:9 "If my heart has been enticed by a woman, Or I have lurked at my neighbor's doorway,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:10---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:10 فلتطحن امرأتي لآخر ولينحن عليها آخرون. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:10 May my wife grind for another, And let others kneel down over her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:11---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:11 لان هذه رذيلة وهي اثم يعرض للقضاة. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:11 "For that would be a lustful crime; Moreover, it would be an iniquity punishable by judges.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:12---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:12 لانها نار تأكل حتى الى الهلاك وتستأصل كل محصولي -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:12 "For it would be fire that consumes to Abaddon, And would uproot all my increase.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:13---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:13 ان كنت رفضت حق عبدي وامتي في دعواهما عليّ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:13 "If I have despised the claim of my male or female slaves When they filed a complaint against me,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:14---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:14 فماذا كنت اصنع حين يقوم الله واذا افتقد فبماذا اجيبه. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:14 What then could I do when God arises? And when He calls me to account, what will I answer Him?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:15---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:15 أوليس صانعي في البطن صانعه وقد صوّرنا واحد في الرحم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:15 "Did not He who made me in the womb make him, And the same one fashion us in the womb?(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:16---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:16 ان كنت منعت المساكين عن مرادهم او افنيت عيني الارملة -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:16 "If I have kept the poor from their desire, Or have caused the eyes of the widow to fail,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:17---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:17 او اكلت لقمتي وحدي فما اكل منها اليتيم. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:17 Or have eaten my morsel alone, And the orphan has not shared it(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:18---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:18 بل منذ صباي كبر عندي كأب ومن بطن امي هديتها -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:18 ( But from my youth he grew up with me as with a father, And from infancy I guided her),(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:19---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:19 ان كنت رأيت هالكا لعدم اللبس او فقيرا بلا كسوة -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:19 If I have seen anyone perish for lack of clothing, Or that the needy had no covering,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:20---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:20 ان لم تباركني حقواه وقد استدفأ بجزّة غنمي. ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:22---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:22 فلتسقط عضدي من كتفي ولتنكسر ذراعي من قصبتها. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:22 Let my shoulder fall from the socket, And my arm be broken off at the elbow.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:23---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:23 لان البوار من الله رعب عليّ ومن جلاله لم استطع -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:26 If I have looked at the sun when it shone Or the moon going in splendor,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:27---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:27 وغوي قلبي سرّا ولثم يدي فمي -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:27 And my heart became secretly enticed, And my hand threw a kiss from my mouth,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:28---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:28 فهذا ايضا اثم يعرض للقضاة لاني اكون قد جحدت الله من فوق ================================================================================ ---- Job 31:32---- (Arabic) ﺏﻮﻳﺃ 31:32 غريب لم يبت في الخارج. فتحت للمسافر ابوابي. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Job 31:34 Because I feared the great multitude, And the contempt of families terrified me, And kept silent and did not Behold, here is my signature; Let the Almighty answer me!
