Today's Date: ======= Leviticus 4:1 ============ Lev 4:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nasb) Lev 4:1 Locutusque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens:(vulgate) Levítico 4:1 Y Jehová habló a Moisés, diciendo:(E) Lévitique 4:1 L'Eternel parla à Moïse, et dit:(F) Lev 4:1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:(D) Lev 4:1 καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων(lxx) Lev 4:1 Now the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:2 ============ Lev 4:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,(nasb) Lev 4:2 Loquere filiis Israël: Anima, quæ peccaverit per ignorantiam, et de universis mandatis Domini, quæ præcepit ut non fierent, quippiam fecerit:(vulgate) Levítico 4:2 Habla a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Cuando alguna persona pecare por yerro en alguno de los mandamientos de Jehová sobre cosas que no se han de hacer, y obrare contra alguno de ellos;(E) Lévitique 4:2 Parle aux enfants d'Israël, et dis: Lorsque quelqu'un péchera involontairement contre l'un des commandements de l'Eternel, en faisant des choses qui ne doivent point se faire;(F) Lev 4:2 Rede mit den Kindern Israel und sprich: Wenn eine Seele sündigen würde aus Versehen an irgend einem Gebot des HERRN und täte, was sie nicht tun sollte:(D) Lev 4:2 λάλησον πρὸς τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ λέγων ψυχὴ ἐὰν ἁμάρτῃ ἔναντι κυρίου ἀκουσίως ἀπὸ τῶν προσταγμάτων κυρίου ὧν οὐ δεῖ ποιεῖν καὶ ποιήσῃ ἕν τι ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν(lxx) Lev 4:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, saying: 'If a person sins unintentionally against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which ought not to be done, and does any of them,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:3 ============ Lev 4:3 if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer to the Lord a bull without defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed.(nasb) Lev 4:3 si sacerdos, qui unctus est, peccaverit, delinquere faciens populum, offeret pro peccato suo vitulum immaculatum Domino:(vulgate) Levítico 4:3 Si un sacerdote ungido pecare según el pecado del pueblo, ofrecerá a Jehová, por su pecado que habrá cometido, un becerro sin defecto como ofrenda por el pecado.(E) Lévitique 4:3 Si c'est le sacrificateur ayant reçu l'onction qui a péché et a rendu par là le peuple coupable, il offrira à l'Eternel, pour le péché qu'il a commis, un jeune taureau sans défaut, en sacrifice d'expiation.(F) Lev 4:3 nämlich so der Priester, der gesalbt ist, sündigen würde, daß er eine Schuld auf das Volk brächte, der soll für seine Sünde, die er getan hat, einen jungen Farren bringen, der ohne Fehl sei, dem HERRN zum Sündopfer.(D) Lev 4:3 ἐὰν μὲν ὁ ἀρχιερεὺς ὁ κεχρισμένος ἁμάρτῃ τοῦ τὸν λαὸν ἁμαρτεῖν καὶ προσάξει περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ ἧς ἥμαρτεν μόσχον ἐκ βοῶν ἄμωμον τῷ κυρίῳ περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας αὐτοῦ(lxx) Lev 4:3 if the anointed priest sins, bringing guilt on the people, then let him offer to the Lord for his sin which he has sinned a young bull without blemish as a sin offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:4 ============ Lev 4:4 He shall bring the bull to the doorway of the tent of meeting before the Lord, and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull and slay the bull before the Lord.(nasb) Lev 4:4 et adducet illum ad ostium tabernaculi testimonii coram Domino, ponetque manum super caput ejus, et immolabit eum Domino.(vulgate) Levítico 4:4 Y traerá el becerro a la puerta del tabernáculo de la congregación delante de Jehová, y pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza del becerro, y lo degollará delante de Jehová.