Let him proclaim and declare it; Yes, let him recount it to Me in order, From the time that I established the ancient nation. And you are My witnesses. Is there any God besides Me, Or is there any other Rock? Let them all assemble themselves, let them stand up, let them tremble, let them together be put to shame.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:12---- イザヤ書 44:12 鉄の細工人はこれを造るのに炭の火をもって細工し、鎚をもってこれを造り、強い腕をもってこれを鍛える。彼が飢えれば力は衰え、水を飲まなければ疲れはてる。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:12 The man shapes iron into a cutting tool and does his work over the coals, fashioning it with hammers and working it with his strong arm. He also gets hungry and his strength fails; he drinks no water and becomes weary.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:13---- イザヤ書 44:13 木の細工人は線を引き、鉛筆でえがき、かんなで削り、コンパスでえがき、それを人の美しい姿にしたがって人の形に造り、家の中に安置する。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:13 Another shapes wood, he extends a measuring line; he outlines it with red chalk. He works it with planes and outlines it with a compass, and makes it like the form of a man, like the beauty of man, so that it may sit in a house.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:14---- イザヤ書 44:14 彼は香柏を切り倒し、あるいはかしの木、あるいはかしわの木を選んで、それを林の木の中で強く育てる。あるいは香柏を植え、雨にそれを育てさせる。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:14 Surely he cuts cedars for himself, and takes a cypress or an oak and raises it for himself among the trees of the forest. He plants a fir, and the rain makes it grow.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:15---- イザヤ書 44:15 こうして人はその一部をとって、たきぎとし、これをもって身を暖め、またこれを燃やしてパンを焼き、また他の一部を神に造って拝み、刻んだ像に造ってその前にひれ伏す。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:15 Then it becomes something for a man to burn, so he takes one of them and warms himself; he also makes a fire to bake bread. He also makes a god and worships it; he makes it a graven image and falls down before it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:16---- イザヤ書 44:16 その半ばは火に燃やし、その半ばで肉を煮て食べ、あるいは肉をあぶって食べ飽き、また身を暖めて言う、「ああ、暖まった、熱くなった」と。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:16 Half of it he burns in the fire; over this half he eats meat as he roasts a roast and is satisfied. He also warms himself and says, "Aha! He falls down before it and worships; he also prays to it and says, "Deliver me, for you are my god."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:18---- イザヤ書 44:18 これらの人は知ることがなく、また悟ることがない。その目はふさがれて見ることができず、その心は鈍くなって悟ることができない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:18 They do not know, nor do they understand, for He has smeared over their eyes so that they cannot see and their hearts so that they cannot comprehend.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:19---- イザヤ書 44:19 その心のうちに思うことをせず、また知識がなく、悟りがないために、「わたしはその半ばを火に燃やし、またその炭火の上でパンを焼き、肉をあぶって食べ、その残りの木をもって憎むべきものを造るのか。木のはしくれの前にひれ伏すのか」と言う者もない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:19 No one recalls, nor is there knowledge or understanding to say, "I have burned half of it in the fire and also have baked bread over its coals. I roast meat and eat it. Then I make the rest of it into an abomination, I fall down before a block of wood!"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Isaiah 44:20---- イザヤ書 44:20 彼は灰を食い、迷った心に惑わされて、おのれを救うことができず、また「わが右の手に偽りがあるではないか」と言わない。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Isa 44:20 He feeds on ashes; a deceived heart has turned him aside.
