Today's Date: ======= Deuteronomy 29:1 ============ Deu 29:1 These are the words of the covenant which the Lord commanded Moses to make with the sons of Israel in the land of Moab, besides the covenant which He had made with them at Horeb.(nasb) Deu 29:1 Hæc sunt verba fœderis quod præcepit Dominus Moysi ut feriret cum filiis Israël in terra Moab: præter illud fœdus, quod cum eis pepigit in Horeb.~(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:1 Éstas son las palabras del pacto que Jehová mandó a Moisés que hiciera con los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Moab, además del pacto que Él hizo con ellos en Horeb.(E) Deutéronome 29:1 Voici les paroles de l'alliance que l'Eternel ordonna à Moïse de traiter avec les enfants d'Israël au pays de Moab, outre l'alliance qu'il avait traitée avec eux à Horeb.(F) Deu 29:1 Dies sind die Worte des Bundes, den der HERR dem Mose geboten hat zu machen mit den Kindern Israel in der Moabiter Lande, zum andernmal, nachdem er denselben mit ihnen gemacht hatte am Horeb.(D) Deu 29:1 οὗτοι οἱ λόγοι τῆς διαθήκης οὓς ἐνετείλατο κύριος Μωυσῇ στῆσαι τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ ἐν γῇ Μωαβ πλὴν τῆς διαθήκης ἧς διέθετο αὐτοῖς ἐν Χωρηβ(lxx) Deu 29:1 These are the words of the covenant which the Lord commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, besides the covenant which He made with them in Horeb.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:2 ============ Deu 29:2 And Moses summoned all Israel and said to them, "You have seen all that the Lord did before your eyes in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh and all his servants and all his land;(nasb) Deu 29:2 Vocavitque Moyses omnem Israël, et dixit ad eos: Vos vidistis universa, quæ fecit Dominus coram vobis in terra Ægypti Pharaoni, et omnibus servis ejus, universæque terræ illius,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:2 Moisés, pues, llamó a todo Israel, y les dijo: Vosotros habéis visto todo lo que Jehová ha hecho delante de vuestros ojos en la tierra de Egipto a Faraón y a todos sus siervos, y a toda su tierra;(E) Deutéronome 29:2 Moïse convoqua tout Israël, et leur dit: Vous avez vu tout ce que l'Eternel a fait sous vos yeux, dans le pays d'Egypte, à Pharaon, à tous ses serviteurs, et à tout son pays,(F) Deu 29:2 Und Mose rief das ganze Israel und sprach zu ihnen; Ihr habt gesehen alles, was der HERR getan hat in Ägypten vor euren Augen dem Pharao mit allen seinen Knechten und seinem ganzen Lande,(D) Deu 29:2 καὶ ἐκάλεσεν Μωυσῆς πάντας τοὺς υἱοὺς Ισραηλ καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς ὑμεῖς ἑωράκατε πάντα ὅσα ἐποίησεν κύριος ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ ἐνώπιον ὑμῶν Φαραω καὶ τοῖς θεράπουσιν αὐτοῦ καὶ πάσῃ τῇ γῇ αὐτοῦ(lxx) Deu 29:2 Now Moses called all Israel and said to them: "You have seen all that the Lord did before your eyes in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh and to all his servants and to all his land--(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:3 ============ Deu 29:3 the great trials which your eyes have seen, those great signs and wonders.(nasb) Deu 29:3 tentationes magnas, quas viderunt oculi tui, signa illa, portentaque ingentia,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:3 las grandes pruebas que vieron tus ojos, las señales y las grandes maravillas.(E) Deutéronome 29:3 les grandes épreuves que tes yeux ont vues, ces miracles et ces grands prodiges.(F) Deu 29:3 die großen Versuchungen, die deine Augen gesehen haben, daß es große Zeichen und Wunder waren.(D) Deu 29:3 τοὺς πειρασμοὺς τοὺς μεγάλους οὓς ἑωράκασιν οἱ ὀφθαλμοί σου τὰ σημεῖα καὶ τὰ τέρατα τὰ μεγάλα ἐκεῖνα(lxx) Deu 29:3 the great trials which your eyes have seen, the signs, and those great wonders.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:4 ============ Deu 29:4 Yet to this day the Lord has not given you a heart to know, nor eyes to see, nor ears to hear.(nasb) Deu 29:4 et non dedit vobis Dominus cor intelligens, et oculos videntes, et aures quæ possunt audire, usque in præsentem diem.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:4 Pero Jehová no os dio corazón para entender, ni ojos para ver, ni oídos para oír, hasta el día de hoy.