(E) Lévitique 4:4 Il amènera le taureau à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation, devant l'Eternel; et il posera sa main sur la tête du taureau, qu'il égorgera devant l'Eternel.(F) Lev 4:4 Und soll den Farren vor die Tür der Hütte des Stifts bringen vor den HERRN und seine Hand auf desselben Haupt legen und ihn schlachten vor dem HERRN.(D) Lev 4:4 καὶ προσάξει τὸν μόσχον παρὰ τὴν θύραν τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐπιθήσει τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ μόσχου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ σφάξει τὸν μόσχον ἐνώπιον κυρίου(lxx) Lev 4:4 He shall bring the bull to the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord, lay his hand on the bull's head, and kill the bull before the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:5 ============ Lev 4:5 Then the anointed priest is to take some of the blood of the bull and bring it to the tent of meeting,(nasb) Lev 4:5 Hauriet quoque de sanguine vituli, inferens illum in tabernaculum testimonii.(vulgate) Levítico 4:5 Y el sacerdote ungido tomará de la sangre del becerro, y la traerá al tabernáculo de la congregación;(E) Lévitique 4:5 Le sacrificateur ayant reçu l'onction prendra du sang du taureau, et l'apportera dans la tente d'assignation;(F) Lev 4:5 Und der Priester, der gesalbt ist, soll von des Farren Blut nehmen und es in die Hütte des Stifts bringen(D) Lev 4:5 καὶ λαβὼν ὁ ἱερεὺς ὁ χριστὸς ὁ τετελειωμένος τὰς χεῖρας ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ μόσχου καὶ εἰσοίσει αὐτὸ ἐπὶ τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου(lxx) Lev 4:5 Then the anointed priest shall take some of the bull's blood and bring it to the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:6 ============ Lev 4:6 and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.(nasb) Lev 4:6 Cumque intinxerit digitum in sanguine, asperget eo septies coram Domino contra velum sanctuarii.(vulgate) Levítico 4:6 Y mojará el sacerdote su dedo en la sangre, y rociará de aquella sangre siete veces delante de Jehová, hacia el velo del santuario.(E) Lévitique 4:6 il trempera son doigt dans le sang, et il en fera sept fois l'aspersion devant l'Eternel, en face du voile du sanctuaire.(F) Lev 4:6 und soll seinen Finger in das Blut tauchen und damit siebenmal sprengen vor dem HERRN, vor dem Vorhang im Heiligen.(D) Lev 4:6 καὶ βάψει ὁ ἱερεὺς τὸν δάκτυλον εἰς τὸ αἷμα καὶ προσρανεῖ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος ἑπτάκις ἔναντι κυρίου κατὰ τὸ καταπέτασμα τὸ ἅγιον(lxx) Lev 4:6 The priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the Lord, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:7 ============ Lev 4:7 The priest shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense which is before the Lord in the tent of meeting; and all the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.(nasb) Lev 4:7 Ponetque de eodem sanguine super cornua altaris thymiamatis gratissimi Domino, quod est in tabernaculo testimonii: omnem autem reliquum sanguinem fundet in basim altaris holocausti in introitu tabernaculi.(vulgate) Levítico 4:7 Y el sacerdote pondrá de esa sangre sobre los cuernos del altar del incienso aromático, que está en el tabernáculo de la congregación delante de Jehová; y echará toda la sangre del becerro al pie del altar del holocausto, que está a la puerta del tabernáculo de la congregación.(E) Lévitique 4:7 Le sacrificateur mettra du sang sur les cornes de l'autel des parfums odoriférants, qui est devant l'Eternel dans la tente d'assignation; et il répandra tout le sang du taureau au pied de l'autel des holocaustes, qui est à l'entrée de la tente d'assignation.(F) Lev 4:7 Und soll von dem Blut tun auf die Hörner des Räucheraltars, der vor dem HERRN in der Hütte des Stifts steht, und alles übrige Blut gießen an den Boden des Brandopferaltars, der vor der Tür der Hütte des Stifts steht.