Today's Date: ======= 1 Samuel 28:1 ============ 1Sa 28:1 Now it came about in those days that the Philistines gathered their armed camps for war, to fight against Israel. And Achish said to David, "Know assuredly that you will go out with me in the camp, you and your men."(nasb) 1Sa 28:1 καὶ ἐγενήθη ἐν ταῖς ἡμέραις ἐκείναις καὶ συναθροίζονται ἀλλόφυλοι ἐν ταῖς παρεμβολαῖς αὐτῶν ἐξελθεῖν πολεμεῖν μετὰ Ισραηλ καὶ εἶπεν Αγχους πρὸς Δαυιδ γινώσκων γνώσει ὅτι μετ᾽ ἐμοῦ ἐξελεύσει εἰς πόλεμον σὺ καὶ οἱ ἄνδρες σου (lxx) 1Sa 28:1 Factum est autem in diebus illis, congregaverunt Philisthiim agmina sua, ut præpararentur ad bellum contra Israël: dixitque Achis ad David: Sciens nunc scito quoniam mecum egredieris in castris, tu et viri tui.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:1 Und es begab sich zu derselben Zeit, daß die Philister ihr Heer versammelten, in den Streit zu ziehen wieder Israel. Und Achis sprach zu David: Du sollst wissen, daß du und deine Männer sollt mit mir ausziehen ins Heer.(dhs) 1Sa 28:1 Now it happened in those days that the Philistines gathered their armies together for war, to fight with Israel. So Achish said to David, "Very well, I will make you my bodyguard for life."(nasb) 1Sa 28:2 καὶ εἶπεν Δαυιδ πρὸς Αγχους οὕτω νῦν γνώσει ἃ ποιήσει ὁ δοῦλός σου καὶ εἶπεν Αγχους πρὸς Δαυιδ οὕτως ἀρχισωματοφύλακα θήσομαί σε πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας (lxx) 1Sa 28:2 Dixitque David ad Achis: Nunc scies quæ facturus est servus tuus. Et ait Achis ad David: Et ego custodem capitis mei ponam te cunctis diebus.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:2 David sprach zu Achis: Wohlan, du sollst erfahren, was dein Knecht tun wird. Achis sprach zu David: Darum will ich dich zum Hüter meines Hauptes setzen mein Leben lang.(dhs) 1Sa 28:2 And David said to Achish, "Surely you know what your servant can do." And Achish said to David, "Therefore I will make you one of my chief guardians forever."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:3 ============ 1Sa 28:3 Now Samuel was dead, and all Israel had lamented him and buried him in Ramah, his own city. And Saul had removed from the land those who were mediums and spiritists.(nasb) 1Sa 28:3 καὶ Σαμουηλ ἀπέθανεν καὶ ἐκόψαντο αὐτὸν πᾶς Ισραηλ καὶ θάπτουσιν αὐτὸν ἐν Αρμαθαιμ ἐν πόλει αὐτοῦ καὶ Σαουλ περιεῖλεν τοὺς ἐγγαστριμύθους καὶ τοὺς γνώστας ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς (lxx) 1Sa 28:3 Samuel autem mortuus est, planxitque eum omnis Israël, et sepelierunt eum in Ramatha urbe sua. Et Saul abstulit magos et hariolos de terra.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:3 Samuel aber war gestorben, und ganz Israel hatte Leid um ihn getragen und ihn begraben in seiner Stadt in Rama. Und Saul hatte aus dem Lande vertrieben die Wahrsager und Zeichendeuter.(dhs) 1Sa 28:3 Now Samuel had died, and all Israel had lamented for him and buried him in Ramah, in his own city. And Saul had put the mediums and the spiritists out of the land.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:4 ============ 1Sa 28:4 So the Philistines gathered together and came and camped in Shunem; and Saul gathered all Israel together and they camped in Gilboa.(nasb) 1Sa 28:4 καὶ συναθροίζονται οἱ ἀλλόφυλοι καὶ ἔρχονται καὶ παρεμβάλλουσιν εἰς Σωμαν καὶ συναθροίζει Σαουλ πάντα ἄνδρα Ισραηλ καὶ παρεμβάλλουσιν εἰς Γελβουε (lxx) 1Sa 28:4 Congregatique sunt Philisthiim, et venerunt, et castrametati sunt in Sunam: congregavit autem et Saul universum Israël, et venit in Gelboë.