ダニエル書 6:1 ダリヨスは全国を治めるために、その国に百二十人の総督を立てることをよしとし、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:1 It seemed good to Darius to appoint 120 satraps over the kingdom, that they would be in charge of the whole kingdom,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:2---- ダニエル書 6:2 また彼らの上に三人の総監を立てた。ダニエルはそのひとりであった。これは総督たちをして、この三人の前に、その職務に関する報告をさせて、王に損失の及ぶことのないようにするためであった。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:2 and over them three commissioners (of whom Daniel was one), that these satraps might be accountable to them, and that the king might not suffer loss.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:3---- ダニエル書 6:3 ダニエルは彼のうちにあるすぐれた霊のゆえに、他のすべての総監および総督たちにまさっていたので、王は彼を立てて全国を治めさせようとした。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:3 Then this Daniel began distinguishing himself among the commissioners and satraps because he possessed an extraordinary spirit, and the king planned to appoint him over the entire kingdom.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:4---- ダニエル書 6:4 そこで総監および総督らは、国事についてダニエルを訴えるべき口実を得ようとしたが、訴えるべきなんの口実も、なんのとがをも見いだすことができなかった。それは彼が忠信な人であって、その身になんのあやまちも、とがも見いだされなかったからである。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:4 Then the commissioners and satraps began trying to find a ground of accusation against Daniel in regard to government affairs; but they could find no ground of accusation or evidence of corruption, inasmuch as he was faithful, and no negligence or corruption was to be found in him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:5---- ダニエル書 6:5 そこでその人々は言った、「われわれはダニエルの神の律法に関して、彼を訴える口実を得るのでなければ、ついに彼を訴えることはできまい」と。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:5 Then these men said, "We will not find any ground of accusation against this Daniel unless we find it against him with regard to the law of his God."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:6---- ダニエル書 6:6 こうして総監と総督らは、王のもとに集まってきて、王に言った、「ダリヨス王よ、どうかとこしえに生きながらえられますように。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:6 Then these commissioners and satraps came by agreement to the king and spoke to him as follows. "King Darius, live forever!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:7---- ダニエル書 6:7 国の総監、長官および総督、参議および知事らは、相はかって、王が一つのおきてを立て、一つの禁令を定められるよう求めることになりました。王よ、それはこうです。すなわち今から三十日の間は、ただあなたにのみ願い事をさせ、もしあなたをおいて、神または人にこれをなす者があれば、すべてその者を、ししの穴に投げ入れるというのです。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:7 All the commissioners of the kingdom, the prefects and the satraps, the high officials and the governors have consulted together that the king should establish a statute and enforce an injunction that anyone who makes a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, shall be cast into the lions' den.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:8---- ダニエル書 6:8 それで王よ、その禁令を定め、その文書に署名して、メデアとペルシャの変ることのない法律のごとく、これを変えることのできないようにしてください」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:8 Now, O king, establish the injunction and sign the document so that it may not be changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:9---- ダニエル書 6:9 そこでダリヨス王は、その禁令の文書に署名した。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:9 Therefore King Darius signed the document, that is, the injunction.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:10---- ダニエル書 6:10 ダニエルは、その文書の署名されたことを知って家に帰り、二階のへやの、エルサレムに向かって窓の開かれた所で、以前からおこなっていたように、一日に三度ずつ、ひざをかがめて神の前に祈り、かつ感謝した。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the document was signed, he entered his house (now in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued kneeling on his knees three times a day, praying and giving thanks before his God, as he had been doing previously.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:11---- ダニエル書 6:11 そこでその人々は集まってきて、ダニエルがその神の前に祈り、かつ求めていることを見たので、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:11 Then these men came by agreement and found Daniel making petition and supplication before his God.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:12---- ダニエル書 6:12 彼らは王の前にきて、王の禁令について奏上して言った、「王よ、あなたは禁令に署名して、今から三十日の間は、ただあなたにのみ願い事をさせ、もしあなたをおいて、神または人に、これをなす者があれば、すべてその者を、ししの穴に投げ入れると、定められたではありませんか」。