(D) Lev 4:7 καὶ ἐπιθήσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵματος τοῦ μόσχου ἐπὶ τὰ κέρατα τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τοῦ θυμιάματος τῆς συνθέσεως τοῦ ἐναντίον κυρίου ὅ ἐστιν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ πᾶν τὸ αἷμα τοῦ μόσχου ἐκχεεῖ παρὰ τὴν βάσιν τοῦ θυσιαστηρίου τῶν ὁλοκαυτωμάτων ὅ ἐστιν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου(lxx) Lev 4:7 And the priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the Lord, which is in the tabernacle of meeting; and he shall pour the remaining blood of the bull at the base of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:8 ============ Lev 4:8 He shall remove from it all the fat of the bull of the sin offering: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat which is on the entrails,(nasb) Lev 4:8 Et adipem vituli auferet pro peccato, tam eum qui vitalia operit quam omnia quæ intrinsecus sunt:(vulgate) Levítico 4:8 Y tomará del becerro para la expiación toda la grosura, la grosura que cubre los intestinos, y toda la grosura que está sobre las entrañas,(E) Lévitique 4:8 Il enlèvera toute la graisse du taureau expiatoire, la graisse qui couvre les entrailles et toute celle qui y est attachée,(F) Lev 4:8 Und alles Fett des Sündopfers soll er abheben, nämlich das Fett, welches das Eingeweide bedeckt, und alles Fett am Eingeweide,(D) Lev 4:8 καὶ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τοῦ μόσχου τοῦ τῆς ἁμαρτίας περιελεῖ ἀπ᾽ αὐτοῦ τὸ στέαρ τὸ κατακαλύπτον τὰ ἐνδόσθια καὶ πᾶν τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπὶ τῶν ἐνδοσθίων(lxx) Lev 4:8 He shall take from it all the fat of the bull as the sin offering. The fat that covers the entrails and all the fat which is on the entrails,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:9 ============ Lev 4:9 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove with the kidneys(nasb) Lev 4:9 duos renunculos et reticulum quod est super eos juxta ilia, et adipem jecoris cum renunculis,(vulgate) Levítico 4:9 Y los dos riñones, y la grosura que está sobre ellos, y la que está sobre los ijares, y con los riñones quitará el redaño de sobre el hígado,(E) Lévitique 4:9 les deux rognons, et la graisse qui les entoure, qui couvre les flancs, et le grand lobe du foie, qu'il détachera près des rognons.(F) Lev 4:9 die zwei Nieren mit dem Fett, das daran ist, an den Lenden, und das Netz über der Leber, an den Nieren abgerissen,(D) Lev 4:9 καὶ τοὺς δύο νεφροὺς καὶ τὸ στέαρ τὸ ἐπ᾽ αὐτῶν ὅ ἐστιν ἐπὶ τῶν μηρίων καὶ τὸν λοβὸν τὸν ἐπὶ τοῦ ἥπατος σὺν τοῖς νεφροῖς περιελεῖ αὐτό(lxx) Lev 4:9 the two kidneys and the fat that is on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe attached to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:10 ============ Lev 4:10 (just as it is removed from the ox of the sacrifice of peace offerings), and the priest is to offer them up in smoke on the altar of burnt offering.(nasb) Lev 4:10 sicut aufertur de vitulo hostiæ pacificorum: et adolebit ea super altare holocausti.(vulgate) Levítico 4:10 de la manera que fue quitado del buey del sacrificio de la paz; y el sacerdote lo quemará sobre el altar del holocausto.(E) Lévitique 4:10 Le sacrificateur enlèvera ces parties comme on les enlève du taureau dans le sacrifice d'actions de grâces, et il les brûlera sur l'autel des holocaustes.(F) Lev 4:10 gleichwie er's abhebt vom Ochsen im Dankopfer; und soll es anzünden auf dem Brandopferaltar.(D) Lev 4:10 ὃν τρόπον ἀφαιρεῖται ἀπὸ τοῦ μόσχου τοῦ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου καὶ ἀνοίσει ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον τῆς καρπώσεως(lxx) Lev 4:10 as it was taken from the bull of the sacrifice of the peace offering; and the priest shall burn them on the altar of the burnt offering.