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:4 Da nun die Philister sich versammelten und kamen und lagerten sich zu Sunem, versammelte Saul auch das ganze Israel, und sie lagerten sich zu Gilboa.(dhs) 1Sa 28:4 Then the Philistines gathered together, and came and encamped at Shunem. So Saul gathered all Israel together, and they encamped at Gilboa.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:5 ============ 1Sa 28:5 When Saul saw the camp of the Philistines, he was afraid and his heart trembled greatly.(nasb) 1Sa 28:5 καὶ εἶδεν Σαουλ τὴν παρεμβολὴν τῶν ἀλλοφύλων καὶ ἐφοβήθη καὶ ἐξέστη ἡ καρδία αὐτοῦ σφόδρα (lxx) 1Sa 28:5 Et vidit Saul castra Philisthiim, et timuit, et expavit cor ejus nimis.~(vulgate) 1Sa 28:5 Da aber Saul der Philister Heer sah, fürchtete er sich, und sein Herz verzagte sehr.(dhs) 1Sa 28:5 When Saul saw the army of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart trembled greatly.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:6 ============ 1Sa 28:6 When Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams or by Urim or by prophets.(nasb) 1Sa 28:6 καὶ ἐπηρώτησεν Σαουλ διὰ κυρίου καὶ οὐκ ἀπεκρίθη αὐτῷ κύριος ἐν τοῖς ἐνυπνίοις καὶ ἐν τοῖς δήλοις καὶ ἐν τοῖς προφήταις (lxx) 1Sa 28:6 Consuluitque Dominum, et non respondit ei neque per somnia, neque per sacerdotes, neque per prophetas.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:6 Und er ratfragte den HERRN; aber der HERR antwortete ihm nicht, weder durch Träume noch durchs Licht noch durch Propheten.(dhs) 1Sa 28:6 And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord did not answer him, either by dreams or by Urim or by the prophets.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:7 ============ 1Sa 28:7 Then Saul said to his servants, "Seek for me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her." And his servants said to him, "Behold, there is a woman who is a medium at En-dor."(nasb) 1Sa 28:7 καὶ εἶπεν Σαουλ τοῖς παισὶν αὐτοῦ ζητήσατέ μοι γυναῖκα ἐγγαστρίμυθον καὶ πορεύσομαι πρὸς αὐτὴν καὶ ζητήσω ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ εἶπαν οἱ παῖδες αὐτοῦ πρὸς αὐτόν ἰδοὺ γυνὴ ἐγγαστρίμυθος ἐν Αενδωρ (lxx) 1Sa 28:7 Dixitque Saul servis suis: Quærite mihi mulierem habentem pythonem, et vadam ad eam, et sciscitabor per illam. Et dixerunt servi ejus ad eum: Est mulier pythonem habens in Endor.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:7 Da sprach Saul zu seinen Knechten: Sucht mir ein Weib, die einen Wahrsagergeist hat, daß ich zu ihr gehe und sie Frage. Seine Knechte sprachen zu ihm: Siehe, zu Endor ist ein Weib, die hat einen Wahrsagergeist.(dhs) 1Sa 28:7 Then Saul said to his servants, "Find me a woman who is a medium, that I may go to her and inquire of her." And his servants said to him, "In fact, there is a woman who is a medium at En Dor."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:8 ============ 1Sa 28:8 Then Saul disguised himself by putting on other clothes, and went, he and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night; and he said, "Conjure up for me, please, and bring up for me whom I shall name to you."