Today's Date: ======= Leviticus 22:1 ============ Lev 22:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nas) Lev 22:1 καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων (lxx) Lev 22:1 Locutus quoque est Dominus ad Moysen, dicens:(vulgate) 1 ׃22 וַיְדַבֵּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֥ה לֵּאמֹֽר׃ Leviticus Lev 22:1 Und der HERR redete mit Mose und sprach:(dhs) Lev 22:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:2 ============ Lev 22:2 "Tell Aaron and his sons to be careful with the holy gifts of the sons of Israel, which they dedicate to Me, so as not to profane My holy name; I am the Lord.(nas) Lev 22:2 εἰπὸν Ααρων καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ καὶ προσεχέτωσαν ἀπὸ τῶν ἁγίων τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ καὶ οὐ βεβηλώσουσιν τὸ ὄνομα τὸ ἅγιόν μου ὅσα αὐτοὶ ἁγιάζουσίν μοι ἐγὼ κύριος (lxx) Lev 22:2 Loquere ad Aaron et ad filios ejus, ut caveant ab his quæ consecrata sunt filiorum Israël, et non contaminent nomen sanctificatorum mihi, quæ ipsi offerunt. Ego Dominus.(vulgate) 2 ׃22 דַּבֵּ֨ר אֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֜ן וְאֶל־בָּנָ֗יו וְיִנָּֽזְרוּ֙ מִקָּדְשֵׁ֣י בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְלֹ֥א יְחַלְּל֖וּ אֶת־שֵׁ֣ם קָדְשִׁ֑י אֲשֶׁ֨ר הֵ֧ם מַקְדִּשִׁ֛ים לִ֖י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 22:2 Sage Aaron und seinen Söhnen, daß sie sich enthalten von dem Heiligen der Kinder Israel, welches sie mir heiligen und meinen heiligen Namen nicht entheiligen, denn ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Lev 22:2 "Speak to Aaron and his sons, that they separate themselves from the holy things of the children of Israel, and that they do not profane My holy name by what they dedicate to Me: I am the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:3 ============ Lev 22:3 Say to them, 'If any man among all your descendants throughout your generations approaches the holy gifts which the sons of Israel dedicate to the Lord, while he has an uncleanness, that person shall be cut off from before Me; I am the Lord.(nas) Lev 22:3 εἰπὸν αὐτοῖς εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑμῶν πᾶς ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν προσέλθῃ ἀπὸ παντὸς τοῦ σπέρματος ὑμῶν πρὸς τὰ ἅγια ὅσα ἂν ἁγιάζωσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ ἡ ἀκαθαρσία αὐτοῦ ἐπ᾽ αὐτῷ ἐξολεθρευθήσεται ἡ ψυχὴ ἐκείνη ἀπ᾽ ἐμοῦ ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὑμῶν (lxx) Lev 22:3 Dic ad eos, et ad posteros eorum: Omnis homo qui accesserit de stirpe vestra ad ea quæ consecrata sunt, et quæ obtulerunt filii Israël Domino, in quo est immunditia, peribit coram Domino. Ego sum Dominus.