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:11 ============ Lev 4:11 But the hide of the bull and all its flesh with its head and its legs and its entrails and its refuse,(nasb) Lev 4:11 Pellem vero et omnes carnes, cum capite et pedibus et intestinis et fimo,(vulgate) Levítico 4:11 Y la piel del becerro, y toda su carne, con su cabeza, y sus piernas, y sus intestinos, y su estiércol.(E) Lévitique 4:11 Mais la peau du taureau, toute sa chair, avec sa tête, ses jambes, ses entrailles et ses excréments,(F) Lev 4:11 Aber das Fell des Farren mit allem Fleisch samt Kopf und Schenkeln und das Eingeweide und den Mist,(D) Lev 4:11 καὶ τὸ δέρμα τοῦ μόσχου καὶ πᾶσαν αὐτοῦ τὴν σάρκα σὺν τῇ κεφαλῇ καὶ τοῖς ἀκρωτηρίοις καὶ τῇ κοιλίᾳ καὶ τῇ κόπρῳ(lxx) Lev 4:11 But the bull's hide and all its flesh, with its head and legs, its entrails and offal--(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:12 ============ Lev 4:12 that is, all the rest of the bull, he is to bring out to a clean place outside the camp where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.(nasb) Lev 4:12 et reliquo corpore, efferet extra castra in locum mundum, ubi cineres effundi solent: incendetque ea super lignorum struem, quæ in loco effusorum cinerum cremabuntur.~(vulgate) Levítico 4:12 En fin, todo el becerro sacará fuera del campamento, a un lugar limpio, donde se echan las cenizas, y lo quemará al fuego sobre la leña: en donde se echan las cenizas será quemado.(E) Lévitique 4:12 le taureau entier, il l'emportera hors du camp, dans un lieu pur, où l'on jette les cendres, et il le brûlera au feu sur du bois: c'est sur le tas de cendres qu'il sera brûlé.(F) Lev 4:12 das soll er alles hinausführen aus dem Lager an eine reine Stätte, da man die Asche hin schüttet, und soll's verbrennen auf dem Holz mit Feuer.(D) Lev 4:12 καὶ ἐξοίσουσιν ὅλον τὸν μόσχον ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς εἰς τόπον καθαρόν οὗ ἐκχεοῦσιν τὴν σποδιάν καὶ κατακαύσουσιν αὐτὸν ἐπὶ ξύλων ἐν πυρί ἐπὶ τῆς ἐκχύσεως τῆς σποδιᾶς καυθήσεται(lxx) Lev 4:12 the whole bull he shall carry outside the camp to a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:13 ============ Lev 4:13 'Now if the whole congregation of Israel commits error and the matter escapes the notice of the assembly, and they commit any of the things which the Lord has commanded not to be done, and they become guilty;(nasb) Lev 4:13 Quod si omnis turba Israël ignoraverit, et per imperitiam fecerit quod contra mandatum Domini est,(vulgate) Levítico 4:13 Y si toda la congregación de Israel hubiere errado, y el negocio estuviere oculto a los ojos del pueblo, y hubieren hecho algo contra alguno de los mandamientos de Jehová en cosas que no se han de hacer, y fueren culpables;(E) Lévitique 4:13 Si c'est toute l'assemblée d'Israël qui a péché involontairement et sans s'en apercevoir, en faisant contre l'un des commandements de l'Eternel des choses qui ne doivent point se faire et en se rendant ainsi coupable,(F) Lev 4:13 Wenn die ganze Gemeinde Israel etwas versehen würde und die Tat vor ihren Augen verborgen wäre, daß sie wider irgend ein Gebot des HERRN getan hätten, was sie nicht tun sollten, und also sich verschuldeten,(D) Lev 4:13 ἐὰν δὲ πᾶσα συναγωγὴ Ισραηλ ἀγνοήσῃ ἀκουσίως καὶ λάθῃ ῥῆμα ἐξ ὀφθαλμῶν τῆς συναγωγῆς καὶ ποιήσωσιν μίαν ἀπὸ πασῶν τῶν ἐντολῶν κυρίου ἣ οὐ ποιηθήσεται καὶ πλημμελήσωσιν(lxx) Lev 4:13 'Now if the whole congregation of Israel sins unintentionally, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done something against any of the commandments of the Lord in anything which should not be done, and are guilty;(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:14 ============ Lev 4:14 when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a bull of the herd for a sin offering and bring it before the tent of meeting.