On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.(nasb) Rev 22:2 ἐν μέσῳ τῆς πλατείας αὐτῆς καὶ τοῦ ποταμοῦ ἐντεῦθεν καὶ ἐκεῖθεν ξύλον ζωῆς ποιοῦν καρποὺς δώδεκα, κατὰ μῆνα ἕκαστον ἀποδιδοῦν τὸν καρπὸν αὐτοῦ, καὶ τὰ φύλλα τοῦ ξύλου εἰς θεραπείαν τῶν ἐθνῶν.(Nestle-Aland) Rev 22:2 In medio plateæ ejus, et ex utraque parte fluminis, lignum vitæ, afferens fructus duodecim per menses singulos, reddens fructum suum et folia ligni ad sanitatem gentium.(vulgate) Rev 22:2 Mitten auf ihrer Gasse auf beiden Seiten des Stroms stand Holz des Lebens, das trug zwölfmal Früchte und brachte seine Früchte alle Monate; und die Blätter des Holzes dienten zu der Gesundheit der Heiden.(dhs) Rev 22:2 In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 22:3 ============ Rev 22:3 There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve Him;(nasb) Rev 22:3 καὶ πᾶν κατάθεμα οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι. καὶ ὁ θρόνος τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ τοῦ ἀρνίου ἐν αὐτῇ ἔσται, καὶ οἱ δοῦλοι αὐτοῦ λατρεύσουσιν αὐτῶ,(Nestle-Aland) Rev 22:3 Et omne maledictum non erit amplius: sed sedes Dei et Agni in illa erunt, et servi ejus servient illi.(vulgate) Rev 22:3 Und es wird kein Verbanntes mehr sein. Und der Stuhl Gottes und des Lammes wird darin sein; und seine Knechte werden ihm dienen(dhs) Rev 22:3 And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 22:4 ============ Rev 22:4 they will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.(nasb) Rev 22:4 καὶ ὄψονται τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτοῦ, καὶ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τῶν μετώπων αὐτῶν.(Nestle-Aland) Rev 22:4 Et videbunt faciem ejus: et nomen ejus in frontibus eorum.(vulgate) Rev 22:4 und sehen sein Angesicht; und sein Name wird an ihren Stirnen sein.(dhs) Rev 22:4 They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 22:5 ============ Rev 22:5 And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever.(nasb) Rev 22:5 καὶ νὺξ οὐκ ἔσται ἔτι, καὶ οὐκ ἔχουσιν χρείαν φωτὸς λύχνου καὶ φωτὸς ἡλίου, ὅτι κύριος ὁ θεὸς φωτίσει ἐπ᾽ αὐτούς, καὶ βασιλεύσουσιν εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων.(Nestle-Aland) Rev 22:5 Et nox ultra non erit: et non egebunt lumine lucernæ, neque lumine solis, quoniam Dominus Deus illuminabit illos, et regnabunt in sæcula sæculorum.~(vulgate) Rev 22:5 Und wird keine Nacht da sein, und sie werden nicht bedürfen einer Leuchte oder des Lichts der Sonne; denn Gott der HERR wird sie erleuchten, und sie werden regieren von Ewigkeit zu Ewigkeit.(dhs) Rev 22:5 There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.(nkjv) ======= Revelation 22:6 ============ Rev 22:6 And he said to me, "These words are faithful and true"; and the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent His angel to show to His bond-servants the things which must soon take place.(nasb) Rev 22:6 καὶ εἶπέν μοι, οὖτοι οἱ λόγοι πιστοὶ καὶ ἀληθινοί, καὶ ὁ κύριος, ὁ θεὸς τῶν πνευμάτων τῶν προφητῶν, ἀπέστειλεν τὸν ἄγγελον αὐτοῦ δεῖξαι τοῖς δούλοις αὐτοῦ ἃ δεῖ γενέσθαι ἐν τάχει.(Nestle-Aland) Rev 22:6 Et dixit mihi: Hæc verba fidelissima sunt, et vera. I am a fellow servant of yours and of your brethren the prophets and of those who heed the words of this book.