(nasb) 1Sa 28:8 καὶ συνεκαλύψατο Σαουλ καὶ περιεβάλετο ἱμάτια ἕτερα καὶ πορεύεται αὐτὸς καὶ δύο ἄνδρες μετ᾽ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔρχονται πρὸς τὴν γυναῖκα νυκτὸς καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ μάντευσαι δή μοι ἐν τῷ ἐγγαστριμύθῳ καὶ ἀνάγαγέ μοι ὃν ἐὰν εἴπω σοι (lxx) 1Sa 28:8 Mutavit ergo habitum suum, vestitusque est aliis vestimentis, et abiit ipse, et duo viri cum eo: veneruntque ad mulierem nocte, et ait illi: Divina mihi in pythone, et suscita mihi quem dixero tibi.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:8 Und Saul wechselte seine Kleider und zog andere an und ging hin und zwei Männer mit ihm, und sie kamen bei der Nacht zu dem Weibe, und er sprach: Weissage mir doch durch den Wahrsagergeist und bringe mir herauf, den ich dir sage.(dhs) 1Sa 28:8 So Saul disguised himself and put on other clothes, and he went, and two men with him; and they came to the woman by night. And he said, "Please conduct a seance for me, and bring up for me the one I shall name to you."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:9 ============ 1Sa 28:9 But the woman said to him, "Behold, you know what Saul has done, how he has cut off those who are mediums and spiritists from the land. Why are you then laying a snare for my life to bring about my death?"(nasb) 1Sa 28:9 καὶ εἶπεν ἡ γυνὴ πρὸς αὐτόν ἰδοὺ δὴ σὺ οἶδας ὅσα ἐποίησεν Σαουλ ὡς ἐξωλέθρευσεν τοὺς ἐγγαστριμύθους καὶ τοὺς γνώστας ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἵνα τί σὺ παγιδεύεις τὴν ψυχήν μου θανατῶσαι αὐτήν (lxx) 1Sa 28:9 Et ait mulier ad eum: Ecce, tu nosti quanta fecerit Saul, et quomodo eraserit magos et hariolos de terra: quare ergo insidiaris animæ meæ, ut occidar?(vulgate) 1Sa 28:9 Das Weib sprach zu ihm: Siehe, du weißt wohl, was Saul getan hat, wie er die Wahrsager und Zeichendeuter ausgerottet hat vom Lande; warum willst du denn meine Seele ins Netz führen, daß ich getötet werde?(dhs) 1Sa 28:9 Then the woman said to him, "Look, you know what Saul has done, how he has cut off the mediums and the spiritists from the land. Why then do you lay a snare for my life, to cause me to die?"(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:10 ============ 1Sa 28:10 Saul vowed to her by the Lord, saying, "As the Lord lives, no punishment shall come upon you for this thing."(nasb) 1Sa 28:10 καὶ ὤμοσεν αὐτῇ Σαουλ λέγων ζῇ κύριος εἰ ἀπαντήσεταί σοι ἀδικία ἐν τῷ λόγῳ τούτῳ (lxx) 1Sa 28:10 Et juravit ei Saul in Domino, dicens: Vivit Dominus, quia non eveniet tibi quidquam mali propter hanc rem.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:10 Saul aber schwur ihr bei dem HERRN und sprach: So wahr der HERR lebt, es soll dir dies nicht zur Missetat geraten.(dhs) 1Sa 28:10 And Saul swore to her by the Lord, saying, "As the Lord lives, no punishment shall come upon you for this thing."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:11 ============ 1Sa 28:11 Then the woman said, "Whom shall I bring up for you?" And he said, "Bring up Samuel for me."(nasb) 1Sa 28:11 καὶ εἶπεν ἡ γυνή τίνα ἀναγάγω σοι καὶ εἶπεν τὸν Σαμουηλ ἀνάγαγέ μοι (lxx) 1Sa 28:11 Dixitque ei mulier: Quem suscitabo tibi? Qui ait: Samuelem mihi suscita.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:11 Da sprach das Weib: Wen soll ich dir denn heraufbringen? Er sprach: Bringe mir Samuel herauf.(dhs) 1Sa 28:11 Then the woman said, "Whom shall I bring up for you?" And he said, "Bring up Samuel for me."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:12 ============ 1Sa 28:12 When the woman saw Samuel, she cried out with a loud voice; and the woman spoke to Saul, saying, "Why have you deceived me? For you are Saul."