(vulgate) 3 ׃22 אֱמֹ֣ר אֲלֵהֶ֗ם לְדֹרֹ֨תֵיכֶ֜ם כָּל־אִ֣ישׁ ׀ אֲשֶׁר־יִקְרַ֣ב מִכָּל־זַרְעֲכֶ֗ם אֶל־הַקֳּדָשִׁים֙ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יַקְדִּ֤ישׁוּ בְנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה וְטֻמְאָת֖וֹ עָלָ֑יו וְנִכְרְתָ֞ה הַנֶּ֧פֶשׁ הַהִ֛וא מִלְּפָנַ֖י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 22:3 So sage nun ihnen auf ihre Nachkommen: Welcher eurer Nachkommen herzutritt zum Heiligen, das die Kinder Israel dem HERRN heiligen, und hat eine Unreinheit an sich, des Seele soll ausgerottet werden von meinem Antlitz; denn ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Lev 22:3 Say to them: 'Whoever of all your descendants throughout your generations, who goes near the holy things which the children of Israel dedicate to the Lord, while he has uncleanness upon him, that person shall be cut off from My presence: I am the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:4 ============ Lev 22:4 No man of the descendants of Aaron, who is a leper or who has a discharge, may eat of the holy gifts until he is clean. And if one touches anything made unclean by a corpse or if a man has a seminal emission,(nas) Lev 22:4 καὶ ἄνθρωπος ἐκ τοῦ σπέρματος Ααρων τοῦ ἱερέως καὶ οὗτος λεπρᾷ ἢ γονορρυής τῶν ἁγίων οὐκ ἔδεται ἕως ἂν καθαρισθῇ καὶ ὁ ἁπτόμενος πάσης ἀκαθαρσίας ψυχῆς ἢ ἄνθρωπος ᾧ ἂν ἐξέλθῃ ἐξ αὐτοῦ κοίτη σπέρματος (lxx) Lev 22:4 Homo de semine Aaron, qui fuerit leprosus, aut patiens fluxum seminis, non vescetur de his quæ sanctificata sunt mihi, donec sanetur. Qui tetigerit immundum super mortuo, et ex quo egreditur semen quasi coitus,(vulgate) 4 ׃22 אִ֣ישׁ אִ֞ישׁ מִזֶּ֣רַע אַהֲרֹ֗ן וְה֤וּא צָר֙וּעַ֙ א֣וֹ זָ֔ב בַּקֳּדָשִׁים֙ לֹ֣א יֹאכַ֔ל עַ֖ד אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִטְהָ֑ר וְהַנֹּגֵ֙עַ֙ בְּכָל־טְמֵא־נֶ֔פֶשׁ א֣וֹ אִ֔ישׁ אֲשֶׁר־תֵּצֵ֥א מִמֶּ֖נּוּ שִׁכְבַת־זָֽרַע׃ Leviticus Lev 22:4 Welcher der Nachkommen Aarons aussätzig ist oder einen Fluß hat, der soll nicht essen vom Heiligen, bis er rein werde. Wer etwa einen anrührt, der an einem Toten unrein geworden ist, oder welchem der Same entgeht im Schlaf,(dhs) Lev 22:4 Whatever man of the descendants of Aaron, who is a leper or has a discharge, shall not eat the holy offerings until he is clean. And whoever touches anything made unclean by a corpse, or a man who has had an emission of semen,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:5 ============ Lev 22:5 or if a man touches any teeming things by which he is made unclean, or any man by whom he is made unclean, whatever his uncleanness;(nas) Lev 22:5 ἢ ὅστις ἂν ἅψηται παντὸς ἑρπετοῦ ἀκαθάρτου ὃ μιανεῖ αὐτόν ἢ ἐπ᾽ ἀνθρώπῳ ἐν ᾧ μιανεῖ αὐτὸν κατὰ πᾶσαν ἀκαθαρσίαν αὐτοῦ (lxx) Lev 22:5 et qui tangit reptile, et quodlibet immundum cujus tactus est sordidus,(vulgate) 5 ׃22 אוֹ־אִישׁ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִגַּ֔ע בְּכָל־שֶׁ֖רֶץ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִטְמָא־ל֑וֹ א֤וֹ בְאָדָם֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יִטְמָא־ל֔וֹ לְכֹ֖ל טֻמְאָתֽוֹ׃ Leviticus Lev 22:5 und welcher irgend ein Gewürm anrührt, dadurch er unrein wird, oder einen Menschen, durch den er unrein wird, und alles, was ihn verunreinigt:(dhs) Lev 22:5 or whoever touches any creeping thing by which he would be made unclean, or any person by whom he would become unclean, whatever his uncleanness may be--(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:6 ============ Lev 22:6 a person who touches any such shall be unclean until evening, and shall not eat of the holy gifts unless he has bathed his body in water.