Do to us whatever seems best to You; only deliver us this day, we pray."(nkjv) ======= Judges 10:16 ============ Jdg 10:16 So they put away the foreign gods from among them and served the Lord; and He could bear the misery of Israel no longer.(nas) Jdg 10:16 καὶ ἐξέκλιναν τοὺς θεοὺς τοὺς ἀλλοτρίους ἐκ μέσου αὐτῶν καὶ ἐδούλευσαν τῷ κυρίῳ μόνῳ καὶ ὠλιγώθη ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτοῦ ἐν κόπῳ Ισραηλ (lxx) Jdg 10:16 Quæ dicentes, omnia de finibus suis alienorum deorum idola projecerunt, et servierunt Domino Deo: qui doluit super miseriis eorum.(vulgate) Judges 10:16 Then they put away the strange gods from among them and serued the Lorde: and his soule was grieued for the miserie of Israel.(Geneva) Jdg 10:16 Und sie taten von sich die fremden Götter und dienten dem HERRN. And the sons of Israel gathered together and camped in Mizpah.(nas) Jdg 10:17 καὶ ἀνέβησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Αμμων καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Γαλααδ καὶ συνήχθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν τῇ σκοπιᾷ (lxx) Jdg 10:17 Itaque filii Ammon conclamantes in Galaad fixere tentoria, contra quos congregati filii Israël in Maspha castrametati sunt.(vulgate) Judges 10:17 Then the children of Ammon gathered themselues together, and pitched in Gilead: and the children of Israel assembled themselues, and pitched in Mizpeh.(Geneva) Jdg 10:17 Und die Kinder Ammon kamen zuhauf und lagerten sich in Gilead; aber die Kinder Israel versammelten sich und lagerten sich zu Mizpa.(dhs) Jdg 10:17 Then the people of Ammon gathered together and encamped in Gilead. He shall become head over all the inhabitants of Gilead." (nas) Jdg 10:18 καὶ εἶπον ὁ λαὸς οἱ ἄρχοντες Γαλααδ ἀνὴρ πρὸς τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ τίς ὁ ἀνήρ ὅστις ἂν ἄρξηται παρατάξασθαι πρὸς υἱοὺς Αμμων καὶ ἔσται εἰς ἄρχοντα πᾶσιν τοῖς κατοικοῦσιν Γαλααδ (lxx) Jdg 10:18 Dixeruntque principes Galaad singuli ad proximos suos: Qui primus ex nobis contra filios Ammon cœperit dimicare, erit dux populi Galaad.(vulgate) Judges 10:18 And the people and princes of Gilead said one to another, Whosoeuer will beginne the battell against the children of Ammon, the same shal be head ouer all the inhabitants of Gilead.(Geneva) Jdg 10:18 Und die Obersten des Volks zu Gilead sprachen untereinander: Welcher anfängt zu streiten wider die Kinder Ammon, der soll das Haupt sein über alle, die in Gilead wohnen.(dhs) Jdg 10:18 And the people, the leaders of Gilead, said to one another, "Who is the man who will begin the fight against the people of Ammon?
