What shall I give you?"(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:8 ============ 2Ch 1:8 Solomon said to God, "You have dealt with my father David with great lovingkindness, and have made me king in his place.(nasb) 2Ch 1:8 Dixitque Salomon Deo: Tu fecisti cum David patre meo misericordiam magnam, et constituisti me regem pro eo.(vulgate) 2 Crónicas 1:8 Y Salomón dijo a Dios: Tú has hecho con David mi padre grande misericordia, y a mí me has puesto por rey en su lugar.(E) 2 Chroniques 1:8 Salomon répondit à Dieu: Tu as traité David, mon père, avec une grande bienveillance, et tu m'as fait régner à sa place.(F) 2Ch 1:8 Und Salomo sprach zu Gott: Du hast große Barmherzigkeit an meinem Vater David getan und hast mich an seiner Statt zum König gemacht;(D) 2Ch 1:8 καὶ εἶπεν Σαλωμων πρὸς τὸν θεόν σὺ ἐποίησας μετὰ Δαυιδ τοῦ πατρός μου ἔλεος μέγα καὶ ἐβασίλευσάς με ἀντ᾽ αὐτοῦ(lxx) 2Ch 1:8 And Solomon said to God: "You have shown great mercy to David my father, and have made me king in his place.(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:9 ============ 2Ch 1:9 Now, O Lord God, Your promise to my father David is fulfilled, for You have made me king over a people as numerous as the dust of the earth.(nasb) 2Ch 1:9 Nunc ergo Domine Deus, impleatur sermo tuus quem pollicitus es David patri meo: tu enim me fecisti regem super populum tuum multum, qui tam innumerabilis est quam pulvis terræ.(vulgate) 2 Crónicas 1:9 Confírmese pues, ahora, oh Jehová Dios, tu palabra dada a David mi padre; porque tú me has puesto por rey sobre un pueblo tan numeroso como el polvo de la tierra.(E) 2 Chroniques 1:9 Maintenant, Eternel Dieu, que ta promesse à David, mon père, s'accomplisse, puisque tu m'as fait régner sur un peuple nombreux comme la poussière de la terre!(F) 2Ch 1:9 so laß nun, HERR, Gott, deine Worte wahr werden an meinem Vater David; denn du hast mich zum König gemacht über ein Volk, des so viel ist als Staub auf Erden.(D) 2Ch 1:9 καὶ νῦν κύριε ὁ θεός πιστωθήτω τὸ ὄνομά σου ἐπὶ Δαυιδ πατέρα μου ὅτι σὺ ἐβασίλευσάς με ἐπὶ λαὸν πολὺν ὡς ὁ χοῦς τῆς γῆς(lxx) 2Ch 1:9 Now, O Lord God, let Your promise to David my father be established, for You have made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude.(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:10 ============ 2Ch 1:10 Give me now wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people, for who can rule this great people of Yours?"(nasb) 2Ch 1:10 Da mihi sapientiam et intelligentiam, ut ingrediar et egrediar coram populo tuo: quis enim potest hunc populum tuum digne, qui tam grandis est, judicare?~(vulgate) 2 Crónicas 1:10 Dame ahora sabiduría y entendimiento, para salir y entrar delante de este pueblo: porque ¿quién podrá juzgar a este tu pueblo [que es] tan grande?(E) 2 Chroniques 1:10 Accorde-moi donc de la sagesse et de l'intelligence, afin que je sache me conduire à la tête de ce peuple! Car qui pourrait juger ton peuple, ce peuple si grand?(F) 2Ch 1:10 So gib mir nun Weisheit und Erkenntnis, daß ich vor diesem Volk aus und ein gehe; denn wer kann dies dein großes Volk richten?(D) 2Ch 1:10 νῦν σοφίαν καὶ σύνεσιν δός μοι καὶ ἐξελεύσομαι ἐνώπιον τοῦ λαοῦ τούτου καὶ εἰσελεύσομαι ὅτι τίς κρινεῖ τὸν λαόν σου τὸν μέγαν τοῦτον(lxx) 2Ch 1:10 Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of Yours?"(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:11 ============ 2Ch 1:11 God said to Solomon, "Because you had this in mind, and did not ask for riches, wealth or honor, or the life of those who hate you, nor have you even asked for long life, but you have asked for yourself wisdom and knowledge that you may rule My people over whom I have made you king,(nasb) 2Ch 1:11 Dixit autem Deus ad Salomonem: Quia hoc magis placuit cordi tuo, et non postulasti divitias, et substantiam, et gloriam, neque animas eorum qui te oderant, sed nec dies vitæ plurimos: petisti autem sapientiam et scientiam, ut