サムエル記Ⅱ 20:1 さて、その所にひとりのよこしまな人があって、名をシバといった。ビクリの子で、ベニヤミンびとであった。彼はラッパを吹いて言った、「われわれはダビデのうちに分がない。またエッサイの子のうちに嗣業を持たない。イスラエルよ、おのおのその天幕に帰りなさい」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 20:1 Now a worthless fellow happened to be there whose name was Sheba, the son of Bichri, a Benjamite; and he blew the trumpet and said, "We have no portion in David, Nor do we have inheritance in the son of Jesse; Every man to his tents, O Israel!"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 20:2---- サムエル記Ⅱ 20:2 そこでイスラエルの人々は皆ダビデに従う事をやめて、ビクリの子シバに従った。しかしユダの人々はその王につき従って、ヨルダンからエルサレムへ行った。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 20:2 So all the men of Israel withdrew from following David and followed Sheba the son of Bichri; but the men of Judah remained steadfast to their king, from the Jordan even to Jerusalem.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 20:3---- サムエル記Ⅱ 20:3 ダビデはエルサレムの自分の家にきた。そして王は家を守るために残しておいた十人のめかけたちを取って、一つの家に入れて守り、また養ったが、彼女たちの所には、はいらなかった。彼女たちは死ぬ日まで閉じこめられ一生、寡婦としてすごした。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 20:3 Then David came to his house at Jerusalem, and the king took the ten women, the concubines whom he had left to keep the house, and placed them under guard and provided them with sustenance, but did not go in to them. And Joab took Amasa by the beard with his right hand to kiss him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Samuel 20:10---- サムエル記Ⅱ 20:10 アマサはヨアブの手につるぎがあることに気づかなかったので、ヨアブはそれをもってアマサの腹部を刺して、そのはらわたを地に流し出し、重ねて撃つこともなく彼を殺した。 こうしてヨアブとその兄弟アビシャイはビクリの子シバのあとを追った。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Sa 20:10 But Amasa was not on guard against the sword which was in Joab's hand so he struck him in the belly with it and poured out his inward parts on the ground, and did not strike him again, and he died. You are seeking to destroy a city, even a mother in Israel. But a man from the hill country of Ephraim, Sheba the son of Bichri by name, has lifted up his hand against King David. Only hand him over, and I will depart from the city." And they cut off the head of Sheba the son of Bichri and threw it to Joab. So he blew the trumpet, and they were dispersed from the city, each to his tent.
