but the owner of the ox shall go unpunished.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:29---- 出エジプト記 21:29 牛がもし以前から突く癖があって、その持ち主が注意されても、これを守りおかなかったために、男または女を殺したならば、その牛は石で撃ち殺され、その持ち主もまた殺されなければならない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:29 If, however, an ox was previously in the habit of goring and its owner has been warned, yet he does not confine it and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned and its owner also shall be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:30---- 出エジプト記 21:30 彼がもし、あがないの金を課せられたならば、すべて課せられたほどのものを、命の償いに支払わなければならない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:30 If a ransom is demanded of him, then he shall give for the redemption of his life whatever is demanded of him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:31---- 出エジプト記 21:31 男の子を突いても、女の子を突いても、この定めに従って処置されなければならない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:31 Whether it gores a son or a daughter, it shall be done to him according to the same rule.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:32---- 出エジプト記 21:32 牛がもし男奴隷または女奴隷を突くならば、その主人に銀三十シケルを支払わなければならない。またその牛は石で撃ち殺されなければならない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:32 If the ox gores a male or female slave, the owner shall give his or her master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:33---- 出エジプト記 21:33 もし人が穴をあけたままに置き、あるいは穴を掘ってこれにおおいをしないために、牛または、ろばがこれに落ち込むことがあれば、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:33 "If a man opens a pit, or digs a pit and does not cover it over, and an ox or a donkey falls into it,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 21:34---- 出エジプト記 21:34 穴の持ち主はこれを償い、金をその持ち主に支払わなければならない。しかし、その死んだ獣は彼のものとなるであろう。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 21:34 the owner of the pit shall make restitution;