judicare possis populum meum super quem constitui te regem:(vulgate) 2 Crónicas 1:11 Y dijo Dios a Salomón: Por cuanto esto fue en tu corazón, que no pediste riquezas, ni posesiones, ni gloria, ni la vida de tus enemigos, ni pediste larga vida, sino que has pedido para ti sabiduría y entendimiento para gobernar a mi pueblo, sobre el cual te he puesto por rey,(E) 2 Chroniques 1:11 Dieu dit à Salomon: Puisque c'est là ce qui est dans ton coeur, puisque tu ne demandes ni des richesses, ni des biens, ni de la gloire, ni la mort de tes ennemis, ni même une longue vie, et que tu demandes pour toi de la sagesse et de l'intelligence afin de juger mon peuple sur lequel je t'ai fait régner,(F) 2Ch 1:11 Da sprach Gott zu Salomo: Weil du das im Sinn hast und hast nicht um Reichtum noch um Gut noch um Ehre noch um deiner Feinde Seele noch um langes Leben gebeten, sondern hast um Weisheit und Erkenntnis gebeten, daß du mein Volk richten mögst, darüber ich dich zum König gemacht habe,(D) 2Ch 1:11 καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεὸς πρὸς Σαλωμων ἀνθ᾽ ὧν ἐγένετο τοῦτο ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ σου καὶ οὐκ ᾐτήσω πλοῦτον χρημάτων οὐδὲ δόξαν οὐδὲ τὴν ψυχὴν τῶν ὑπεναντίων καὶ ἡμέρας πολλὰς οὐκ ᾐτήσω καὶ ᾔτησας σεαυτῷ σοφίαν καὶ σύνεσιν ὅπως κρίνῃς τὸν λαόν μου ἐφ᾽ ὃν ἐβασίλευσά σε ἐπ᾽ αὐτόν(lxx) 2Ch 1:11 And God said to Solomon: "Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life--but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king--(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:12 ============ 2Ch 1:12 wisdom and knowledge have been granted to you. And I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings who were before you has possessed nor those who will come after you."(nasb) 2Ch 1:12 sapientia et scientia data sunt tibi: divitias autem et substantiam et gloriam dabo tibi, ita ut nullus in regibus nec ante te nec post te fuerit similis tui.(vulgate) 2 Crónicas 1:12 sabiduría y entendimiento te son dados; y también te daré riquezas, posesiones y gloria, cual nunca hubo en los reyes que [han sido] antes de ti, ni después de ti habrá.(E) 2 Chroniques 1:12 la sagesse et l'intelligence te sont accordées. Je te donnerai, en outre, des richesses, des biens et de la gloire, comme n'en a jamais eu aucun roi avant toi et comme n'en aura aucun après toi.(F) 2Ch 1:12 so sei dir Weisheit und Erkenntnis gegeben; dazu will ich dir Reichtum und Gut und Ehre geben, daß deinesgleichen unter den Königen vor dir nicht gewesen ist noch werden soll nach dir.(D) 2Ch 1:12 τὴν σοφίαν καὶ τὴν σύνεσιν δίδωμί σοι καὶ πλοῦτον καὶ χρήματα καὶ δόξαν δώσω σοι ὡς οὐκ ἐγενήθη ὅμοιός σοι ἐν τοῖς βασιλεῦσι τοῖς ἔμπροσθέ σου καὶ μετὰ σὲ οὐκ ἔσται οὕτως(lxx) 2Ch 1:12 wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like."(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:13 ============ 2Ch 1:13 So Solomon went from the high place which was at Gibeon, from the tent of meeting, to Jerusalem, and he reigned over Israel.(nasb) 2Ch 1:13 Venit ergo Salomon ab excelso Gabaon in Jerusalem coram tabernaculo fœderis, et regnavit super Israël.(vulgate) 2 Crónicas 1:13 Y volvió Salomón a Jerusalén del lugar alto que [estaba] en Gabaón, de delante del tabernáculo de la congregación; y reinó sobre Israel.(E) 2 Chroniques 1:13 Salomon revint à Jérusalem, après avoir quitté le haut lieu qui était à Gabaon et la tente d'assignation. Et il régna sur Israël.(F) 2Ch 1:13 Also kam Salomo von der Höhe, die zu Gibeon war, von der Hütte des Stifts, gen Jerusalem und regierte über Israel.(D) 2Ch 1:13 καὶ ἦλθεν Σαλωμων ἐκ βαμα τῆς ἐν Γαβαων εἰς Ιερουσαλημ ἀπὸ προσώπου σκηνῆς μαρτυρίου καὶ ἐβασίλευσεν ἐπὶ Ισραηλ(lxx) 2Ch 1:13 So Solomon came to Jerusalem from the high place that was at Gibeon, from before the tabernacle of meeting, and reigned over Israel.(nkjv) ======= 2 Chronicles 1:14 ============ 2Ch 1:14 Solomon amassed chariots and horsemen.
