Jeremias 20:1 E Pasur, filho de Imer, o sacerdote, que era o principal supervisor na casa do SENHOR, ouviu a Jeremias enquanto profetizava estas palavras.(Portuguese) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 20:1 When Pashhur the priest, the son of Immer, who was chief officer in the house of the Lord, heard Jeremiah prophesying these things,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 20:2---- Jeremias 20:2 Então Pasur feriu ao profeta Jeremias, e o pôs no tronco que ficava à porta superior de Benjamim, a qual fica na casa do SENHOR.(Portuguese) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 20:2 Pashhur had Jeremiah the prophet beaten and put him in the stocks that were at the upper Benjamin Gate, which was by the house of the Lord.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 20:3---- Jeremias 20:3 E foi no dia seguinte que Pasur tirou a Jeremias do tronco. Disse-lhe então Jeremias: O SENHOR não chama teu nome Pasur, mas sim “Terror por todos os lados”.(Portuguese) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 20:3 On the next day, when Pashhur released Jeremiah from the stocks, Jeremiah said to him, "Pashhur is not the name the Lord has called you, but rather Magor-missabib.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 20:4---- Jeremias 20:4 Porque assim diz o SENHOR: Eis que eu farei de ti um terror a ti mesmo, e a todos os teus amigos; e cairão pelo espada de seus inimigos, e teus olhos o verão; e a todo Judá entregarei na mão do rei da Babilônia, e os levará cativos a Babilônia, e os ferirá à espada.(Portuguese) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 20:4 For thus says the Lord, 'Behold, I am going to make you a terror to yourself and to all your friends; and while your eyes look on, they will fall by the sword of their enemies. Denounce him; yes, let us denounce him!" All my trusted friends, Watching for my fall, say:" Perhaps he will be deceived, so that we may prevail against him And take our revenge on him."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Jeremiah 20:11---- Jeremias 20:11 Mas o SENHOR está comigo como temível guerreiro; por isso meus perseguidores tropeçarão, e não prevalecerão; eles serão muito envergonhados, por não terem agido prudentemente; [terão] humilhação perpétua, que jamais será esquecida.(Portuguese) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jer 20:11 But the Lord is with me like a dread champion; Therefore my persecutors will stumble and not prevail.
