Exodus 22:1 "ถ้าผู้ใดลักวัวหรือแกะไปฆ่าหรือขาย ให้ผู้นั้นใช้วัวห้าตัวแทนวัวหนึ่งตัวและแกะสี่ตัวแทนแกะตัวหนึ่ง (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:1 "If a man steals an ox or a sheep and slaughters it or sells it, he shall pay five oxen for the ox and four sheep for the sheep.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:2---- Exodus 22:2 ถ้าผู้ใดเห็นขโมยกำลังขุดช่องเข้าไปแล้วตีขโมยนั้นตาย ไม่ต้องทำให้โลหิตตกเพราะการตีคนนั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:2 "If the thief is caught while breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there will be no bloodguiltiness on his account.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:3---- Exodus 22:3 ถ้าดวงอาทิตย์ขึ้นแล้ว ต้องทำให้โลหิตตกเพราะการตีคนนั้น แต่ผู้ร้ายนั้นต้องให้ค่าชดใช้ ถ้าเขาไม่มีอะไรจะใช้ให้ ต้องขายตัวเขาเป็นค่าของที่ลักไปนั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:3 But if the sun has risen on him, there will be bloodguiltiness on his account. He shall surely make restitution; if he owns nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:4---- Exodus 22:4 ถ้าจับของที่ลักไปนั้นได้อยู่ในมือของเขาจะเป็นวัวก็ดี หรือลาก็ดี หรือแกะก็ดี ซึ่งยังเป็นอยู่ ขโมยนั้นต้องให้ค่าชดใช้เป็นสองเท่า (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:4 If what he stole is actually found alive in his possession, whether an ox or a donkey or a sheep, he shall pay double.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:5---- Exodus 22:5 ถ้าผู้ใดปล่อยให้สัตว์กินของในนา หรือในสวนองุ่นเสียไป หรือปล่อยสัตว์ของตน แล้วมันไปกินในนาของผู้อื่น เขาต้องให้ค่าชดใช้ โดยให้ของที่ดีที่สุดในนาของตน และของที่ดีที่สุดในสวนองุ่นของตนเป็นค่าเสียหาย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:5 "If a man lets a field or vineyard be grazed bare and lets his animal loose so that it grazes in another man's field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field and the best of his own vineyard.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:6---- Exodus 22:6 ถ้าจุดไฟที่กองหนาม และไฟลามไปติดกองข้าว หรือติดต้นข้าวซึ่งมิได้เกี่ยว หรือติดทุ่งนาให้ไหม้เสีย ผู้ที่จุดไฟนั้นต้องใช้ค่าเสียหายเต็มจำนวน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:6 "If a fire breaks out and spreads to thorn bushes, so that stacked grain or the standing grain or the field itself is consumed, he who started the fire shall surely make restitution.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:7---- Exodus 22:7 ถ้าผู้ใดฝากเงินหรือสิ่งของไว้กับเพื่อนบ้านแล้วของนั้นถูกขโมยลักไปจากเรือนผู้นั้น ถ้าจับขโมยได้ ขโมยต้องใช้แทนเป็นสองเท่า (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:7 "If a man gives his neighbor money or goods to keep for him and it is stolen from the man's house, if the thief is caught, he shall pay double.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:8---- Exodus 22:8 ถ้าจับขโมยไม่ได้ จงนำเจ้าของเรือนมาถึงพวกผู้พิพากษาเพื่อจะดูว่ามือของตนเองได้ลักสิ่งของของเพื่อนบ้านนั้นหรือไม่ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:8 If the thief is not caught, then the owner of the house shall appear before the judges, to determine whether he laid his hands on his neighbor's property.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:9---- Exodus 22:9 ในคดีฟ้องร้องทุกอย่าง จะเป็นเรื่องวัว ลา แกะ หรือเสื้อผ้า หรือเรื่องสิ่งของใดๆที่หายไป ถ้ามีคนมาอ้างว่าสิ่งนี้สิ่งนั้นเป็นของตน จงนำคดีของคู่ความนั้นไปถึงพวกผู้พิพากษา พวกผู้พิพากษานั้นจะตัดสินว่าผู้ใดผิด ผู้นั้นจะต้องใช้ค่าชดใช้เป็นสองเท่า (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:9 For every breach of trust, whether it is for ox, for donkey, for sheep, for clothing, or for any lost thing about which one says, 'This is it,' the case of both parties shall come before the judges; he whom the judges condemn shall pay double to his neighbor.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:10---- Exodus 22:10 ถ้าผู้ใดฝากลาหรือวัว หรือแกะ หรือสัตว์ใดๆไว้กับเพื่อนบ้าน และสัตว์นั้นเกิดตายลงหรือเป็นอันตราย หรือมีผู้ไล่ต้อนไปจากบ้านนั้นโดยไม่มีใครเห็น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:10 "If a man gives his neighbor a donkey, an ox, a sheep, or any animal to keep for him, and it dies or is hurt or is driven away while no one is looking,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:11---- Exodus 22:11 ต้องให้ผู้รับฝากนั้นปฏิญาณตัวต่อเพื่อนบ้านต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์เพื่อดูว่า มือของเขาลักของของเพื่อนบ้านนั้นจริงหรือไม่ แล้วเจ้าของนั้นจะต้องยินยอม ผู้รับฝากนั้นไม่ต้องให้ค่าชดใช้ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:11 an oath before the Lord shall be made by the two of them that he has not laid hands on his neighbor's property; and its owner shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:12---- Exodus 22:12 แต่ถ้าสัตว์นั้นถูกลักไป ขณะเมื่อผู้รับฝากอยู่ด้วย ผู้รับฝากต้องให้ค่าชดใช้แก่เจ้าของ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:12 But if it is actually stolen from him, he shall make restitution to its owner.