Auferat fornicationes suas a facie sua, et adulteria sua de medio uberum suorum;(vulgate) Oseas 2:2 Contended con vuestra madre, contended, porque ella no es mi esposa, ni yo soy su marido; quite, pues, de su rostro sus prostituciones, y sus adulterios de entre sus pechos;(E) Osée 2:2 Plaidez, plaidez contre votre mère, car elle n'est point ma femme, et je ne suis point son mari! Qu'elle ôte de sa face ses prostitutions, et de son sein ses adultères!(F) Hos 2:2 Sprecht das Urteil über eure Mutter-sie sei nicht mein Weib, und ich will sie nicht haben! -,heißt sie ihre Hurerei von ihrem Angesichte wegtun und ihre Ehebrecherei von ihren Brüsten,(D) Hos 2:2 κρίθητε πρὸς τὴν μητέρα ὑμῶν κρίθητε ὅτι αὐτὴ οὐ γυνή μου καὶ ἐγὼ οὐκ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς καὶ ἐξαρῶ τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς ἐκ προσώπου μου καὶ τὴν μοιχείαν αὐτῆς ἐκ μέσου μαστῶν αὐτῆς(lxx) Hos 2:2 Bring charges against your mother, bring charges; For she is not My wife, nor am I her Husband! Let her put away her harlotries from her sight, And her adulteries from between her breasts;(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:3 ============ Hos 2:3 Or I will strip her naked And expose her as on the day when she was born. I will also make her like a wilderness, Make her like desert land And slay her with thirst.(nasb) Hos 2:3 ne forte expoliem eam nudam, et statuam eam secundum diem nativitatis suæ, et ponam eam quasi solitudinem, et statuam eam velut terram inviam, et interficiam eam siti.(vulgate) Oseas 2:3 no sea que yo la despoje y desnude, y la deje como el día en que nació, y la ponga como un desierto, y la deje como tierra seca y la mate de sed.(E) Osée 2:3 Sinon, je la dépouille à nu, je la mets comme au jour de sa naissance, je la rends semblable à un désert, à une terre aride, et je la fais mourir de soif;(F) Hos 2:3 auf daß ich sie nicht nackt ausziehe und darstelle, wie sie war, da sie geboren ward, und ich sie nicht mache wie ein dürres Land, daß ich sie nicht Durstes sterben lasse(D) Hos 2:3 ὅπως ἂν ἐκδύσω αὐτὴν γυμνὴν καὶ ἀποκαταστήσω αὐτὴν καθὼς ἡμέρᾳ γενέσεως αὐτῆς καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὴν ὡς ἔρημον καὶ τάξω αὐτὴν ὡς γῆν ἄνυδρον καὶ ἀποκτενῶ αὐτὴν ἐν δίψει(lxx) Hos 2:3 Lest I strip her naked And expose her, as in the day she was born, And make her like a wilderness, And set her like a dry land, And slay her with thirst.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:4 ============ Hos 2:4 "Also, I will have no compassion on her children, Because they are children of harlotry.(nasb) Hos 2:4 Et filiorum illius non miserebor, quoniam filii fornicationum sunt.(vulgate) Oseas 2:4 Y no tendré misericordia de sus hijos, porque [son] hijos de prostitución.(E) Osée 2:4 et je n'aurai pas pitié de ses enfants, car ce sont des enfants de prostitution.(F) Hos 2:4 und mich ihrer Kinder nicht erbarme, denn sie sind Hurenkinder;(D) Hos 2:4 καὶ τὰ τέκνα αὐτῆς οὐ μὴ ἐλεήσω ὅτι τέκνα πορνείας ἐστίν(lxx) Hos 2:4 "I will not have mercy on her children, For they are the children of harlotry.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:5 ============ Hos 2:5 "For their mother has played the harlot; She who conceived them has acted shamefully. For she said, 'I will go after my lovers, Who give me my bread and my water, My wool and my flax, my oil and my drink.'(nasb) Hos 2:5 Quia fornicata est mater eorum, confusa est quæ concepit eos; quia dixit: Vadam post amatores meos, qui dant panes mihi, et aquas meas, lanam meam, et linum meum, oleum meum, et potum meum.(vulgate) Oseas 2:5 Porque su madre se prostituyó; la que los engendró se deshonró; porque dijo: Iré tras mis amantes, que me dan mi pan y mi agua, mi lana y mi lino, mi aceite y mi bebida.