士師記 19:1 そのころ、イスラエルに王がなかった時、エフライムの山地の奥にひとりのレビびとが寄留していた。彼はユダのベツレヘムからひとりの女を迎えて、めかけとしていたが、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 19:1 Now it came about in those days, when there was no king in Israel, that there was a certain Levite staying in the remote part of the hill country of Ephraim, who took a concubine for himself from Bethlehem in Judah.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 19:2---- 士師記 19:2 そのめかけは怒って、彼のところを去り、ユダのベツレヘムの父の家に帰って、そこに四か月ばかり過ごした。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 19:2 But his concubine played the harlot against him, and she went away from him to her father's house in Bethlehem in Judah, and was there for a period of four months.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 19:3---- 士師記 19:3 そこで夫は彼女をなだめて連れ帰ろうと、しもべと二頭のろばを従え、立って彼女のあとを追って行った。彼が女の父の家に着いた時、娘の父は彼を見て、喜んで迎えた。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 19:3 Then her husband arose and went after her to speak tenderly to her in order to bring her back, taking with him his servant and a pair of donkeys. Lo, the day is coming to an end; spend the night here that your heart may be merry. Please let me bring them out that you may ravish them and do to them whatever you wish.