(nasb) 1Sa 28:12 καὶ εἶδεν ἡ γυνὴ τὸν Σαμουηλ καὶ ἀνεβόησεν φωνῇ μεγάλῃ καὶ εἶπεν ἡ γυνὴ πρὸς Σαουλ ἵνα τί παρελογίσω με καὶ σὺ εἶ Σαουλ (lxx) 1Sa 28:12 Cum autem vidisset mulier Samuelem, exclamavit voce magna, et dixit ad Saul: Quare imposuisti mihi? tu es enim Saul.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:12 Da nun das Weib Samuel sah, schrie sie laut und sprach zu Saul: Warum hast du mich betrogen? Du bist Saul.(dhs) 1Sa 28:12 When the woman saw Samuel, she cried out with a loud voice. And the woman spoke to Saul, saying, "Why have you deceived me? For you are Saul!"(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:13 ============ 1Sa 28:13 The king said to her, "Do not be afraid; but what do you see?" And the woman said to Saul, "I see a divine being coming up out of the earth."(nasb) 1Sa 28:13 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ ὁ βασιλεύς μὴ φοβοῦ εἰπὸν τίνα ἑόρακας καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ Θεοὺς ἑόρακα ἀναβαίνοντας ἐκ τῆς γῆς (lxx) 1Sa 28:13 Dixitque ei rex: Noli timere: quid vidisti? Et ait mulier ad Saul: Deos vidi ascendentes de terra.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:13 Und der König sprach zu ihr: Fürchte dich nicht! Was siehst du? Das Weib sprach zu Saul: Ich sehe Götter heraufsteigen aus der Erde.(dhs) 1Sa 28:13 And the king said to her, "Do not be afraid. What did you see?" And the woman said to Saul, "I saw a spirit ascending out of the earth."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:14 ============ 1Sa 28:14 He said to her, "What is his form?" And she said, "An old man is coming up, and he is wrapped with a robe." And Saul knew that it was Samuel, and he bowed with his face to the ground and did homage.(nasb) 1Sa 28:14 καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ τί ἔγνως καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ ἄνδρα ὄρθιον ἀναβαίνοντα ἐκ τῆς γῆς καὶ οὗτος διπλοΐδα ἀναβεβλημένος καὶ ἔγνω Σαουλ ὅτι Σαμουηλ οὗτος καὶ ἔκυψεν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ προσεκύνησεν αὐτῷ (lxx) 1Sa 28:14 Dixitque ei: Qualis est forma ejus? Quæ ait: Vir senex ascendit, et ipse amictus est pallio. Et intellexit Saul quod Samuel esset, et inclinavit se super faciem suam in terra, et adoravit.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:14 Er sprach: Wie ist er gestaltet? Sie sprach: Es kommt ein alter Mann herauf und ist bekleidet mit einem Priesterrock. Da erkannte Saul, daß es Samuel war, und neigte sich mit seinem Antlitz zur Erde und fiel nieder.(dhs) 1Sa 28:14 So he said to her, "What is his form?" And she said, "An old man is coming up, and he is covered with a mantle." And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground and bowed down.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:15 ============ 1Sa 28:15 Then Samuel said to Saul, "Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?" And Saul answered, "I am greatly distressed; for the Philistines are waging war against me, and God has departed from me and no longer answers me, either through prophets or by dreams; therefore I have called you, that you may make known to me what I should do."