(E) Deutéronome 29:4 Mais, jusqu'à ce jour, l'Eternel ne vous a pas donné un coeur pour comprendre, des yeux pour voir, des oreilles pour entendre.(F) Deu 29:4 Und der HERR hat euch bis auf diesen heutigen Tag noch nicht gegeben ein Herz, das verständig wäre, Augen, die da sähen, und Ohren, die da hörten.(D) Deu 29:4 καὶ οὐκ ἔδωκεν κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῖν καρδίαν εἰδέναι καὶ ὀφθαλμοὺς βλέπειν καὶ ὦτα ἀκούειν ἕως τῆς ἡμέρας ταύτης(lxx) Deu 29:4 Yet the Lord has not given you a heart to perceive and eyes to see and ears to hear, to this very day.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:5 ============ Deu 29:5 I have led you forty years in the wilderness; your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandal has not worn out on your foot.(nasb) Deu 29:5 Adduxit vos quadraginta annis per desertum: non sunt attrita vestimenta vestra, nec calceamenta pedum vestrorum vetustate consumpta sunt.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:5 Y yo os he traído cuarenta años por el desierto; vuestra ropa no se ha envejecido sobre vosotros, ni vuestro calzado se ha envejecido sobre vuestro pie.(E) Deutéronome 29:5 Je t'ai conduit pendant quarante années dans le désert; tes vêtements ne se sont point usés sur toi, et ton soulier ne s'est point usé à ton pied;(F) Deu 29:5 Er hat euch vierzig Jahre in der Wüste lassen wandeln: eure Kleider sind an euch nicht veraltet, und dein Schuh ist nicht veraltet an deinen Füßen;(D) Deu 29:5 καὶ ἤγαγεν ὑμᾶς τεσσαράκοντα ἔτη ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ οὐκ ἐπαλαιώθη τὰ ἱμάτια ὑμῶν καὶ τὰ ὑποδήματα ὑμῶν οὐ κατετρίβη ἀπὸ τῶν ποδῶν ὑμῶν(lxx) Deu 29:5 And I have led you forty years in the wilderness. Your clothes have not worn out on you, and your sandals have not worn out on your feet.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:6 ============ Deu 29:6 You have not eaten bread, nor have you drunk wine or strong drink, in order that you might know that I am the Lord your God.(nasb) Deu 29:6 Panem non comedistis, vinum et siceram non bibistis: ut sciretis quia ego sum Dominus Deus vester.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:6 No habéis comido pan, ni bebisteis vino ni sidra; para que supieseis que yo [soy] Jehová vuestro Dios.(E) Deutéronome 29:6 vous n'avez point mangé de pain, et vous n'avez bu ni vin ni liqueur forte, afin que vous connussiez que je suis l'Eternel, votre Dieu.(F) Deu 29:6 ihr habt kein Brot gegessen und keinen Wein getrunken noch starkes Getränk, auf daß du wissest, daß ich der HERR, euer Gott, bin.(D) Deu 29:6 ἄρτον οὐκ ἐφάγετε οἶνον καὶ σικερα οὐκ ἐπίετε ἵνα γνῶτε ὅτι οὗτος κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν(lxx) Deu 29:6 You have not eaten bread, nor have you drunk wine or similar drink, that you may know that I am the Lord your God.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:7 ============ Deu 29:7 When you reached this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon and Og the king of Bashan came out to meet us for battle, but we defeated them;(nasb) Deu 29:7 Et venistis ad hunc locum: egressusque est Sehon rex Hesebon, et Og rex Basan, occurrentes nobis ad pugnam. Et percussimus eos,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:7 Y llegasteis a este lugar, y salió Sehón, rey de Hesbón, y Og, rey de Basán, delante de nosotros para pelear, y los derrotamos;(E) Deutéronome 29:7 Vous êtes arrivés dans ce lieu; Sihon, roi de Hesbon, et Og, roi de Basan, sont sortis à notre rencontre, pour nous combattre, et nous les avons battus.(F) Deu 29:7 Und da ihr kamt an diesen Ort, zog aus der König Sihon zu Hesbon und der König Og von Basan uns entgegen, mit uns zu streiten; und wir haben sie geschlagen(D) Deu 29:7 καὶ ἤλθετε ἕως τοῦ τόπου τούτου καὶ ἐξῆλθεν Σηων βασιλεὺς Εσεβων καὶ Ωγ βασιλεὺς τῆς Βασαν εἰς συνάντησιν ἡμῖν ἐν πολέμῳ καὶ ἐπατάξαμεν αὐτοὺς(lxx) Deu 29:7 And when you came to this place, Sihon king of Heshbon and Og king of Bashan came out against us to battle, and we conquered them.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:8 ============ Deu 29:8 and we took their land and gave it as an inheritance to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of the Manassites.