士師記 12:1 エフライムの人々は集まってザポンに行き、エフタに言った、「なぜあなたは進んで行ってアンモンの人々と戦いながら、われわれを招いて一緒に行かせませんでしたか。われわれはあなたの家に火をつけてあなたを一緒に焼いてしまいます」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 12:1 Then the men of Ephraim were summoned, and they crossed to Zaphon and said to Jephthah, "Why did you cross over to fight against the sons of Ammon without calling us to go with you? We will burn your house down on you."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 12:2---- 士師記 12:2 エフタは彼らに言った、「かつてわたしとわたしの民がアンモンの人々と大いに争ったとき、あなたがたを呼んだが、あなたがたはわたしを彼らの手から救ってくれませんでした。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 12:2 Jephthah said to them, "I and my people were at great strife with the sons of Ammon; when I called you, you did not deliver me from their hand.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 12:3---- 士師記 12:3 あなたがたが救ってくれないのを見たから、わたしは命がけでアンモンの人々のところへ攻めて行きますと、主は彼らをわたしの手にわたされたのです。どうしてあなたがたは、きょう、わたしのところに上ってきて、わたしと戦おうとするのですか」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 12:3 When I saw that you would not deliver me, I took my life in my hands and crossed over against the sons of Ammon, and the Lord gave them into my hand. And it happened when any of the fugitives of Ephraim said, "Let me cross over," the men of Gilead would say to him, "Are you an Ephraimite?" If he said, "No,"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Judges 12:6---- 士師記 12:6 またその人に「では『シボレテ』と言ってごらんなさい」と言い、その人がそれを正しく発音することができないで「セボレテ」と言うときは、その人を捕えて、ヨルダンの渡し場で殺した。その時エフライムびとの倒れたものは四万二千人であった。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jdg 12:6 then they would say to him, "Say now, 'Shibboleth.'" But he said, "Sibboleth," for he could not pronounce it correctly. Then they seized him and slew him at the fords of the Jordan.