(nasb) Lev 4:14 et postea intellexerit peccatum suum, offeret pro peccato suo vitulum, adducetque eum ad ostium tabernaculi.(vulgate) Levítico 4:14 luego que fuere entendido el pecado sobre que delinquieron, la congregación ofrecerá un becerro por expiación, y lo traerán delante del tabernáculo de la congregación.(E) Lévitique 4:14 et que le péché qu'on a commis vienne à être découvert, l'assemblée offrira un jeune taureau en sacrifice d'expiation, et on l'amènera devant la tente d'assignation.(F) Lev 4:14 und darnach ihrer Sünde innewürden, die sie getan hätten, sollen sie einen jungen Farren darbringen zum Sündopfer und vor die Tür der Hütte des Stifts stellen.(D) Lev 4:14 καὶ γνωσθῇ αὐτοῖς ἡ ἁμαρτία ἣν ἥμαρτον ἐν αὐτῇ καὶ προσάξει ἡ συναγωγὴ μόσχον ἐκ βοῶν ἄμωμον περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας καὶ προσάξει αὐτὸν παρὰ τὰς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου(lxx) Lev 4:14 when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a young bull for the sin, and bring it before the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 4:15 ============ Lev 4:15 Then the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the Lord, and the bull shall be slain before the Lord.(nasb) Lev 4:15 Et ponent seniores populi manus super caput ejus coram Domino. Immolatoque vitulo in conspectu Domini,(vulgate) Levítico 4:15 Y los ancianos de la congregación pondrán sus manos sobre la cabeza del becerro delante de Jehová; y en presencia de Jehová degollarán aquel becerro.(E) Lévitique 4:15 Les anciens d'Israël poseront leurs mains sur la tête du taureau devant l'Eternel, et on égorgera le taureau devant l'Eternel.(F) Lev 4:15 Und die Ältesten von der Gemeinde sollen ihre Hände auf sein Haupt legen vor dem HERRN und den Farren schlachten vor dem HERRN.(D) Lev 4:15 καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τῆς συναγωγῆς τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν τοῦ μόσχου ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ σφάξουσιν τὸν μόσχον ἔναντι κυρίου(lxx) Lev 4:15 And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the Lord. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin which he has committed, and he will be forgiven.(nasb) Lev 4:35 Omnem quoque adipem auferens, sicut auferri solet adeps arietis, qui immolatur pro pacificis, cremabit super altare in incensum Domini: rogabitque pro eo, et pro peccato ejus, et dimittetur ei.(vulgate) Levítico 4:35 Y le quitará toda la grosura, como le es quitada la grosura al cordero del sacrificio de paz, y el sacerdote la quemará en el altar sobre la ofrenda encendida a Jehová; y le hará el sacerdote expiación de su pecado que hubiere cometido, y le será perdonado.(E) Lévitique 4:35 Le sacrificateur ôtera toute la graisse, comme on ôte la graisse de l'agneau dans le sacrifice d'actions de grâces, et il la brûlera sur l'autel, comme un sacrifice consumé par le feu devant l'Eternel. C'est ainsi que le sacrificateur fera pour cet homme l'expiation du péché qu'il a commis, et il lui sera pardonné.(F) Lev 4:35 Aber all sein Fett soll er abreißen, wie er das Fett vom Schaf des Dankopfers abgerissen hat, und soll's auf dem Altar anzünden zum Feuer dem HERRN. Und soll also der Priester versöhnen seine Sünde, die er getan hat, so wird's ihm vergeben.(D) Lev 4:35 καὶ πᾶν αὐτοῦ τὸ στέαρ περιελεῖ ὃν τρόπον περιαιρεῖται στέαρ προβάτου ἐκ τῆς θυσίας τοῦ σωτηρίου καὶ ἐπιθήσει αὐτὸ ὁ ἱερεὺς ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαστήριον ἐπὶ τὸ ὁλοκαύτωμα κυρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσεται περὶ αὐτοῦ ὁ ἱερεὺς περὶ τῆς ἁμαρτίας ἧς ἥμαρτεν καὶ ἀφεθήσεται αὐτῷ(lxx) Lev 4:35 He shall remove all its fat, as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offering.
