Today's Date: ======= Exodus 13:1 ============ Exo 13:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nasb) Exo 13:1 Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens:(vulgate) Éxodo 13:1 Y Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo:(E) Exode 13:1 L'Eternel parla à Moïse, et dit:(F) Exo 13:1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:(D) Exo 13:1 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων(lxx) Exo 13:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:2 ============ Exo 13:2 "Sanctify to Me every firstborn, the first offspring of every womb among the sons of Israel, both of man and beast; it belongs to Me."(nasb) Exo 13:2 Sanctifica mihi omne primogenitum quod aperit vulvam in filiis Israël, tam de hominibus quam de jumentis: mea sunt enim omnia.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:2 Santifícame todo primogénito, cualquiera que abre la matriz entre los hijos de Israel, así de los hombres como de los animales; mío es.(E) Exode 13:2 Consacre-moi tout premier-né, tout premier-né parmi les enfants d'Israël, tant des hommes que des animaux: il m'appartient.(F) Exo 13:2 Heilige mir alle Erstgeburt, die allerlei Mutter bricht bei den Kindern Israel, unter den Menschen und unter dem Vieh; denn sie sind mein.(D) Exo 13:2 ἁγίασόν μοι πᾶν πρωτότοκον πρωτογενὲς διανοῖγον πᾶσαν μήτραν ἐν τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἀπὸ ἀνθρώπου ἕως κτήνους ἐμοί ἐστιν(lxx) Exo 13:2 "Consecrate to Me all the firstborn, whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and beast; it is Mine."(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:3 ============ Exo 13:3 Moses said to the people, "Remember this day in which you went out from Egypt, from the house of slavery; for by a powerful hand the Lord brought you out from this place. And nothing leavened shall be eaten.(nasb) Exo 13:3 Et ait Moyses ad populum: Mementote diei hujus in qua egressi estis de Ægypto et de domo servitutis, quoniam in manu forti eduxit vos Dominus de loco isto: ut non comedatis fermentatum panem.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:3 Y Moisés dijo al pueblo: Tened memoria de este día, en el cual habéis salido de Egipto, de la casa de servidumbre; pues Jehová os ha sacado de aquí con mano fuerte; por tanto, no comeréis leudado.(E) Exode 13:3 Moïse dit au peuple: Souvenez-vous de ce jour, où vous êtes sortis d'Egypte, de la maison de servitude; car c'est par sa main puissante que l'Eternel vous en a fait sortir. On ne mangera point de pain levé.(F) Exo 13:3 Da sprach Mose zum Volk: Gedenket an diesen Tag, an dem ihr aus Ägypten, aus dem Diensthause, gegangen seid, daß der HERR euch mit mächtiger Hand von hinnen hat ausgeführt; darum sollst du nicht Sauerteig essen.(D) Exo 13:3 εἶπεν δὲ Μωυσῆς πρὸς τὸν λαόν μνημονεύετε τὴν ἡμέραν ταύτην ἐν ᾗ ἐξήλθατε ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ἐξ οἴκου δουλείας ἐν γὰρ χειρὶ κραταιᾷ ἐξήγαγεν ὑμᾶς κύριος ἐντεῦθεν καὶ οὐ βρωθήσεται ζύμη(lxx) Exo 13:3 And Moses said to the people: "Remember this day in which you went out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the Lord brought you out of this place. No leavened bread shall be eaten.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:4 ============ Exo 13:4 On this day in the month of Abib, you are about to go forth.(nasb) Exo 13:4 Hodie egredimini mense novarum frugum.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:4 Vosotros salís hoy en el mes de Abib.(E) Exode 13:4 Vous sortez aujourd'hui, dans le mois des épis.(F) Exo 13:4 Heute seid ihr ausgegangen, in dem Monat Abib.(D) Exo 13:4 ἐν γὰρ τῇ σήμερον ὑμεῖς ἐκπορεύεσθε ἐν μηνὶ τῶν νέων(lxx) Exo 13:4 On this day you are going out, in the month Abib.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:5 ============ Exo 13:5 It shall be when the Lord brings you to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Hivite and the Jebusite, which He swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall observe this rite in this month.(nasb) Exo 13:5 Cumque introduxerit te Dominus in terram Chananæi, et Hethæi, et Amorrhæi, et Hevæi, et Jebusæi, quam juravit patribus tuis ut daret tibi, terram fluentem lacte et melle, celebrabis hunc morem sacrorum mense isto.