Pre-Exilic---- Isa 46:1 ἔπεσε Βηλ συνετρίβη Δαγων ἐγένετο τὰ γλυπτὰ αὐτῶν εἰς θηρία καὶ κτήνη αἴρετε αὐτὰ καταδεδεμένα ὡς φορτίον κοπιῶντι (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 46:1 Bel has bowed down, Nebo stoops over; Their images are consigned to the beasts and the cattle.
