ルツ記 4:1 ボアズは町の門のところへ上っていって、そこにすわった。すると、さきにボアズが言った親戚の人が通り過ぎようとしたので、ボアズはその人に言った、「友よ、こちらへきて、ここにおすわりください」。彼はきてすわった。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:1 Now Boaz went up to the gate and sat down there, and behold, the close relative of whom Boaz spoke was passing by, so he said, "Turn aside, friend, sit down here." Redeem it for yourself; you may have my right of redemption, for I cannot redeem it."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:7---- ルツ記 4:7 むかしイスラエルでは、物をあがなう事と、権利の譲渡について、万事を決定する時のならわしはこうであった。すなわち、その人は、自分のくつを脱いで、相手の人に渡した。これがイスラエルでの証明の方法であった。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:7 Now this was the custom in former times in Israel concerning the redemption and the exchange of land to confirm any matter: a man removed his sandal and gave it to another; and this was the manner of attestation in Israel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:8---- ルツ記 4:8 そこで親戚の人がボアズにむかい「あなたが自分であがないなさい」と言って、そのくつを脱いだので、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:8 So the closest relative said to Boaz, "Buy it for yourself." And he removed his sandal.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:9---- ルツ記 4:9 ボアズは長老たちとすべての民に言った、「あなたがたは、きょう、わたしがエリメレクのすべての物およびキリオンとマロンのすべての物をナオミの手から買いとった事の証人です。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:9 Then Boaz said to the elders and all the people, "You are witnesses today that I have bought from the hand of Naomi all that belonged to Elimelech and all that belonged to Chilion and Mahlon.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:10---- ルツ記 4:10 またわたしはマロンの妻であったモアブの女ルツをも買って、わたしの妻としました。これはあの死んだ者の名を起してその嗣業を伝え、死んだ者の名がその一族から、またその郷里の門から断絶しないようにするためです。きょうあなたがたは、その証人です」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:10 Moreover, I have acquired Ruth the Moabitess, the widow of Mahlon, to be my wife in order to raise up the name of the deceased on his inheritance, so that the name of the deceased will not be cut off from his brothers or from the court of his birth place; you are witnesses today."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ruth 4:11---- ルツ記 4:11 すると門にいたすべての民と長老たちは言った、「わたしたちは証人です。どうぞ、主があなたの家にはいる女を、イスラエルの家をたてたラケルとレアのふたりのようにされますよう。どうぞ、あなたがエフラタで富を得、ベツレヘムで名を揚げられますように。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rut 4:11 All the people who were in the court, and the elders, said, "We are witnesses.