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:5 Y cuando Jehová te hubiere metido en la tierra del cananeo, y del heteo, y del amorreo, y del heveo, y del jebuseo, la cual juró a tus padres que te daría, tierra que destila leche y miel, harás este servicio en este mes.(E) Exode 13:5 Quand l'Eternel t'aura fait entrer dans le pays des Cananéens, des Héthiens, des Amoréens, des Héviens et des Jébusiens, qu'il a juré à tes pères de te donner, pays où coulent le lait et le miel, tu rendras ce culte à l'Eternel dans ce même mois.(F) Exo 13:5 Wenn dich nun der HERR bringen wird in das Land der Kanaaniter, Hethiter, Amoriter, Heviter und Jebusiter, daß er deinen Vätern geschworen hat dir zu geben, ein Land, darin Milch und Honig fließt, so sollst du diesen Dienst halten in diesem Monat.(D) Exo 13:5 καὶ ἔσται ἡνίκα ἐὰν εἰσαγάγῃ σε κύριος ὁ θεός σου εἰς τὴν γῆν τῶν Χαναναίων καὶ Χετταίων καὶ Ευαίων καὶ Γεργεσαίων καὶ Αμορραίων καὶ Φερεζαίων καὶ Ιεβουσαίων ἣν ὤμοσεν τοῖς πατράσιν σου δοῦναί σοι γῆν ῥέουσαν γάλα καὶ μέλι καὶ ποιήσεις τὴν λατρείαν ταύτην ἐν τῷ μηνὶ τούτῳ(lxx) Exo 13:5 And it shall be, when the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Hivites and the Jebusites, which He swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall keep this service in this month.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:6 ============ Exo 13:6 For seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the Lord.(nasb) Exo 13:6 Septem diebus vesceris azymis: et in die septimo erit solemnitas Domini.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:6 Siete días comerás pan sin leudar, y el séptimo día será fiesta a Jehová.(E) Exode 13:6 Pendant sept jours, tu mangeras des pains sans levain; et le septième jour, il y aura une fête en l'honneur de l'Eternel.(F) Exo 13:6 Sieben Tage sollst du ungesäuertes Brot essen, und am siebenten Tage ist des HERRN Fest.(D) Exo 13:6 ἓξ ἡμέρας ἔδεσθε ἄζυμα τῇ δὲ ἡμέρᾳ τῇ ἑβδόμῃ ἑορτὴ κυρίου(lxx) Exo 13:6 Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:7 ============ Exo 13:7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten throughout the seven days; and nothing leavened shall be seen among you, nor shall any leaven be seen among you in all your borders.(nasb) Exo 13:7 Azyma comedetis septem diebus: non apparebit apud te aliquid fermentatum, nec in cunctis finibus tuis.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:7 Por los siete días se comerán los panes sin levadura; y no se verá contigo leudado, ni levadura en todo tu término.(E) Exode 13:7 On mangera des pains sans levain pendant les sept jours; on ne verra point chez toi de pain levé, et l'on ne verra point chez toi de levain, dans toute l'étendue de ton pays.(F) Exo 13:7 Darum sollst du sieben Tage ungesäuertes Brot essen, daß bei dir kein Sauerteig noch gesäuertes Brot gesehen werde an allen deinen Orten.(D) Exo 13:7 ἄζυμα ἔδεσθε τὰς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας οὐκ ὀφθήσεταί σοι ζυμωτόν οὐδὲ ἔσται σοι ζύμη ἐν πᾶσιν τοῖς ὁρίοις σου(lxx) Exo 13:7 Unleavened bread shall be eaten seven days. And no leavened bread shall be seen among you, nor shall leaven be seen among you in all your quarters.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:8 ============ Exo 13:8 You shall tell your son on that day, saying, 'It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.'(nasb) Exo 13:8 Narrabisque filio tuo in die illo, dicens: Hoc est quod fecit mihi Dominus quando egressus sum de Ægypto.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:8 Y contarás en aquel día a tu hijo, diciendo: Se hace esto con motivo de lo que Jehová hizo conmigo cuando me sacó de Egipto.(E) Exode 13:8 Tu diras alors à ton fils: C'est en mémoire de ce que l'Eternel a fait pour moi, lorsque je suis sorti d'Egypte.(F) Exo 13:8 Ihr sollt euren Söhnen sagen an demselben Tage: Solches halten wir um deswillen, was uns der HERR getan hat, da wir aus Ägypten zogen.(D) Exo 13:8 καὶ ἀναγγελεῖς τῷ υἱῷ σου ἐν τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ λέγων διὰ τοῦτο ἐποίησεν κύριος ὁ θεός μοι ὡς ἐξεπορευόμην ἐξ Αἰγύπτου(lxx) Exo 13:8 And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, 'This is done because of what the Lord did for me when I came up from Egypt.'