(nas) Lev 22:6 ψυχή ἥτις ἂν ἅψηται αὐτῶν ἀκάθαρτος ἔσται ἕως ἑσπέρας οὐκ ἔδεται ἀπὸ τῶν ἁγίων ἐὰν μὴ λούσηται τὸ σῶμα αὐτοῦ ὕδατι (lxx) Lev 22:6 immundus erit usque ad vesperum, et non vescetur his quæ sanctificata sunt: sed cum laverit carnem suam aqua,(vulgate) 6 ׃22 נֶ֚פֶשׁ אֲשֶׁ֣ר תִּגַּע־בּ֔וֹ וְטָמְאָ֖ה עַד־הָעָ֑רֶב וְלֹ֤א יֹאכַל֙ מִן־הַקֳּדָשִׁ֔ים כִּ֛י אִם־רָחַ֥ץ בְּשָׂר֖וֹ בַּמָּֽיִם׃ Leviticus Lev 22:6 welcher der eins anrührt, der ist unrein bis auf den Abend und soll von dem Heiligen nicht essen, sondern soll zuvor seinen Leib mit Wasser baden.(dhs) Lev 22:6 the person who has touched any such thing shall be unclean until evening, and shall not eat the holy offerings unless he washes his body with water.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:7 ============ Lev 22:7 But when the sun sets, he will be clean, and afterward he shall eat of the holy gifts, for it is his food.(nas) Lev 22:7 καὶ δύῃ ὁ ἥλιος καὶ καθαρὸς ἔσται καὶ τότε φάγεται τῶν ἁγίων ὅτι ἄρτος ἐστὶν αὐτοῦ (lxx) Lev 22:7 et occubuerit sol, tunc mundatus vescetur de sanctificatis, quia cibus illius est.(vulgate) 7 ׃22 וּבָ֥א הַשֶּׁ֖מֶשׁ וְטָהֵ֑ר וְאַחַר֙ יֹאכַ֣ל מִן־הַקֳּדָשִׁ֔ים כִּ֥י לַחְמ֖וֹ הֽוּא׃ Leviticus Lev 22:7 Und wenn die Sonne untergegangen und er rein geworden ist, dann mag er davon essen; denn es ist seine Nahrung.(dhs) Lev 22:7 And when the sun goes down he shall be clean; and afterward he may eat the holy offerings, because it is his food.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:8 ============ Lev 22:8 He shall not eat an animal which dies or is torn by beasts, becoming unclean by it; I am the Lord.(nas) Lev 22:8 θνησιμαῖον καὶ θηριάλωτον οὐ φάγεται μιανθῆναι αὐτὸν ἐν αὐτοῖς ἐγὼ κύριος (lxx) Lev 22:8 Morticinum et captum a bestia non comedent, nec polluentur in eis. Ego sum Dominus.(vulgate) 8 ׃22 נְבֵלָ֧ה וּטְרֵפָ֛ה לֹ֥א יֹאכַ֖ל לְטָמְאָה־בָ֑הּ אֲנִ֖י יְהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 22:8 Ein Aas und was von wilden Tieren zerreißen ist, soll er nicht essen, auf daß er nicht unrein daran werde; denn ich bin der HERR.(dhs) Lev 22:8 Whatever dies naturally or is torn by beasts he shall not eat, to defile himself with it: I am the Lord.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:9 ============ Lev 22:9 They shall therefore keep My charge, so that they will not bear sin because of it and die thereby because they profane it; I am the Lord who sanctifies them.(nas) Lev 22:9 καὶ φυλάξονται τὰ φυλάγματά μου ἵνα μὴ λάβωσιν δι᾽ αὐτὰ ἁμαρτίαν καὶ ἀποθάνωσιν δι᾽ αὐτά ἐὰν βεβηλώσωσιν αὐτά ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ θεὸς ὁ ἁγιάζων αὐτούς (lxx) Lev 22:9 Custodiant præcepta mea, ut non subjaceant peccato, et moriantur in sanctuario, cum polluerint illud. Ego Dominus qui sanctifico eos.