And he drew chains of gold across the front of the inner sanctuary, and he overlaid it with gold.(nas) 1Ki 6:21 κατὰ πρόσωπον τοῦ δαβιρ καὶ περιέσχεν αὐτὸ χρυσίῳ (lxx) 1Ki 6:21 Domum quoque ante oraculum operuit auro purissimo, et affixit laminas clavis aureis.(vulgate) 1 Kings 6:21 So Salomon couered the house within with pure golde: and he shut the place of the oracle with chaines of gold, and couered it with golde.(Geneva) 1Ki 6:21 Und Salomo überzog das Haus inwendig mit lauterem Golde und zog goldene Riegel vor dem Chor her, den er mit Gold überzogen hatte,(dhs) 1Ki 6:21 So Solomon overlaid the inside of the temple with pure gold. Also the whole altar which was by the inner sanctuary he overlaid with gold.(nas) 1Ki 6:22 καὶ ὅλον τὸν οἶκον περιέσχεν χρυσίῳ ἕως συντελείας παντὸς τοῦ οἴκου (lxx) 1Ki 6:22 Nihilque erat in templo quod non auro tegeretur: sed et totum altare oraculi texit auro.(vulgate) 1 Kings 6:22 And he ouerlayde all the house with gold, vntill all the house was made perfite.
