Esther 8:1 Ese mismo día el rey Asuero dio a la reina Esther la casa de Amán enemigo de los judíos; y Mardoqueo vino delante del rey, porque Esther le declaró lo que él [era respecto] de ella.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:1 On that day King Ahasuerus gave the house of Haman, the enemy of the Jews, to Queen Esther; and Mordecai came before the king, for Esther had disclosed what he was to her.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:2---- Esther 8:2 Y se quitó el rey su anillo que había vuelto a tomar de Amán, y lo dio a Mardoqueo. Y Esther puso a Mardoqueo sobre la casa de Amán.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:2 The king took off his signet ring which he had taken away from Haman, and gave it to Mordecai. So Esther arose and stood before the king.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:5---- Esther 8:5 Y dijo: Si le place al rey, y si he hallado gracia delante de él, y si la cosa es recta delante del rey, y agradable yo en sus ojos, sea escrito para revocar las cartas del designio de Amán, hijo de Amadata agageo, que escribió para destruir a los judíos que están en todas las provincias del rey.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:5 Then she said, "If it pleases the king and if I have found favor before him and the matter seems proper to the king and I am pleasing in his sight, let it be written to revoke the letters devised by Haman, the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, which he wrote to destroy the Jews who are in all the king's provinces.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:6---- Esther 8:6 Porque ¿cómo podré yo ver el mal que vendrá sobre mi pueblo? ¿Y cómo podré yo ver la destrucción de mi gente?(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:6 For how can I endure to see the calamity which will befall my people, and how can I endure to see the destruction of my kindred?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:7---- Esther 8:7 Y respondió el rey Asuero a la reina Esther, y a Mardoqueo el judío: He aquí yo he dado a Esther la casa de Amán, y a él han colgado en la horca, por cuanto extendió su mano contra los judíos.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:7 So King Ahasuerus said to Queen Esther and to Mordecai the Jew, "Behold, I have given the house of Haman to Esther, and him they have hanged on the gallows because he had stretched out his hands against the Jews.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:8---- Esther 8:8 Escribid, pues, vosotros a los judíos como bien os pareciere en el nombre del rey, y selladlo con el anillo del rey; porque el escrito que se escribe en el nombre del rey y se sella con el anillo del rey, no puede ser revocado.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:8 Now you write to the Jews as you see fit, in the king's name, and seal it with the king's signet ring; for a decree which is written in the name of the king and sealed with the king's signet ring may not be revoked."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:9---- Esther 8:9 Entonces fueron llamados los escribas del rey en el mes tercero, que [es] el mes de Siván, en el [día] veintitrés del mismo; y se escribió conforme a todo lo que Mardoqueo mandó a los judíos, a los sátrapas, a los capitanes y a los príncipes de las provincias que [había] desde la India hasta Etiopía, ciento veintisiete provincias; a cada provincia conforme a su escritura, y a cada pueblo conforme a a su lengua, a los judíos también conforme a su escritura y lengua.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:9 So the king's scribes were called at that time in the third month (that is, the month Sivan), on the twenty-third day; and it was written according to all that Mordecai commanded to the Jews, the satraps, the governors and the princes of the provinces which extended from India to Ethiopia, 127 provinces, to every province according to its script, and to every people according to their language as well as to the Jews according to their script and their language.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:10---- Esther 8:10 Y escribió en nombre del rey Asuero, y [lo] selló con el anillo del rey, y envió cartas por correos montados en caballos, en mulos, en camellos y en dromedarios.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:10 He wrote in the name of King Ahasuerus, and sealed it with the king's signet ring, and sent letters by couriers on horses, riding on steeds sired by the royal stud.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:11---- Esther 8:11 Y en ellas el rey daba facultad a los judíos que [estaban] en todas las ciudades, para que se reuniesen y estuviesen a la defensa de su vida, prestos a destruir, y matar, y acabar con todo ejército de pueblo o provincia que viniese contra ellos, y aun a los niños y a las mujeres, y [que tomasen] de ellos el despojo,(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:11 In them the king granted the Jews who were in each and every city the right to assemble and to defend their lives, to destroy, to kill and to annihilate the entire army of any people or province which might attack them, including children and women, and to plunder their spoil,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:12---- Esther 8:12 en un mismo día en todas las provincias del rey Asuero, en el [día] trece del mes duodécimo, que [es] el mes de Adar.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:12 on one day in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus, the thirteenth day of the twelfth month (that is, the month Adar).(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:13---- Esther 8:13 La copia de la escritura que había de darse por ordenanza en cada provincia, para que fuese manifiesta a todos los pueblos, decía que los judíos estuviesen apercibidos para aquel día, para vengarse de sus enemigos.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:13 A copy of the edict to be issued as law in each and every province was published to all the peoples, so that the Jews would be ready for this day to avenge themselves on their enemies.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Esther 8:14---- Esther 8:14 Los correos, pues, cabalgando en mulos [y] camellos, salieron a toda prisa impulsados por el mandato del rey; y el decreto fue dado en Susán, capital del reino.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Est 8:14 The couriers, hastened and impelled by the king's command, went out, riding on the royal steeds;