(vulgate) 9 ׃22 וְשָׁמְר֣וּ אֶת־מִשְׁמַרְתִּ֗י וְלֹֽא־יִשְׂא֤וּ עָלָיו֙ חֵ֔טְא וּמֵ֥תוּ ב֖וֹ כִּ֣י יְחַלְּלֻ֑הוּ אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה מְקַדְּשָֽׁם׃ Leviticus Lev 22:9 Darum sollen sie meine Sätze halten, daß sie nicht Sünde auf sich laden und daran sterben, wenn sie sich entheiligen; denn ich bin der HERR, der sie heiligt.(dhs) Lev 22:9 They shall therefore keep My ordinance, lest they bear sin for it and die thereby, if they profane it: I the Lord sanctify them.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:10 ============ Lev 22:10 'No layman, however, is to eat the holy gift; a sojourner with the priest or a hired man shall not eat of the holy gift.(nas) Lev 22:10 καὶ πᾶς ἀλλογενὴς οὐ φάγεται ἅγια πάροικος ἱερέως ἢ μισθωτὸς οὐ φάγεται ἅγια (lxx) Lev 22:10 Omnis alienigena non comedet de sanctificatis; inquilinus sacerdotis et mercenarius non vescentur ex eis.(vulgate) 10 ׃22 וְכָל־זָ֖ר לֹא־יֹ֣אכַל קֹ֑דֶשׁ תּוֹשַׁ֥ב כֹּהֵ֛ן וְשָׂכִ֖יר לֹא־יֹ֥אכַל קֹֽדֶשׁ׃ Leviticus Lev 22:10 Kein anderer soll von dem Heiligen essen noch des Priesters Beisaß oder Tagelöhner.(dhs) Lev 22:10 'No outsider shall eat the holy offering; one who dwells with the priest, or a hired servant, shall not eat the holy thing.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:11 ============ Lev 22:11 But if a priest buys a slave as his property with his money, that one may eat of it, and those who are born in his house may eat of his food.(nas) Lev 22:11 ἐὰν δὲ ἱερεὺς κτήσηται ψυχὴν ἔγκτητον ἀργυρίου οὗτος φάγεται ἐκ τῶν ἄρτων αὐτοῦ καὶ οἱ οἰκογενεῖς αὐτοῦ καὶ οὗτοι φάγονται τῶν ἄρτων αὐτοῦ (lxx) Lev 22:11 Quem autem sacerdos emerit, et qui vernaculus domus ejus fuerit, his comedent ex eis.(vulgate) 11 ׃22 וְכֹהֵ֗ן כִּֽי־יִקְנֶ֥ה נֶ֙פֶשׁ֙ קִנְיַ֣ן כַּסְפּ֔וֹ ה֖וּא יֹ֣אכַל בּ֑וֹ וִילִ֣יד בֵּית֔וֹ הֵ֖ם יֹאכְל֥וּ בְלַחְמֽוֹ׃ Leviticus Lev 22:11 Wenn aber der Priester eine Seele um sein Geld kauft, die mag davon essen; und was ihm in seinem Hause geboren wird, das mag auch von seinem Brot essen.(dhs) Lev 22:11 But if the priest buys a person with his money, he may eat it; and one who is born in his house may eat his food.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:12 ============ Lev 22:12 If a priest's daughter is married to a layman, she shall not eat of the offering of the gifts.(nas) Lev 22:12 καὶ θυγάτηρ ἀνθρώπου ἱερέως ἐὰν γένηται ἀνδρὶ ἀλλογενεῖ αὐτὴ τῶν ἀπαρχῶν τῶν ἁγίων οὐ φάγεται (lxx) Lev 22:12 Si filia sacerdotis cuilibet ex populo nupta fuerit, de his quæ sanctificata sunt, et de primitiis non vescetur.(vulgate) 12 ׃22 וּבַת־כֹּהֵ֔ן כִּ֥י תִהְיֶ֖ה לְאִ֣ישׁ זָ֑ר הִ֕וא בִּתְרוּמַ֥ת הַקֳּדָשִׁ֖ים לֹ֥א תֹאכֵֽל׃ Leviticus Lev 22:12 Wenn aber des Priesters Tochter eines Fremden Weib wird, die soll nicht von der heiligen Hebe essen.(dhs) Lev 22:12 If the priest's daughter is married to an outsider, she may not eat of the holy offerings.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:13 ============ Lev 22:13 But if a priest's daughter becomes a widow or divorced, and has no child and returns to her father's house as in her youth, she shall eat of her father's food; but no layman shall eat of it.