(E) Osée 2:5 Leur mère s'est prostituée, celle qui les a conçus s'est déshonorée, car elle a dit: J'irai après mes amants, qui me donnent mon pain et mon eau, ma laine et mon lin, mon huile et ma boisson.(F) Hos 2:5 denn ihre Mutter ist eine Hure, und die sie getragen hat, hält sich schändlich und spricht: Ich will meinen Buhlen nachlaufen, die mir geben Brot, Wasser, Wolle, Flachs, Öl und Trinken.(D) Hos 2:6 ὅτι ἐξεπόρνευσεν ἡ μήτηρ αὐτῶν κατῄσχυνεν ἡ τεκοῦσα αὐτά εἶπεν γάρ ἀκολουθήσω ὀπίσω τῶν ἐραστῶν μου τῶν διδόντων μοι τοὺς ἄρτους μου καὶ τὸ ὕδωρ μου καὶ τὰ ἱμάτιά μου καὶ τὰ ὀθόνιά μου καὶ τὸ ἔλαιόν μου καὶ πάντα ὅσα μοι καθήκει(lxx) Hos 2:5 For their mother has played the harlot; She who conceived them has behaved shamefully. For she said, 'I will go after my lovers, Who give me my bread and my water, My wool and my linen, My oil and my drink.'(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:6 ============ Hos 2:6 "Therefore, behold, I will hedge up her way with thorns, And I will build a wall against her so that she cannot find her paths.(nasb) Hos 2:6 Propter hoc ecce ego sepiam viam tuam spinis, et sepiam eam maceria, et semitas suas non inveniet.(vulgate) Oseas 2:6 Por tanto, he aquí yo voy a cercar con espinos su camino, y le pondré vallado para que no encuentre sus senderos.(E) Osée 2:6 C'est pourquoi voici, je vais fermer son chemin avec des épines et y élever un mur, afin qu'elle ne trouve plus ses sentiers.(F) Hos 2:6 Darum siehe, ich will deinen Weg mit Dornen vermachen und eine Wand davorziehen, daß sie ihren Steig nicht finden soll;(D) Hos 2:6 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ φράσσω τὴν ὁδὸν αὐτῆς ἐν σκόλοψιν καὶ ἀνοικοδομήσω τὰς ὁδοὺς αὐτῆς καὶ τὴν τρίβον αὐτῆς οὐ μὴ εὕρῃ(lxx) Hos 2:6 "Therefore, behold, I will hedge up your way with thorns, And wall her in, So that she cannot find her paths.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:7 ============ Hos 2:7 "She will pursue her lovers, but she will not overtake them; And she will seek them, but will not find them. Then she will say, 'I will go back to my first husband, For it was better for me then than now!'(nasb) Hos 2:7 Et sequetur amatores suos, et non apprehendet eos; et quæret eos, et non inveniet: et dicet: Vadam, et revertar ad virum meum priorem, quia bene mihi erat tunc magis quam nunc.(vulgate) Oseas 2:7 Y seguirá a sus amantes, y no los alcanzará; los buscará, y no los hallará. Entonces dirá: Iré y me volveré a mi primer marido, porque mejor me iba entonces que ahora.(E) Osée 2:7 Elle poursuivra ses amants, et ne les atteindra pas; elle les cherchera, et ne les trouvera pas. Puis elle dira: J'irai, et je retournerai vers mon premier mari, car alors j'étais plus heureuse que maintenant.(F) Hos 2:7 und wenn sie ihren Buhlen nachläuft, daß sie dich nicht ergreifen, und wenn sie dich sucht, sie nicht finden könne und sagen müsse: Ich will wiederum zu meinem vorigen Mann gehen, da mir besser war, denn mir jetzt ist.(D) Hos 2:7 καὶ καταδιώξεται τοὺς ἐραστὰς αὐτῆς καὶ οὐ μὴ καταλάβῃ αὐτούς καὶ ζητήσει αὐτοὺς καὶ οὐ μὴ εὕρῃ αὐτούς καὶ ἐρεῖ πορεύσομαι καὶ ἐπιστρέψω πρὸς τὸν ἄνδρα μου τὸν πρότερον ὅτι καλῶς μοι ἦν τότε ἢ νῦν(lxx) Hos 2:7 She will chase her lovers, But not overtake them; Yes, she will seek them, but not find them. Then she will say, 'I will go and return to my first husband, For then it was better for me than now.'(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:8 ============ Hos 2:8 "For she does not know that it was I who gave her the grain, the new wine and the oil, And lavished on her silver and gold, Which they used for Baal.(nasb) Hos 2:8 Et hæc nescivit, quia ego dedi ei frumentum, et vinum, et oleum, et argentum multiplicavi ei, et aurum, quæ fecerunt Baal.