王は答えて言った、「その事は確かであって、メデアとペルシャの法律のごとく、変えることのできないものだ」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:12 Then they approached and spoke before the king about the king's injunction, "Did you not sign an injunction that any man who makes a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, is to be cast into the lions' den?" The king replied, "The statement is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:13---- ダニエル書 6:13 彼らは王の前に答えて言った、「王よ、ユダから引いてきた捕囚のひとりである、かのダニエルは、あなたをも、あなたの署名された禁令をも顧みず、一日に三度ずつ、祈をささげています」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:13 Then they answered and spoke before the king, "Daniel, who is one of the exiles from Judah, pays no attention to you, O king, or to the injunction which you signed, but keeps making his petition three times a day."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:14---- ダニエル書 6:14 王はこの言葉を聞いて大いに憂え、ダニエルを救おうと心を用い、日の入るまで、彼を救い出すことに努めた。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:14 Then, as soon as the king heard this statement, he was deeply distressed and set his mind on delivering Daniel; and even until sunset he kept exerting himself to rescue him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:15---- ダニエル書 6:15 時にその人々は、また王のもとに集まってきて、王に言った、「王よ、メデアとペルシャの法律によれば、王の立てた禁令、または、おきては変えることのできないものであることを、ご承知ください」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:15 Then these men came by agreement to the king and said to the king, "Recognize, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians that no injunction or statute which the king establishes may be changed."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:16---- ダニエル書 6:16 そこで王は命令を下したので、ダニエルは引き出されて、ししの穴に投げ入れられた。王はダニエルに言った、「どうか、あなたの常に仕える神が、あなたを救われるように」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:16 Then the king gave orders, and Daniel was brought in and cast into the lions' den. The king spoke and said to Daniel, "Your God whom you constantly serve will Himself deliver you."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:17---- ダニエル書 6:17 そして一つの石を持ってきて、穴の口をふさいだので、王は自分の印と、大臣らの印をもって、これに封印した。これはダニエルの処置を変えることのないようにするためであった。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:17 A stone was brought and laid over the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the signet rings of his nobles, so that nothing would be changed in regard to Daniel.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:18---- ダニエル書 6:18 こうして王はその宮殿に帰ったが、その夜は食をとらず、また、そばめたちを召し寄せず、全く眠ることもしなかった。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:18 Then the king went off to his palace and spent the night fasting, and no entertainment was brought before him; and his sleep fled from him.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:19---- ダニエル書 6:19 こうして王は朝まだき起きて、ししの穴へ急いで行ったが、 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:19 Then the king arose at dawn, at the break of day, and went in haste to the lions' den.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:20---- ダニエル書 6:20 ダニエルのいる穴に近づいたとき、悲しげな声をあげて呼ばわり、ダニエルに言った、「生ける神のしもべダニエルよ、あなたが常に仕えている神はあなたを救って、ししの害を免れさせることができたか」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:20 When he had come near the den to Daniel, he cried out with a troubled voice. The king spoke and said to Daniel, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you constantly serve, been able to deliver you from the lions?"(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:21---- ダニエル書 6:21 ダニエルは王に言った、「王よ、どうか、とこしえに生きながらえられますように。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:21 Then Daniel spoke to the king. "O king, live forever!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:22---- ダニエル書 6:22 わたしの神はその使をおくって、ししの口を閉ざされたので、ししはわたしを害しませんでした。これはわたしに罪のないことが、神の前に認められたからです。王よ、わたしはあなたの前にも、何も悪い事をしなかったのです」。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:22 My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths and they have not harmed me, inasmuch as I was found innocent before Him; and also toward you, O king, I have committed no crime."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Daniel 6:23---- ダニエル書 6:23 そこで王は大いに喜び、ダニエルを穴の中から出せと命じたので、ダニエルは穴の中から出されたが、その身になんの害をも受けていなかった。これは彼が自分の神を頼みとしていたからである。 (JP) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dan 6:23 Then the king was very pleased and gave orders for Daniel to be taken up out of the den.