(nas) Lev 22:13 καὶ θυγάτηρ ἱερέως ἐὰν γένηται χήρα ἢ ἐκβεβλημένη σπέρμα δὲ μὴ ἦν αὐτῇ ἐπαναστρέψει ἐπὶ τὸν οἶκον τὸν πατρικὸν κατὰ τὴν νεότητα αὐτῆς ἀπὸ τῶν ἄρτων τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτῆς φάγεται καὶ πᾶς ἀλλογενὴς οὐ φάγεται ἀπ᾽ αὐτῶν (lxx) Lev 22:13 Sin autem vidua, vel repudiata, et absque liberis reversa fuerit ad domum patris sui: sicut puella consueverat, aletur cibis patris sui. Omnis alienigena comedendi ex eis non habet potestatem.(vulgate) 13 ׃22 וּבַת־כֹּהֵן֩ כִּ֨י תִהְיֶ֜ה אַלְמָנָ֣ה וּגְרוּשָׁ֗ה וְזֶרַע֮ אֵ֣ין לָהּ֒ וְשָׁבָ֞ה אֶל־בֵּ֤ית אָבִ֙יהָ֙ כִּנְעוּרֶ֔יהָ מִלֶּ֥חֶם אָבִ֖יהָ תֹּאכֵ֑ל וְכָל־זָ֖ר לֹא־יֹ֥אכַל בּֽוֹ׃ ס Leviticus Lev 22:13 Wird sie aber eine Witwe oder ausgestoßen und hat keine Kinder und kommt wieder zu ihres Vaters Hause, so soll sie essen von ihres Vaters Brot, wie da sie noch Jungfrau war. Aber kein Fremdling soll davon essen.(dhs) Lev 22:13 But if the priest's daughter is a widow or divorced, and has no child, and has returned to her father's house as in her youth, she may eat her father's food; but no outsider shall eat it.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:14 ============ Lev 22:14 But if a man eats a holy gift unintentionally, then he shall add to it a fifth of it and shall give the holy gift to the priest.(nas) Lev 22:14 καὶ ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν φάγῃ ἅγια κατὰ ἄγνοιαν καὶ προσθήσει τὸ ἐπίπεμπτον αὐτοῦ ἐπ᾽ αὐτὸ καὶ δώσει τῷ ἱερεῖ τὸ ἅγιον (lxx) Lev 22:14 Qui comederit de sanctificatis per ignorantiam, addet quintam partem cum eo quod comedit, et dabit sacerdoti in sanctuarium.(vulgate) 14 ׃22 וְאִ֕ישׁ כִּֽי־יֹאכַ֥ל קֹ֖דֶשׁ בִּשְׁגָגָ֑ה וְיָסַ֤ף חֲמִֽשִׁיתוֹ֙ עָלָ֔יו וְנָתַ֥ן לַכֹּהֵ֖ן אֶת־הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ Leviticus Lev 22:14 Wer sonst aus Versehen von dem Heiligen ißt der soll den fünften Teil dazutun und dem Priester geben samt dem Heiligen,(dhs) Lev 22:14 'And if a man eats the holy offering unintentionally, then he shall restore a holy offering to the priest, and add one-fifth to it.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:15 ============ Lev 22:15 They shall not profane the holy gifts of the sons of Israel which they offer to the Lord,(nas) Lev 22:15 καὶ οὐ βεβηλώσουσιν τὰ ἅγια τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ ἃ αὐτοὶ ἀφαιροῦσιν τῷ κυρίῳ (lxx) Lev 22:15 Nec contaminabunt sanctificata filiorum Israël, quæ offerunt Domino:(vulgate) 15 ׃22 וְלֹ֣א יְחַלְּל֔וּ אֶת־קָדְשֵׁ֖י בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל אֵ֥ת אֲשֶׁר־יָרִ֖ימוּ לַיהוָֽה׃ Leviticus Lev 22:15 auf daß sie nicht entheiligen das Heilige der Kinder Israel, das sie dem HERRN heben,(dhs) Lev 22:15 They shall not profane the holy offerings of the children of Israel, which they offer to the Lord,(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:16 ============ Lev 22:16 and so cause them to bear punishment for guilt by eating their holy gifts; for I am the Lord who sanctifies them.'"