(nasb) 1Sa 28:15 καὶ εἶπεν Σαμουηλ ἵνα τί παρηνώχλησάς μοι ἀναβῆναί με καὶ εἶπεν Σαουλ θλίβομαι σφόδρα καὶ οἱ ἀλλόφυλοι πολεμοῦσιν ἐν ἐμοί καὶ ὁ θεὸς ἀφέστηκεν ἀπ᾽ ἐμοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἐπακήκοέν μοι ἔτι καὶ ἐν χειρὶ τῶν προφητῶν καὶ ἐν τοῖς ἐνυπνίοις καὶ νῦν κέκληκά σε γνωρίσαι μοι τί ποιήσω (lxx) 1Sa 28:15 Dixit autem Samuel ad Saul: Quare inquietasti me ut suscitarer? Et ait Saul: Coarctor nimis: siquidem Philisthiim pugnant adversum me, et Deus recessit a me, et exaudire me noluit neque in manu prophetarum, neque per somnia: vocavi ergo te, ut ostenderes mihi quid faciam.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:15 Samuel aber sprach zu Saul: Warum hast du mich unruhig gemacht, daß du mich heraufbringen läßt? Saul sprach: Ich bin sehr geängstet: die Philister streiten wider mich, und Gott ist von mir gewichen und antwortet mir nicht, weder durch Propheten noch durch Träume; darum habe ich dich lassen rufen, daß du mir weisest, was ich tun soll.(dhs) 1Sa 28:15 Now Samuel said to Saul, "Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?" And Saul answered, "I am deeply distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God has departed from me and does not answer me anymore, neither by prophets nor by dreams. Therefore I have called you, that you may reveal to me what I should do."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:16 ============ 1Sa 28:16 Samuel said, "Why then do you ask me, since the Lord has departed from you and has become your adversary?(nasb) 1Sa 28:16 καὶ εἶπεν Σαμουηλ ἵνα τί ἐπερωτᾷς με καὶ κύριος ἀφέστηκεν ἀπὸ σοῦ καὶ γέγονεν μετὰ τοῦ πλησίον σου (lxx) 1Sa 28:16 Et ait Samuel: Quid interrogas me, cum Dominus recesserit a te, et transierit ad æmulum tuum?(vulgate) 1Sa 28:16 Samuel sprach: Was willst du mich fragen, weil der HERR von dir gewichen und dein Feind geworden ist?(dhs) 1Sa 28:16 Then Samuel said: "Why then do you ask me, seeing the Lord has departed from you and has become your enemy?(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:17 ============ 1Sa 28:17 The Lord has done accordingly as He spoke through me; for the Lord has torn the kingdom out of your hand and given it to your neighbor, to David.(nasb) 1Sa 28:17 καὶ πεποίηκεν κύριός σοι καθὼς ἐλάλησεν ἐν χειρί μου καὶ διαρρήξει κύριος τὴν βασιλείαν σου ἐκ χειρός σου καὶ δώσει αὐτὴν τῷ πλησίον σου τῷ Δαυιδ (lxx) 1Sa 28:17 Faciet enim tibi Dominus sicut locutus est in manu mea, et scindet regnum tuum de manu tua et dabit illud proximo tuo David:(vulgate) 1Sa 28:17 Der HERR wird dir tun, wie er durch mich geredet hat, und wird das Reich von deiner Hand reißen und David, deinem Nächsten, geben.(dhs) 1Sa 28:17 And the Lord has done for Himself as He spoke by me. For the Lord has torn the kingdom out of your hand and given it to your neighbor, David.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:18 ============ 1Sa 28:18 As you did not obey the Lord and did not execute His fierce wrath on Amalek, so the Lord has done this thing to you this day.(nasb) 1Sa 28:18 διότι οὐκ ἤκουσας φωνῆς κυρίου καὶ οὐκ ἐποίησας θυμὸν ὀργῆς αὐτοῦ ἐν Αμαληκ διὰ τοῦτο τὸ ῥῆμα ἐποίησεν κύριός σοι τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ταύτῃ (lxx) 1Sa 28:18 quia non obedisti voci Domini, neque fecisti iram furoris ejus in Amalec: idcirco quod pateris, fecit tibi Dominus hodie.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:18 Darum daß du der Stimme des HERRN nicht gehorcht und den Grimm seines Zorns nicht ausgerichtet hast wider Amalek, darum hat dir der HERR solches jetzt getan.