================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:1 ---- written 1450-1410 B.C.---- Num 9:1 καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ Σινα ἐν τῷ ἔτει τῷ δευτέρῳ ἐξελθόντων αὐτῶν ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πρώτῳ λέγων (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:1 Thus the Lord spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, in the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:2---- Num 9:2 εἰπὸν καὶ ποιείτωσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τὸ πασχα καθ᾽ ὥραν αὐτοῦ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:2 "Now, let the sons of Israel observe the Passover at its appointed time.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:3---- Num 9:3 τῇ τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ μηνὸς τοῦ πρώτου πρὸς ἑσπέραν ποιήσεις αὐτὸ κατὰ καιρούς κατὰ τὸν νόμον αὐτοῦ καὶ κατὰ τὴν σύγκρισιν αὐτοῦ ποιήσεις αὐτό (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:3 On the fourteenth day of this month, at twilight, you shall observe it at its appointed time; you shall observe it according to all its statutes and according to all its ordinances."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:4---- Num 9:4 καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ποιῆσαι τὸ πασχα (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:4 So Moses told the sons of Israel to observe the Passover.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:5---- Num 9:5 ἐναρχομένου τῇ τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ μηνὸς ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ τοῦ Σινα καθὰ συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ οὕτως ἐποίησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:5 They observed the Passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, in the wilderness of Sinai; according to all that the Lord had commanded Moses, so the sons of Israel did.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:6---- Num 9:6 καὶ παρεγένοντο οἱ ἄνδρες οἳ ἦσαν ἀκάθαρτοι ἐπὶ ψυχῇ ἀνθρώπου καὶ οὐκ ἠδύναντο ποιῆσαι τὸ πασχα ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ καὶ προσῆλθον ἐναντίον Μωυσῆ καὶ Ααρων ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:6 But there were some men who were unclean because of the dead person, so that they could not observe Passover on that day; so they came before Moses and Aaron on that day.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:7---- Num 9:7 καὶ εἶπαν οἱ ἄνδρες ἐκεῖνοι πρὸς αὐτόν ἡμεῖς ἀκάθαρτοι ἐπὶ ψυχῇ ἀνθρώπου μὴ οὖν ὑστερήσωμεν προσενέγκαι τὸ δῶρον κυρίῳ κατὰ καιρὸν αὐτοῦ ἐν μέσῳ υἱῶν Ισραηλ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:7 Those men said to him, "Though we are unclean because of the dead person, why are we restrained from presenting the offering of the Lord at its appointed time among the sons of Israel?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:8---- Num 9:8 καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτοὺς Μωυσῆς στῆτε αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀκούσομαι τί ἐντελεῖται κύριος περὶ ὑμῶν (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:8 Moses therefore said to them, "Wait, and I will listen to what the Lord will command concerning you."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:9---- Num 9:9 καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:9 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:10---- Num 9:10 λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ λέγων ἄνθρωπος ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἐὰν γένηται ἀκάθαρτος ἐπὶ ψυχῇ ἀνθρώπου ἢ ἐν ὁδῷ μακρὰν ὑμῖν ἢ ἐν ταῖς γενεαῖς ὑμῶν καὶ ποιήσει τὸ πασχα κυρίῳ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:10 "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If any one of you or of your generations becomes unclean because of a dead person, or is on a distant journey, he may, however, observe the Passover to the Lord.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:11---- Num 9:11 ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τῷ δευτέρῳ ἐν τῇ τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ τὸ πρὸς ἑσπέραν ποιήσουσιν αὐτό ἐπ᾽ ἀζύμων καὶ πικρίδων φάγονται αὐτό (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:11 In the second month on the fourteenth day at twilight, they shall observe it; they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:12---- Num 9:12 οὐ καταλείψουσιν ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ εἰς τὸ πρωὶ καὶ ὀστοῦν οὐ συντρίψουσιν ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ κατὰ τὸν νόμον τοῦ πασχα ποιήσουσιν αὐτό (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:12 They shall leave none of it until morning, nor break a bone of it; according to all the statute of the Passover they shall observe it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:13---- Num 9:13 καὶ ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἐὰν καθαρὸς ᾖ καὶ ἐν ὁδῷ μακρᾷ οὐκ ἔστιν καὶ ὑστερήσῃ ποιῆσαι τὸ πασχα ἐξολεθρευθήσεται ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ αὐτῆς ὅτι τὸ δῶρον κυρίῳ οὐ προσήνεγκεν κατὰ τὸν καιρὸν αὐτοῦ ἁμαρτίαν αὐτοῦ λήμψεται ὁ ἄνθρωπος ἐκεῖνος (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:13 But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, and yet neglects to observe the Passover, that person shall then be cut off from his people, for he did not present the offering of the Lord at its appointed time. That man will bear his sin.