(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:9 ============ Exo 13:9 And it shall serve as a sign to you on your hand, and as a reminder on your forehead, that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth; for with a powerful hand the Lord brought you out of Egypt.(nasb) Exo 13:9 Et erit quasi signum in manu tua, et quasi monimentum ante oculos tuos: et ut lex Domini semper sit in ore tuo, in manu enim forti eduxit te Dominus de Ægypto.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:9 Y te será como una señal sobre tu mano, y como una memoria delante de tus ojos, para que la ley de Jehová esté en tu boca; por cuanto con mano fuerte te sacó Jehová de Egipto.(E) Exode 13:9 Ce sera pour toi comme un signe sur ta main et comme un souvenir entre tes yeux, afin que la loi de l'Eternel soit dans ta bouche; car c'est par sa main puissante que l'Eternel t'a fait sortir d'Egypte.(F) Exo 13:9 Darum soll dir's sein ein Zeichen in deiner Hand und ein Denkmal vor deinen Augen, auf daß des HERRN Gesetz sei in deinem Munde; denn der HERR hat dich mit mächtiger Hand aus Ägypten geführt.(D) Exo 13:9 καὶ ἔσται σοι σημεῖον ἐπὶ τῆς χειρός σου καὶ μνημόσυνον πρὸ ὀφθαλμῶν σου ὅπως ἂν γένηται ὁ νόμος κυρίου ἐν τῷ στόματί σου ἐν γὰρ χειρὶ κραταιᾷ ἐξήγαγέν σε κύριος ὁ θεὸς ἐξ Αἰγύπτου(lxx) Exo 13:9 It shall be as a sign to you on your hand and as a memorial between your eyes, that the Lord's law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand the Lord has brought you out of Egypt.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:10 ============ Exo 13:10 Therefore, you shall keep this ordinance at its appointed time from year to year.(nasb) Exo 13:10 Custodies hujuscemodi cultum statuto tempore a diebus in dies.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:10 Por tanto, tú guardarás este rito en su tiempo de año en año.(E) Exode 13:10 Tu observeras cette ordonnance au temps fixé d'année en année.(F) Exo 13:10 Darum halte diese Weise zu seiner Zeit jährlich.(D) Exo 13:10 καὶ φυλάξεσθε τὸν νόμον τοῦτον κατὰ καιροὺς ὡρῶν ἀφ᾽ ἡμερῶν εἰς ἡμέρας(lxx) Exo 13:10 You shall therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:11 ============ Exo 13:11 "Now when the Lord brings you to the land of the Canaanite, as He swore to you and to your fathers, and gives it to you,(nasb) Exo 13:11 Cumque introduxerit te Dominus in terram Chananæi, sicut juravit tibi et patribus tuis, et dederit tibi eam:(vulgate) Éxodo 13:11 Y cuando Jehová te hubiere metido en la tierra del cananeo, como te ha jurado a ti y a tus padres, y cuando te la hubiere dado,(E) Exode 13:11 Quand l'Eternel t'aura fait entrer dans le pays des Cananéens, comme il l'a juré à toi et à tes pères, et qu'il te l'aura donné,(F) Exo 13:11 Wenn dich nun der HERR ins Land der Kanaaniter gebracht hat, wie er dir und deinen Vätern geschworen hat und dir's gegeben,(D) Exo 13:11 καὶ ἔσται ὡς ἂν εἰσαγάγῃ σε κύριος ὁ θεός σου εἰς τὴν γῆν τῶν Χαναναίων ὃν τρόπον ὤμοσεν τοῖς πατράσιν σου καὶ δώσει σοι αὐτήν(lxx) Exo 13:11 "And it shall be, when the Lord brings you into the land of the Canaanites, as He swore to you and your fathers, and gives it to you,(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:12 ============ Exo 13:12 you shall devote to the Lord the first offspring of every womb, and the first offspring of every beast that you own; the males belong to the Lord.(nasb) Exo 13:12 separabis omne quod aperit vulvam Domino, et quod primitivum est in pecoribus tuis: quidquid habueris masculini sexus, consecrabis Domino.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:12 apartarás para Jehová todo lo que abriere la matriz y todo primogénito de tus animales; los machos [serán] de Jehová.(E) Exode 13:12 tu consacreras à l'Eternel tout premier-né, même tout premier-né des animaux que tu auras: les mâles appartiennent à l'Eternel.(F) Exo 13:12 so sollst du aussondern dem HERRN alles, was die Mutter bricht, und alle Erstgeburt unter dem Vieh, was ein Männlein ist.(D) Exo 13:12 καὶ ἀφελεῖς πᾶν διανοῖγον μήτραν τὰ ἀρσενικά τῷ κυρίῳ πᾶν διανοῖγον μήτραν ἐκ τῶν βουκολίων ἢ ἐν τοῖς κτήνεσίν σου ὅσα ἐὰν γένηταί σοι τὰ ἀρσενικά ἁγιάσεις τῷ κυρίῳ(lxx) Exo 13:12 that you shall set apart to the Lord all that open the womb, that is, every firstborn that comes from an animal which you have; the males shall be the Lord's.