Pre-Exilic---- Isa 57:1 ἴδετε ὡς ὁ δίκαιος ἀπώλετο καὶ οὐδεὶς ἐκδέχεται τῇ καρδίᾳ καὶ ἄνδρες δίκαιοι αἴρονται καὶ οὐδεὶς κατανοεῖ ἀπὸ γὰρ προσώπου ἀδικίας ἦρται ὁ δίκαιος (LXX 282-105BC) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 57:1 The righteous man perishes, and no man takes it to heart; And devout men are taken away, while no one understands.