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:14---- Num 9:14 ἐὰν δὲ προσέλθῃ πρὸς ὑμᾶς προσήλυτος ἐν τῇ γῇ ὑμῶν καὶ ποιήσει τὸ πασχα κυρίῳ κατὰ τὸν νόμον τοῦ πασχα καὶ κατὰ τὴν σύνταξιν αὐτοῦ ποιήσει αὐτό νόμος εἷς ἔσται ὑμῖν καὶ τῷ προσηλύτῳ καὶ τῷ αὐτόχθονι τῆς γῆς (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:14 If an alien sojourns among you and observes the Passover to the Lord, according to the statute of the Passover and according to its ordinance, so he shall do; you shall have one statute, both for the alien and for the native of the land.'"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:15---- Num 9:15 καὶ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ᾗ ἐστάθη ἡ σκηνή ἐκάλυψεν ἡ νεφέλη τὴν σκηνήν τὸν οἶκον τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ τὸ ἑσπέρας ἦν ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς ὡς εἶδος πυρὸς ἕως πρωί (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:15 Now on the day that the tabernacle was erected the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony, and in the evening it was like the appearance of fire over the tabernacle, until morning.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:16---- Num 9:16 οὕτως ἐγίνετο διὰ παντός ἡ νεφέλη ἐκάλυπτεν αὐτὴν ἡμέρας καὶ εἶδος πυρὸς τὴν νύκτα (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:16 So it was continuously; the cloud would cover it by day, and the appearance of fire by night.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:17---- Num 9:17 καὶ ἡνίκα ἀνέβη ἡ νεφέλη ἀπὸ τῆς σκηνῆς καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα ἀπῆραν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ ἐν τῷ τόπῳ οὗ ἂν ἔστη ἡ νεφέλη ἐκεῖ παρενέβαλον οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:17 Whenever the cloud was lifted from over the tent, afterward the sons of Israel would then set out; and in the place where the cloud settled down, there the sons of Israel would camp.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:18---- Num 9:18 διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου παρεμβαλοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου ἀπαροῦσιν πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας ἐν αἷς σκιάζει ἡ νεφέλη ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς παρεμβαλοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:18 At the command of the Lord the sons of Israel would set out, and at the command of the Lord they would camp; as long as the cloud settled over the tabernacle, they remained camped.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:19---- Num 9:19 καὶ ὅταν ἐφέλκηται ἡ νεφέλη ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς ἡμέρας πλείους καὶ φυλάξονται οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τὴν φυλακὴν τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐξάρωσιν (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:19 Even when the cloud lingered over the tabernacle for many days, the sons of Israel would keep the Lord's charge and not set out.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:20---- Num 9:20 καὶ ἔσται ὅταν σκεπάσῃ ἡ νεφέλη ἡμέρας ἀριθμῷ ἐπὶ τῆς σκηνῆς διὰ φωνῆς κυρίου παρεμβαλοῦσιν καὶ διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου ἀπαροῦσιν (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:20 If sometimes the cloud remained a few days over the tabernacle, according to the command of the Lord they remained camped. Then according to the command of the Lord they set out.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:21---- Num 9:21 καὶ ἔσται ὅταν γένηται ἡ νεφέλη ἀφ᾽ ἑσπέρας ἕως πρωὶ καὶ ἀναβῇ ἡ νεφέλη τὸ πρωί καὶ ἀπαροῦσιν ἡμέρας ἢ νυκτός (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:21 If sometimes the cloud remained from evening until morning, when the cloud was lifted in the morning, they would move out; or if it remained in the daytime and at night, whenever the cloud was lifted, they would set out.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:22---- Num 9:22 μηνὸς ἡμέρας πλεοναζούσης τῆς νεφέλης σκιαζούσης ἐπ᾽ αὐτῆς παρεμβαλοῦσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ οὐ μὴ ἀπάρωσιν (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:22 Whether it was two days or a month or a year that the cloud lingered over the tabernacle, staying above it, the sons of Israel remained camped and did not set out; but when it was lifted, they did set out.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 9:23---- Num 9:23 ὅτι διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου ἀπαροῦσιν τὴν φυλακὴν κυρίου ἐφυλάξαντο διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου ἐν χειρὶ Μωυσῆ (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Num 9:23 At the command of the Lord they camped, and at the command of the Lord they set out; they kept the Lord's charge, according to the command of the Lord through Moses.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Numbers 10:1 ---- written 1450-1410 B.C.---- |