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:13 ============ Exo 13:13 But every first offspring of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb, but if you do not redeem it, then you shall break its neck; and every firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem.(nasb) Exo 13:13 Primogenitum asini mutabis ove: quod si non redemeris, interficies. Omne autem primogenitum hominis de filiis tuis, pretio redimes.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:13 Mas todo primogénito de asno redimirás con un cordero; y si no lo redimieres, entonces le quebrarás su cerviz. Asimismo redimirás todo humano primogénito de tus hijos.(E) Exode 13:13 Tu rachèteras avec un agneau tout premier-né de l'âne; et, si tu ne le rachètes pas, tu lui briseras la nuque. Tu rachèteras aussi tout premier-né de l'homme parmi tes fils.(F) Exo 13:13 Die Erstgeburt vom Esel sollst du lösen mit einem Schaf; wo du es aber nicht lösest, so brich ihm das Genick. And all the firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:14 ============ Exo 13:14 And it shall be when your son asks you in time to come, saying, 'What is this?' then you shall say to him, 'With a powerful hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, from the house of slavery.(nasb) Exo 13:14 Cumque interrogaverit te filius tuus cras, dicens: Quid est hoc? respondebis ei: In manu forti eduxit nos Dominus de terra Ægypti, de domo servitutis.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:14 Y cuando mañana te preguntare tu hijo, diciendo: ¿Qué es esto? Le dirás: Jehová nos sacó con mano fuerte de Egipto, de casa de servidumbre;(E) Exode 13:14 Et lorsque ton fils te demandera un jour: Que signifie cela? tu lui répondras: Par sa main puissante, l'Eternel nous a fait sortir d'Egypte, de la maison de servitude;(F) Exo 13:14 Und wenn dich heute oder morgen dein Kind wird fragen: Was ist das? sollst du ihm sagen: Der HERR hat uns mit mächtiger Hand aus Ägypten, von dem Diensthause, geführt.(D) Exo 13:14 ἐὰν δὲ ἐρωτήσῃ σε ὁ υἱός σου μετὰ ταῦτα λέγων τί τοῦτο καὶ ἐρεῖς αὐτῷ ὅτι ἐν χειρὶ κραταιᾷ ἐξήγαγεν ἡμᾶς κύριος ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου ἐξ οἴκου δουλείας(lxx) Exo 13:14 So it shall be, when your son asks you in time to come, saying, 'What is this?' that you shall say to him, 'By strength of hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.(nkjv) ======= Exodus 13:15 ============ Exo 13:15 It came about, when Pharaoh was stubborn about letting us go, that the Lord killed every firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of beast. Therefore, I sacrifice to the Lord the males, the first offspring of every womb, but every firstborn of my sons I redeem.'(nasb) Exo 13:15 Nam cum induratus esset Pharao, et nollet nos dimittere, occidit Dominus omne primogenitum in terra Ægypti, a primogenito hominis usque ad primogenitum jumentorum: idcirco immolo Domino omne quod aperit vulvam masculini sexus, et omnia primogenita filiorum meorum redimo.(vulgate) Éxodo 13:15 Y endureciéndose Faraón en no dejarnos ir, Jehová mató en la tierra de Egipto a todo primogénito, desde el primogénito humano hasta el primogénito de la bestia: y por esta causa yo sacrifico para Jehová todo primogénito macho, y redimo todo primogénito de mis hijos.(E) Exode 13:15 et, comme Pharaon s'obstinait à ne point nous laisser aller, l'Eternel fit mourir tous les premiers-nés dans le pays d'Egypte, depuis les premiers-nés des hommes jusqu'aux premiers-nés des animaux. Voilà pourquoi j'offre en sacrifice à l'Eternel tout premier-né des mâles, et je rachète tout premier-né de mes fils.(F) Exo 13:15 Denn da Pharao hart war, uns loszulassen, erschlug der HERR alle Erstgeburt in Ägyptenland, von der Menschen Erstgeburt an bis an die Erstgeburt des Viehs. Darum opfre ich dem HERRN alles, was die Mutter bricht, was ein Männlein ist, und die Erstgeburt meiner Söhne löse ich.(D) Exo 13:15 ἡνίκα δὲ ἐσκλήρυνεν Φαραω ἐξαποστεῖλαι ἡμᾶς ἀπέκτεινεν πᾶν πρωτότοκον ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ ἀπὸ πρωτοτόκων ἀνθρώπων ἕως πρωτοτόκων κτηνῶν διὰ τοῦτο ἐγὼ θύω τῷ κυρίῳ πᾶν διανοῖγον μήτραν τὰ ἀρσενικά καὶ πᾶν πρωτότοκον τῶν υἱῶν μου λυτρώσομαι(lxx) Exo 13:15 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh was stubborn about letting us go, that the Lord killed all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of beast.