(nasb) Deu 29:8 et tulimus terram eorum, ac tradidimus possidendam Ruben et Gad, et dimidiæ tribui Manasse.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:8 y tomamos su tierra, y la dimos por heredad a Rubén y a Gad, y a la media tribu de Manasés.(E) Deutéronome 29:8 Nous avons pris leur pays, et nous l'avons donné en propriété aux Rubénites, aux Gadites et à la moitié de la tribu des Manassites.(F) Deu 29:8 und ihr Land eingenommen und zum Erbteil gegeben den Rubenitern und Gaditern und dem halben Stamm der Manassiter.(D) Deu 29:8 καὶ ἐλάβομεν τὴν γῆν αὐτῶν καὶ ἔδωκα αὐτὴν ἐν κλήρῳ τῷ Ρουβην καὶ τῷ Γαδδι καὶ τῷ ἡμίσει φυλῆς Μανασση(lxx) Deu 29:8 We took their land and gave it as an inheritance to the Reubenites, to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:9 ============ Deu 29:9 So keep the words of this covenant to do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.(nasb) Deu 29:9 Custodite ergo verba pacti hujus, et implete ea: ut intelligatis universa quæ facitis.~(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:9 Guardaréis, pues, las palabras de este pacto, y las pondréis por obra, para que prosperéis en todo lo que hiciereis.(E) Deutéronome 29:9 Vous observerez donc les paroles de cette alliance, et vous les mettrez en pratique, afin de réussir dans tout ce que vous ferez.(F) Deu 29:9 So haltet nun die Worte dieses Bundes und tut darnach, auf daß ihr weise handeln möget in allem eurem Tun.(D) Deu 29:9 καὶ φυλάξεσθε ποιεῖν πάντας τοὺς λόγους τῆς διαθήκης ταύτης ἵνα συνῆτε πάντα ὅσα ποιήσετε(lxx) Deu 29:9 Therefore keep the words of this covenant, and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:10 ============ Deu 29:10 "You stand today, all of you, before the Lord your God: your chiefs, your tribes, your elders and your officers, even all the men of Israel,(nasb) Deu 29:10 Vos statis hodie cuncti coram Domino Deo vestro, principes vestri, et tribus, ac majores natu, atque doctores, omnis populus Israël,(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:10 Vosotros todos estáis hoy delante de Jehová vuestro Dios; vuestros príncipes de vuestras tribus, vuestros ancianos, y vuestros oficiales, todos los varones de Israel,(E) Deutéronome 29:10 Vous vous présentez aujourd'hui devant l'Eternel, votre Dieu, vous tous, vos chefs de tribus, vos anciens, vos officiers, tous les hommes d'Israël,(F) Deu 29:10 Ihr stehet heute alle vor dem HERRN, eurem Gott, die Obersten eurer Stämme, eure Ältesten, eure Amtleute, ein jeder Mann in Israel,(D) Deu 29:10 ὑμεῖς ἑστήκατε πάντες σήμερον ἐναντίον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν οἱ ἀρχίφυλοι ὑμῶν καὶ ἡ γερουσία ὑμῶν καὶ οἱ κριταὶ ὑμῶν καὶ οἱ γραμματοεισαγωγεῖς ὑμῶν πᾶς ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ(lxx) Deu 29:10 "All of you stand today before the Lord your God: your leaders and your tribes and your elders and your officers, all the men of Israel,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:11 ============ Deu 29:11 your little ones, your wives, and the alien who is within your camps, from the one who chops your wood to the one who draws your water,(nasb) Deu 29:11 liberi et uxores vestræ, et advena qui tecum moratur in castris, exceptis lignorum cæsoribus, et his qui comportant aquas:(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:11 vuestros niños, vuestras esposas, y los extranjeros que habitan en medio de tu campamento, desde el que corta tu leña hasta el que saca tu agua;(E) Deutéronome 29:11 vos enfants, vos femmes, et l'étranger qui est au milieu de ton camp, depuis celui qui coupe ton bois jusqu'à celui qui puise ton eau.