(vulgate) Oseas 2:8 Y ella no reconoció que yo le daba el trigo, el vino y el aceite, y que les multipliqué la plata y el oro que ofrecían a Baal.(E) Osée 2:8 Elle n'a pas reconnu que c'était moi qui lui donnais le blé, le moût et l'huile; et l'on a consacré au service de Baal l'argent et l'or que je lui prodiguais.(F) Hos 2:8 Denn sie will nicht wissen, daß ich es sei, der ihr gibt Korn, Most und Öl und ihr viel Silber und Gold gegeben hat, das sie haben Baal zu Ehren gebraucht.(D) Hos 2:8 καὶ αὐτὴ οὐκ ἔγνω ὅτι ἐγὼ δέδωκα αὐτῇ τὸν σῖτον καὶ τὸν οἶνον καὶ τὸ ἔλαιον καὶ ἀργύριον ἐπλήθυνα αὐτῇ αὐτὴ δὲ ἀργυρᾶ καὶ χρυσᾶ ἐποίησεν τῇ Βααλ(lxx) Hos 2:8 For she did not know That I gave her grain, new wine, and oil, And multiplied her silver and gold-- Which they prepared for Baal.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:9 ============ Hos 2:9 "Therefore, I will take back My grain at harvest time And My new wine in its season. I will also take away My wool and My flax Given to cover her nakedness.(nasb) Hos 2:9 Idcirco convertar, et sumam frumentum meum in tempore suo, et vinum meum in tempore suo. Et liberabo lanam meam et linum meum, quæ operiebant ignominiam ejus.(vulgate) Oseas 2:9 Por tanto yo volveré, y tomaré mi trigo a su tiempo, y mi vino a su sazón, y quitaré mi lana y mi lino [que le había dado] para cubrir su desnudez.(E) Osée 2:9 C'est pourquoi je reprendrai mon blé en son temps et mon moût dans sa saison, et j'enlèverai ma laine et mon lin qui devaient couvrir sa nudité.(F) Hos 2:9 Darum will ich mein Korn und meinen Most wieder nehmen zu seiner Zeit und ihr meine Wolle und meinen Flachs entziehen, damit sie ihre Blöße bedeckt.(D) Hos 2:9 διὰ τοῦτο ἐπιστρέψω καὶ κομιοῦμαι τὸν σῖτόν μου καθ᾽ ὥραν αὐτοῦ καὶ τὸν οἶνόν μου ἐν καιρῷ αὐτοῦ καὶ ἀφελοῦμαι τὰ ἱμάτιά μου καὶ τὰ ὀθόνιά μου τοῦ μὴ καλύπτειν τὴν ἀσχημοσύνην αὐτῆς(lxx) Hos 2:9 "Therefore I will return and take away My grain in its time And My new wine in its season, And will take back My wool and My linen, Given to cover her nakedness.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:10 ============ Hos 2:10 "And then I will uncover her lewdness In the sight of her lovers, And no one will rescue her out of My hand.(nasb) Hos 2:10 Et nunc revelabo stultitiam ejus in oculis amatorum ejus; et vir non eruet eam de manu mea;(vulgate) Oseas 2:10 Y ahora descubriré yo su locura delante de los ojos de sus amantes, y nadie la librará de mi mano.(E) Osée 2:10 Et maintenant je découvrirai sa honte aux yeux de ses amants, et nul ne la délivrera de ma main.(F) Hos 2:10 Nun will ich ihre Schande aufdecken vor den Augen ihrer Buhlen, und niemand soll sie von meiner Hand erretten.(D) Hos 2:10 καὶ νῦν ἀποκαλύψω τὴν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτῆς ἐνώπιον τῶν ἐραστῶν αὐτῆς καὶ οὐδεὶς οὐ μὴ ἐξέληται αὐτὴν ἐκ χειρός μου(lxx) Hos 2:10 Now I will uncover her lewdness in the sight of her lovers, And no one shall deliver her from My hand.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:11 ============ Hos 2:11 "I will also put an end to all her gaiety, Her feasts, her new moons, her sabbaths And all her festal assemblies.(nasb) Hos 2:11 et cessare faciam omne gaudium ejus, solemnitatem ejus, neomeniam ejus, sabbatum ejus, et omnia festa tempora ejus.(vulgate) Oseas 2:11 Y haré cesar todo su gozo, sus fiestas, sus nuevas lunas y sus sábados, y todas sus festividades.(E) Osée 2:11 Je ferai cesser toute sa joie, ses fêtes, ses nouvelles lunes, ses sabbats et toutes ses solennités.(F) Hos 2:11 Und ich will ein Ende machen mit allen ihren Freuden, Festen, Neumonden, Sabbaten und allen ihren Feiertagen.