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:13---- Exodus 22:13 ถ้ามีสัตว์ร้ายมากัดฉีกสัตว์นั้นตาย จงเอาซากมาให้ตรวจดูเป็นหลักฐาน แล้วผู้รับฝากไม่ต้องให้ค่าชดใช้แทนสัตว์ถูกกัดฉีกนั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:13 If it is all torn to pieces, let him bring it as evidence; he shall not make restitution for what has been torn to pieces.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:14---- Exodus 22:14 ถ้าผู้ใดยืมสิ่งใดๆไปจากเพื่อนบ้านแล้วเกิดเป็นอันตราย หรือตายระหว่างเวลาที่เจ้าของไม่อยู่ ผู้ยืมต้องให้ค่าชดใช้เต็มตามจำนวน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:14 "If a man borrows anything from his neighbor, and it is injured or dies while its owner is not with it, he shall make full restitution.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:15---- Exodus 22:15 ถ้าเจ้าของอยู่ด้วย ผู้ยืมไม่ต้องให้ค่าชดใช้ ถ้าเป็นของเช่า ให้คิดแต่ค่าเช่าเท่านั้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:15 If its owner is with it, he shall not make restitution; if it is hired, it came for its hire.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:16---- Exodus 22:16 ถ้าผู้ใดล่อลวงหญิงพรหมจารีที่ยังไม่มีคู่หมั้นและนอนร่วมกับหญิงนั้น ผู้นั้นจะต้องเสียเงินสินสอด และต้องรับหญิงนั้นเป็นภรรยาของตน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:16 "If a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged, and lies with her, he must pay a dowry for her to be his wife.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:17---- Exodus 22:17 ถ้าบิดาไม่ยอมอย่างเด็ดขาดที่จะยกหญิงนั้นให้เป็นภรรยา เขาก็ต้องเสียเงินเท่าสินสอดตามธรรมเนียมสู่ขอหญิงพรหมจารีนั้นดุจกัน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:17 If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money equal to the dowry for virgins.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:18---- Exodus 22:18 สำหรับหญิงแม่มด เจ้าอย่าให้รอดชีวิตอยู่เลย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:18 "You shall not allow a sorceress to live.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:19---- Exodus 22:19 ผู้ใดร่วมประเวณีกับสัตว์ ผู้นั้นจะต้องถูกลงโทษถึงตาย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:19 "Whoever lies with an animal shall surely be put to death.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:20---- Exodus 22:20 ผู้ใดถวายบูชาแด่พระต่างๆเว้นแต่พระเยโฮวาห์องค์เดียว ผู้นั้นต้องถูกทำลายเสียสิ้น (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:20 "He who sacrifices to any god, other than to the Lord alone, shall be utterly destroyed.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:21---- Exodus 22:21 เจ้าอย่าบีบบังคับหรือข่มเหงคนต่างด้าวเลย เพราะเจ้าทั้งหลายเคยเป็นคนต่างด้าวอยู่ในประเทศอียิปต์ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:21 "You shall not wrong a stranger or oppress him, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:22---- Exodus 22:22 อย่าข่มเหงหญิงม่ายหรือลูกกำพร้าพ่อเลย (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:22 You shall not afflict any widow or orphan.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:23---- Exodus 22:23 ถ้าเจ้าข่มเหงเขาโดยวิธีใดก็ตาม และเขาร้องทุกข์ถึงเรา เราจะฟังคำร้องทุกข์ของเขาแน่ๆ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:23 If you afflict him at all, and if he does cry out to Me, I will surely hear his cry;(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:24---- Exodus 22:24 ความโกรธของเราจะพลุ่งขึ้น และเราจะประหารเจ้าด้วยดาบ ภรรยาของเจ้าจะต้องเป็นม่าย และบุตรของเจ้าจะต้องเป็นกำพร้าพ่อ (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:24 and My anger will be kindled, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children fatherless.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:25---- Exodus 22:25 ถ้าเจ้าให้พลไพร่ของเราคนใดที่เป็นคนจนและอยู่กับเจ้ายืมเงินไป อย่าถือว่าตนเป็นเจ้าหนี้ และอย่าคิดดอกเบี้ยจากเขา (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:25 "If you lend money to My people, to the poor among you, you are not to act as a creditor to him; you shall not charge him interest.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:26---- Exodus 22:26 ถ้าเจ้าได้รับเสื้อคลุมของเพื่อนบ้านไว้เป็นของประกัน จงคืนของนั้นให้เขาก่อนตะวันตกดิน (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:26 If you ever take your neighbor's cloak as a pledge, you are to return it to him before the sun sets,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:27---- Exodus 22:27 เพราะเขามีเสื้อคลุมตัวนั้นตัวเดียวเป็นเครื่องปกคลุมร่างกาย มิฉะนั้นเวลานอนเขาจะเอาอะไรห่มเล่า ต่อมาเมื่อเขาทูลร้องทุกข์ต่อเรา เราจะสดับฟังเพราะเราเป็นผู้มีเมตตากรุณา (Thai) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:27 for that is his only covering; it is his cloak for his body. What else shall he sleep in?