(F) Deu 29:11 eure Kinder, eure Weiber, dein Fremdling, der in deinem Lager ist (beide, dein Holzhauer und dein Wasserschöpfer),(D) Deu 29:11 αἱ γυναῖκες ὑμῶν καὶ τὰ ἔκγονα ὑμῶν καὶ ὁ προσήλυτος ὁ ἐν μέσῳ τῆς παρεμβολῆς ὑμῶν ἀπὸ ξυλοκόπου ὑμῶν καὶ ἕως ὑδροφόρου ὑμῶν(lxx) Deu 29:11 your little ones and your wives--also the stranger who is in your camp, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water--(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:12 ============ Deu 29:12 that you may enter into the covenant with the Lord your God, and into His oath which the Lord your God is making with you today,(nasb) Deu 29:12 ut transeas in fœdere Domini Dei tui, et in jurejurando quod hodie Dominus σήμερον(lxx) Deu 29:12 that you may enter into covenant with the Lord your God, and into His oath, which the Lord your God makes with you today,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:13 ============ Deu 29:13 in order that He may establish you today as His people and that He may be your God, just as He spoke to you and as He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.(nasb) Deu 29:13 ut suscitet ταύτην(lxx) Deu 29:14 "I make this covenant and this oath, not with you alone,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:15 ============ Deu 29:15 but both with those who stand here with us today in the presence of the Lord our God and with those who are not with us here today(nasb) Deu 29:15 sed cunctis præsentibus et absentibus.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:15 sino con los que están aquí presentes hoy con Dieu, et avec ceux qui ne sont point ici parmi nous en ce jour.(F) Deu 29:15 sondern sowohl mit euch, die ihr heute hier seid und mit uns stehet vor dem HERRN, unserm Gott, als auch mit denen, die heute nicht mit uns sind.(D) Deu 29:15 ἀλλὰ καὶ τοῖς ὧδε οὖσι μεθ᾽ ἡμῶν σήμερον ἐναντίον κυρίου τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν καὶ τοῖς μὴ οὖσιν μεθ᾽ ἡμῶν ὧδε σήμερον(lxx) Deu 29:15 but with him who stands here with us today before the Lord our God, as well as with him who is not here with us today(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:16 ============ Deu 29:16 (for you know how we lived in the land of Egypt, and how we came through the midst of the nations through which you passed;(nasb) Deu 29:16 Vos enim nostis quomodo habitaverimus in terra Ægypti, et quomodo transierimus per medium nationum, quas haben und mitten durch die Heiden gezogen sind, durch welche ihr zoget,(D) Deu 29:16 ὅτι ὑμεῖς οἴδατε ὡς κατῳκήσαμεν ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ καὶ παρήλθομεν ἐν μέσῳ τῶν ἐθνῶν οὓς παρήλθετε(lxx) Deu 29:16 (for you know that we dwelt in the land of Egypt and that we came through the nations which you passed by,(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:17 ============ Deu 29:17 moreover, you have seen their abominations and their idols of wood, stone, silver, and gold, which they had with them);(nasb) Deu 29:17 vidistis abominationes et sordes, id est, idola eorum, lignum et lapidem, argentum et aurum, quæ colebant.~(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:17 Y habéis visto sus abominaciones y sus ídolos, madera y piedra, plata y oro, que tienen consigo.(E) Deutéronome 29:17 Vous avez vu leurs abominations et leurs idoles, le bois et la pierre, l'argent et l'or, qui sont chez elles.(F) Deu 29:17 und saht ihre Greuel und ihre Götzen, Holz und Stein, Silber und Gold, die bei ihnen waren.(D) Deu 29:17 καὶ εἴδετε τὰ βδελύγματα αὐτῶν καὶ τὰ εἴδωλα αὐτῶν ξύλον καὶ λίθον ἀργύριον καὶ χρυσίον ἅ ἐστιν παρ᾽ αὐτοῖς(lxx) Deu 29:17 and you saw their abominations and their idols which were among them--wood and stone and silver and gold);(nkjv) ======= Deuteronomy 29:18 ============ Deu 29:18 so that there will not be among you a man or woman, or family or tribe, whose heart turns away today from the Lord our God, to go and serve the gods of those nations; that there will not be among you a root bearing poisonous fruit and wormwood.(nasb) Deu 29:18 Ne forte sit inter vos vir aut mulier, familia aut tribus, cujus cor aversum est hodie a Domino Deo nostro, ut vadat et serviat diis illarum gentium: et sit inter vos radix germinans fel et amaritudinem.(vulgate) Deuteronomio 29:18 No sea que haya entre vosotros varón, o mujer, o familia, o tribu, cuyo corazón se aparte hoy de Jehová nuestro Dios, para ir y servir a los dioses de aquellas naciones; no sea que haya entre vosotros raíz que eche veneno y ajenjo;(E) Deutéronome 29:18 Qu'il n'y ait parmi vous ni homme, ni femme, ni famille, ni tribu, dont le coeur se détourne aujourd'hui de l'Eternel, notre Dieu, pour aller servir les dieux de ces nations-là.