(D) Hos 2:11 καὶ ἀποστρέψω πάσας τὰς εὐφροσύνας αὐτῆς ἑορτὰς αὐτῆς καὶ τὰς νουμηνίας αὐτῆς καὶ τὰ σάββατα αὐτῆς καὶ πάσας τὰς πανηγύρεις αὐτῆς(lxx) Hos 2:11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease, Her feast days, Her New Moons, Her Sabbaths-- All her appointed feasts.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:12 ============ Hos 2:12 "I will destroy her vines and fig trees, Of which she said, 'These are my wages Which my lovers have given me.'And I will make them a forest, And the beasts of the field will devour them.(nasb) Hos 2:12 Et corrumpam vineam ejus, et ficum ejus, de quibus dixit: Mercedes hæ meæ sunt, quas dederunt mihi amatores mei; et ponam eam in saltum, et comedet eam bestia agri.(vulgate) Oseas 2:12 Y haré talar sus vides y sus higueras, de las cuales ha dicho: Mi pago son, que me han dado mis amantes. Y las reduciré a un matorral, y las comerán las bestias del campo.(E) Osée 2:12 Je ravagerai ses vignes et ses figuiers, dont elle disait: C'est le salaire que m'ont donné mes amants! Je les réduirai en une forêt, et les bêtes des champs les dévoreront.(F) Hos 2:12 Ich will ihre Weinstöcke und Feigenbäume wüst machen, weil sie sagt: "Das ist mein Lohn, den mir meine Buhlen gegeben." Ich will einen Wald daraus machen, daß es die wilden Tiere fressen sollen.(D) Hos 2:12 καὶ ἀφανιῶ ἄμπελον αὐτῆς καὶ τὰς συκᾶς αὐτῆς ὅσα εἶπεν μισθώματά μου ταῦτά ἐστιν ἃ ἔδωκάν μοι οἱ ἐρασταί μου καὶ θήσομαι αὐτὰ εἰς μαρτύριον καὶ καταφάγεται αὐτὰ τὰ θηρία τοῦ ἀγροῦ καὶ τὰ πετεινὰ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ τὰ ἑρπετὰ τῆς γῆς(lxx) Hos 2:12 "And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, Of which she has said, 'These are my wages that my lovers have given me.' So I will make them a forest, And the beasts of the field shall eat them.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:13 ============ Hos 2:13 "I will punish her for the days of the Baals When she used to offer sacrifices to them And adorn herself with her earrings and jewelry, And follow her lovers, so that she forgot Me," declares the Lord.(nasb) Hos 2:13 Et visitabo super eam dies Baalim, quibus accendebat incensum, et ornabatur in aure sua, et monili suo. Et ibat post amatores suos, et mei obliviscebatur, dicit Dominus.(vulgate) Oseas 2:13 Y visitaré sobre ella los tiempos de los Baales, a los cuales incensaba, y se adornaba de sus zarcillos y de sus joyeles, y se iba tras sus amantes olvidándose de mí, dice Jehová.(E) Osée 2:13 Je la châtierai pour les jours où elle encensait les Baals, où elle se paraît de ses anneaux et de ses colliers, allait après ses amants, et m'oubliait, dit l'Eternel.(F) Hos 2:13 Also will ich heimsuchen über sie die Tage der Baalim, denen sie Räuchopfer tut und schmückt sich mit Stirnspangen und Halsbändern und läuft ihren Buhlen nach und vergißt mein, spricht der HERR.(D) Hos 2:13 καὶ ἐκδικήσω ἐπ᾽ αὐτὴν τὰς ἡμέρας τῶν Βααλιμ ἐν αἷς ἐπέθυεν αὐτοῖς καὶ περιετίθετο τὰ ἐνώτια αὐτῆς καὶ τὰ καθόρμια αὐτῆς καὶ ἐπορεύετο ὀπίσω τῶν ἐραστῶν αὐτῆς ἐμοῦ δὲ ἐπελάθετο λέγει κύριος(lxx) Hos 2:13 I will punish her For the days of the Baals to which she burned incense. She decked herself with her earrings and jewelry, And went after her lovers; But Me she forgot," says the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:14 ============ Hos 2:14 "Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Bring her into the wilderness And speak kindly to her.(nasb) Hos 2:14 Propter hoc ecce ego lactabo eam, et ducam eam in solitudinem, et loquar ad cor ejus.(vulgate) Oseas 2:14 Pero he aquí, yo la atraeré, y la llevaré al desierto, y hablaré a su corazón.(E) Osée 2:14 C'est pourquoi voici, je veux l'attirer et la conduire au désert, et je parlerai à son coeur.