Ezequiel 17:1 Y vino a mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:1 Now the word of the Lord came to me saying,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:2---- Ezequiel 17:2 Hijo de hombre, propón una enigma, y relata una parábola a la casa de Israel.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:2 "Son of man, propound a riddle and speak a parable to the house of Israel,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:3---- Ezequiel 17:3 Y dirás: Así dice Jehová el Señor: Una gran águila, de grandes alas y de largos miembros, llena de plumas de diversos colores, vino al Líbano, y tomó el cogollo del cedro;(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:3 saying, 'Thus says the Lord God, "A great eagle with great wings, long pinions and a full plumage of many colors came to Lebanon and took away the top of the cedar.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:4---- Ezequiel 17:4 arrancó el más alto de sus renuevos, y lo llevó a la tierra de comerciantes, y lo puso en una ciudad de mercaderes.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:4 He plucked off the topmost of its young twigs and brought it to a land of merchants; he set it in a city of traders.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:5---- Ezequiel 17:5 Tomó también de la semilla de la tierra, y la puso en un campo bueno para sembrar, la plantó junto a aguas abundantes, la puso [como] un sauce.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:5 He also took some of the seed of the land and planted it in fertile soil. He placed it beside abundant waters; he set it like a willow.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:6---- Ezequiel 17:6 Y creció, y se hizo una vid de mucho ramaje, baja de estatura, que sus ramas miraban al [águila], y sus raíces estaban debajo de ella; así que se hizo una vid, y arrojó renuevos, y echó sarmientos.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:6 Then it sprouted and became a low, spreading vine with its branches turned toward him, but its roots remained under it. So it became a vine and yielded shoots and sent out branches.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:7---- Ezequiel 17:7 Hubo también otra gran águila, de grandes alas y de muchas plumas; y he aquí que esta vid juntó cerca de ella sus raíces, y extendió hacia ella sus ramas, para ser regada por ella por los surcos de su plantío.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:7 "But there was another great eagle with great wings and much plumage; and behold, this vine bent its roots toward him and sent out its branches toward him from the beds where it was planted, that he might water it.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:8---- Ezequiel 17:8 En un buen campo, junto a aguas abundantes fue plantada, para que echase ramas y llevase fruto, y para que fuese vid robusta.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:8 It was planted in good soil beside abundant waters, that it might yield branches and bear fruit and become a splendid vine."'(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:9---- Ezequiel 17:9 Di: Así dice Jehová el Señor: ¿Será prosperada? ¿No arrancará sus raíces, y destruirá su fruto, y se secará? Todas sus hojas lozanas se secarán, y no con gran poder ni con mucha gente para arrancarla de sus raíces.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:9 Say, 'Thus says the Lord God, "Will it thrive? Will he not pull up its roots and cut off its fruit, so that it withers--so that all its sprouting leaves wither? And neither by great strength nor by many people can it be raised from its roots again.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:10---- Ezequiel 17:10 Y he aquí que [estando] plantada, ¿será prosperada? ¿No se secará del todo cuando el viento solano la tocare? En los surcos de su verdor se secará.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:10 Behold, though it is planted, will it thrive? Diles: He aquí que el rey de Babilonia vino a Jerusalén, y tomó tu rey y sus príncipes, y los llevó consigo a Babilonia.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:12 "Say now to the rebellious house, 'Do you not know what these things mean?' Say, 'Behold, the king of Babylon came to Jerusalem, took its king and princes and brought them to him in Babylon.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:13---- Ezequiel 17:13 Tomó también de la simiente del reino, e hizo pacto con él, y le trajo a juramento; y tomó a los poderosos de la tierra,(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:13 He took one of the royal family and made a covenant with him, putting him under oath. He also took away the mighty of the land,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:14---- Ezequiel 17:14 para que el reino fuese abatido y no se levantase, [sino] que guardase su alianza y estuviese en ella.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:14 that the kingdom might be in subjection, not exalting itself, but keeping his covenant that it might continue.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:15---- Ezequiel 17:15 Pero se rebeló contra él enviando sus embajadores a Egipto para que le diese caballos y mucha gente. ¿Será prosperado, escapará el que hace tales [cosas]? ¿Podrá romper el pacto y escapar?(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:15 But he rebelled against him by sending his envoys to Egypt that they might give him horses and many troops. Will he succeed? Will he who does such things escape? Then I will bring him to Babylon and enter into judgment with him there regarding the unfaithful act which he has committed against Me.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:21---- Ezequiel 17:21 Y todos sus fugitivos con todos sus escuadrones caerán a espada, y los que quedaren serán esparcidos a todos los vientos; y sabréis que yo Jehová he hablado.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:21 All the choice men in all his troops will fall by the sword, and the survivors will be scattered to every wind; and you will know that I, the Lord, have spoken."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:22---- Ezequiel 17:22 Así dice Jehová el Señor: Y yo tomaré el más alto de los renuevos de aquel alto cedro, y [lo] plantaré; del principal de sus renuevos cortaré un tallo, y [lo] plantaré sobre un monte alto y sublime.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:22 Thus says the Lord God, "I will also take a sprig from the lofty top of the cedar and set it out; I will pluck from the topmost of its young twigs a tender one and I will plant it on a high and lofty mountain.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:23---- Ezequiel 17:23 En el monte alto de Israel lo plantaré, y alzará ramas, y llevará fruto, y se hará magnífico cedro; y todas las especies de aves habitarán debajo de él, a la sombra de sus ramas habitarán.(Spanish) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Eze 17:23 On the high mountain of Israel I will plant it, that it may bring forth boughs and bear fruit and become a stately cedar. And birds of every kind will nest under it; they will nest in the shade of its branches.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Ezekiel 17:24---- Ezequiel 17:24 Y sabrán todos los árboles del campo que yo Jehová abatí el árbol sublime, levanté el árbol bajo, hice secar el árbol verde, e hice reverdecer el árbol seco.