(dhs) 1Sa 28:18 Because you did not obey the voice of the Lord nor execute His fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore the Lord has done this thing to you this day.(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:19 ============ 1Sa 28:19 Moreover the Lord will also give over Israel along with you into the hands of the Philistines, therefore tomorrow you and your sons will be with me. Indeed the Lord will give over the army of Israel into the hands of the Philistines!"(nasb) 1Sa 28:19 καὶ παραδώσει κύριος τὸν Ισραηλ μετὰ σοῦ εἰς χεῖρας ἀλλοφύλων καὶ αὔριον σὺ καὶ οἱ υἱοί σου μετὰ σοῦ πεσοῦνται καὶ τὴν παρεμβολὴν Ισραηλ δώσει κύριος εἰς χεῖρας ἀλλοφύλων (lxx) 1Sa 28:19 Et dabit Dominus etiam Israël tecum in manus Philisthiim: cras autem tu et filii tui mecum eritis: sed et castra Israël tradet Dominus in manus Philisthiim.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:19 Dazu wird der HERR Israel mit dir auch geben in der Philister Hände. Morgen wirst du und deine Söhne mit mir sein. Auch wird der HERR das Lager Israels in der Philister Hände geben.(dhs) 1Sa 28:19 Moreover the Lord will also deliver Israel with you into the hand of the Philistines. And tomorrow you and your sons will be with me. The Lord will also deliver the army of Israel into the hand of the Philistines."(nkjv) ======= 1 Samuel 28:20 ============ 1Sa 28:20 Then Saul immediately fell full length upon the ground and was very afraid because of the words of Samuel; also there was no strength in him, for he had eaten no food all day and all night.(nasb) 1Sa 28:20 καὶ ἔσπευσεν Σαουλ καὶ ἔπεσεν ἑστηκὼς ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ ἐφοβήθη σφόδρα ἀπὸ τῶν λόγων Σαμουηλ καὶ ἰσχὺς ἐν αὐτῷ οὐκ ἦν ἔτι οὐ γὰρ ἔφαγεν ἄρτον ὅλην τὴν ἡμέραν καὶ ὅλην τὴν νύκτα ἐκείνην (lxx) 1Sa 28:20 Statimque Saul cecidit porrectus in terram: extimuerat enim verba Samuelis, et robur non erat in eo, quia non comederat panem tota die illa.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:20 Da fiel Saul zur Erde, so lang er war, und erschrak sehr vor den Worten Samuels, daß keine Kraft mehr in ihm war; denn er hatte nichts gegessen den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht.(dhs) 1Sa 28:20 Then immediately Saul fell full length on the ground, and was dreadfully afraid because of the words of Samuel. So he arose from the ground and sat on the bed.(nasb) 1Sa 28:23 καὶ οὐκ ἐβουλήθη φαγεῖν καὶ παρεβιάζοντο αὐτὸν οἱ παῖδες αὐτοῦ καὶ ἡ γυνή καὶ ἤκουσεν τῆς φωνῆς αὐτῶν καὶ ἀνέστη ἀπὸ τῆς γῆς καὶ ἐκάθισεν ἐπὶ τὸν δίφρον (lxx) 1Sa 28:23 Qui renuit, et ait: Non comedam. Coëgerunt autem eum servi sui et mulier, et tandem audita voce eorum surrexit de terra, et sedit super lectum.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:23 Er aber weigerte sich und sprach: Ich will nicht essen. Then they arose and went away that night.(nasb) 1Sa 28:25 καὶ προσήγαγεν ἐνώπιον Σαουλ καὶ ἐνώπιον τῶν παίδων αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔφαγον καὶ ἀνέστησαν καὶ ἀπῆλθον τὴν νύκτα ἐκείνην (lxx) 1Sa 28:25 et posuit ante Saul et ante servos ejus. Qui cum comedissent, surrexerunt, et ambulaverunt per totam noctem illam.(vulgate) 1Sa 28:25 und brachte es herzu vor Saul und seine Knechte. Und da sie gegessen hatten, standen sie auf und gingen die Nacht.(dhs) 1Sa 28:25 So she brought it before Saul and his servants, and they ate.