(F) Hos 2:14 Darum siehe, ich will sie locken und will sie in die Wüste führen und freundlich mit ihr reden.(D) Hos 2:14 διὰ τοῦτο ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ πλανῶ αὐτὴν καὶ τάξω αὐτὴν εἰς ἔρημον καὶ λαλήσω ἐπὶ τὴν καρδίαν αὐτῆς(lxx) Hos 2:14 "Therefore, behold, I will allure her, Will bring her into the wilderness, And speak comfort to her.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:15 ============ Hos 2:15 "Then I will give her her vineyards from there, And the valley of Achor as a door of hope. And she will sing there as in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.(nasb) Hos 2:15 Et dabo ei vinitores ejus ex eodem loco, et vallem Achor, ad aperiendam spem; et canet ibi juxta dies juventutis suæ, et juxta dies ascensionis suæ de terra Ægypti.(vulgate) Oseas 2:15 Y le daré sus viñas desde allí, y el valle de Acor por puerta de esperanza; y allí cantará como en los tiempos de su juventud, y como en el día de su subida de la tierra de Egipto.(E) Osée 2:15 Là, je lui donnerai ses vignes et la vallée d'Acor, comme une porte d'espérance, et là, elle chantera comme au temps de sa jeunesse, et comme au jour où elle remonta du pays d'Egypte.(F) Hos 2:15 Da will ich ihr geben ihre Weinberge aus demselben Ort und das Tal Achor zum Tor der Hoffnung. Und daselbst wird sie singen wie zur Zeit ihrer Jugend, da sie aus Ägyptenland zog.(D) Hos 2:15 καὶ δώσω αὐτῇ τὰ κτήματα αὐτῆς ἐκεῖθεν καὶ τὴν κοιλάδα Αχωρ διανοῖξαι σύνεσιν αὐτῆς καὶ ταπεινωθήσεται ἐκεῖ κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας νηπιότητος αὐτῆς καὶ κατὰ τὰς ἡμέρας ἀναβάσεως αὐτῆς ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου(lxx) Hos 2:15 I will give her her vineyards from there, And the Valley of Achor as a door of hope; She shall sing there, As in the days of her youth, As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:16 ============ Hos 2:16 "It will come about in that day," declares the Lord, "That you will call Me Ishi And will no longer call Me Baali.(nasb) Hos 2:16 Et erit in die illa, ait Dominus: vocabit me, Vir meus, et non vocabit me ultra Baali.(vulgate) Oseas 2:16 Y será que en aquel tiempo, dice Jehová, me llamarás Ishi, y nunca más me llamarás Baali.(E) Osée 2:16 En ce jour-là, dit l'Eternel, tu m'appelleras: Mon mari! et tu ne m'appelleras plus: Mon maître!(F) Hos 2:16 Alsdann spricht der HERR, wirst du mich heißen "mein Mann" und mich nicht mehr "mein Baal" heißen.(D) Hos 2:16 καὶ ἔσται ἐν ἐκείνῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ λέγει κύριος καλέσει με ὁ ἀνήρ μου καὶ οὐ καλέσει με ἔτι Βααλιμ(lxx) Hos 2:16 "And it shall be, in that day," Says the Lord, "That you will call Me 'My Husband,' And no longer call Me 'My Master,'(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:17 ============ Hos 2:17 "For I will remove the names of the Baals from her mouth, So that they will be mentioned by their names no more.(nasb) Hos 2:17 Et auferam nomina Baalim de ore ejus, et non recordabitur ultra nominis eorum.(vulgate) Oseas 2:17 Porque quitaré de su boca los nombres de los Baales, y nunca más serán mencionados por sus nombres.(E) Osée 2:17 J'ôterai de sa bouche les noms des Baals, afin qu'on ne les mentionne plus par leurs noms.(F) Hos 2:17 Denn ich will die Namen der Baalim von ihrem Munde wegtun, daß man ihrer Namen nicht mehr gedenken soll.(D) Hos 2:17 καὶ ἐξαρῶ τὰ ὀνόματα τῶν Βααλιμ ἐκ στόματος αὐτῆς καὶ οὐ μὴ μνησθῶσιν οὐκέτι τὰ ὀνόματα αὐτῶν(lxx) Hos 2:17 For I will take from her mouth the names of the Baals, And they shall be remembered by their name no more.(nkjv) ======= Hosea 2:18 ============ Hos 2:18 "In that day I will also make a covenant for them With the beasts of the field, The birds of the sky And the creeping things of the ground.