(nas) Lev 22:16 καὶ ἐπάξουσιν ἐφ᾽ ἑαυτοὺς ἀνομίαν πλημμελείας ἐν τῷ ἐσθίειν αὐτοὺς τὰ ἅγια αὐτῶν ὅτι ἐγὼ κύριος ὁ ἁγιάζων αὐτούς (lxx) Lev 22:16 ne forte sustineant iniquitatem delicti sui, cum sanctificata comederint. Ego Dominus qui sanctifico eos.~(vulgate) 16 ׃22 וְהִשִּׂ֤יאוּ אוֹתָם֙ עֲוֺ֣ן אַשְׁמָ֔ה בְּאָכְלָ֖ם אֶת־קָדְשֵׁיהֶ֑ם כִּ֛י אֲנִ֥י יְהוָ֖ה מְקַדְּשָֽׁם׃ פ Leviticus Lev 22:16 auf daß sie nicht mit Missetat und Schuld beladen, wenn sie ihr Geheiligtes essen; denn ich bin der HERR, der sie heiligt.(dhs) Lev 22:16 or allow them to bear the guilt of trespass when they eat their holy offerings; for I the Lord sanctify them.' denn es wird von euch nicht angenehm sein.(dhs) Lev 22:20 Whatever has a defect, you shall not offer, for it shall not be acceptable on your behalf.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:21 ============ Lev 22:21 When a man offers a sacrifice of peace offerings to the Lord to fulfill a special vow or for a freewill offering, of the herd or of the flock, it must be perfect to be accepted; aber angenehm mag's nicht sein zum Gelübde.(dhs) Lev 22:23 Either a bull or a lamb that has any limb too long or too short you may offer as a freewill offering, but for a vow it shall not be accepted.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:24 ============ Lev 22:24 Also anything with its testicles bruised or crushed or torn or cut, you shall not offer to the Lord, or sacrifice in your land,(nas) Lev 22:24 θλαδίαν καὶ ἐκτεθλιμμένον καὶ ἐκτομίαν καὶ ἀπεσπασμένον οὐ προσάξεις αὐτὰ τῷ κυρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ὑμῶν οὐ ποιήσετε (lxx) Lev 22:24 Omne animal, quod vel contritis, vel tusis, vel sectis ablatisque testiculis est, non offeretis Domino, et in terra vestra hoc omnino ne faciatis.(vulgate) 24 ׃22 וּמָע֤וּךְ וְכָתוּת֙ וְנָת֣וּק וְכָר֔וּת לֹ֥א תַקְרִ֖יבוּ לַֽיהוָ֑ה וּֽבְאַרְצְכֶ֖ם לֹ֥א תַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ Leviticus Lev 22:24 Du sollst auch dem HERRN kein zerstoßenes oder zerriebenes oder zerrissenes oder das ausgeschnitten ist, opfern, und sollt im Lande solches nicht tun.(dhs) Lev 22:24 You shall not offer to the Lord what is bruised or crushed, or torn or cut; nor shall you make any offering of them in your land.(nkjv) ======= Leviticus 22:25 ============ Lev 22:25 nor shall you accept any such from the hand of a foreigner for offering as the food of your God; for their corruption is in them, they have a defect, they shall not be accepted for you.'"(nas) Lev 22:25 καὶ ἐκ χειρὸς ἀλλογενοῦς οὐ προσοίσετε τὰ δῶρα τοῦ θεοῦ ὑμῶν ἀπὸ πάντων τούτων ὅτι φθάρματά ἐστιν ἐν αὐτοῖς μῶμος ἐν αὐτοῖς οὐ δεχθήσεται ταῦτα ὑμῖν (lxx) Lev 22:25 De manu alienigenæ non offeretis panes Deo vestro, et quidquid aliud dare voluerit, quia corrupta, et maculata sunt omnia: non suscipietis ea.(vulgate) 25 ׃22 וּמִיַּ֣ד בֶּן־נֵכָ֗ר לֹ֥א תַקְרִ֛יבוּ אֶת־לֶ֥חֶם אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם מִכָּל־אֵ֑לֶּה כִּ֣י מָשְׁחָתָ֤ם בָּהֶם֙ מ֣וּם בָּ֔ם לֹ֥א יֵרָצ֖וּ לָכֶֽם׃ פ Leviticus Lev 22:25 Du sollst auch solcher keins von eines Fremdlings Hand als Brot eures Gottes opfern;
