Di dalam kedua surat itu aku berusaha menghidupkan pengertian yang murni oleh peringatan-peringatan,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:1 This is now, beloved, the second letter I am writing to you in which I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of reminder,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:2---- 2Pe 3:2 supaya kamu mengingat akan perkataan yang dahulu telah diucapkan oleh nabi-nabi kudus dan mengingat akan perintah Tuhan dan Juruselamat yang telah disampaikan oleh rasul-rasulmu kepadamu.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:2 that you should remember the words spoken beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:3---- 2Pe 3:3 Yang terutama harus kamu ketahui ialah, bahwa pada hari-hari zaman akhir akan tampil pengejek-pengejek dengan ejekan-ejekannya, yaitu orang-orang yang hidup menuruti hawa nafsunya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:3 Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:4---- 2Pe 3:4 Kata mereka: "Di manakah janji tentang kedatangan-Nya itu? Sebab sejak bapa-bapa leluhur kita meninggal, segala sesuatu tetap seperti semula, pada waktu dunia diciptakan."(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:4 and saying, "Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation."(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:5---- 2Pe 3:5 Mereka sengaja tidak mau tahu, bahwa oleh firman Allah langit telah ada sejak dahulu, dan juga bumi yang berasal dari air dan oleh air,(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:5 For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:6---- 2Pe 3:6 dan bahwa oleh air itu, bumi yang dahulu telah binasa, dimusnahkan oleh air bah.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:6 through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:7---- 2Pe 3:7 Tetapi oleh firman itu juga langit dan bumi yang sekarang terpelihara dari api dan disimpan untuk hari penghakiman dan kebinasaan orang-orang fasik.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:7 But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:8---- 2Pe 3:8 Akan tetapi, saudara-saudaraku yang kekasih, yang satu ini tidak boleh kamu lupakan, yaitu, bahwa di hadapan Tuhan satu hari sama seperti seribu tahun dan seribu tahun sama seperti satu hari.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:8 But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:9---- 2Pe 3:9 Tuhan tidak lalai menepati janji-Nya, sekalipun ada orang yang menganggapnya sebagai kelalaian, tetapi Ia sabar terhadap kamu, karena Ia menghendaki supaya jangan ada yang binasa, melainkan supaya semua orang berbalik dan bertobat.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:10---- 2Pe 3:10 Tetapi hari Tuhan akan tiba seperti pencuri. Pada hari itu langit akan lenyap dengan gemuruh yang dahsyat dan unsur-unsur dunia akan hangus dalam nyala api, dan bumi dan segala yang ada di atasnya akan hilang lenyap.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:11---- 2Pe 3:11 Jadi, jika segala sesuatu ini akan hancur secara demikian, betapa suci dan salehnya kamu harus hidup(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:12---- 2Pe 3:12 yaitu kamu yang menantikan dan mempercepat kedatangan hari Allah. Pada hari itu langit akan binasa dalam api dan unsur-unsur dunia akan hancur karena nyalanya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat!(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:13---- 2Pe 3:13 Tetapi sesuai dengan janji-Nya, kita menantikan langit yang baru dan bumi yang baru, di mana terdapat kebenaran.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:13 But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:14---- 2Pe 3:14 Sebab itu, saudara-saudaraku yang kekasih, sambil menantikan semuanya ini, kamu harus berusaha, supaya kamu kedapatan tak bercacat dan tak bernoda di hadapan-Nya, dalam perdamaian dengan Dia.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:14 Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:15---- 2Pe 3:15 Anggaplah kesabaran Tuhan kita sebagai kesempatan bagimu untuk beroleh selamat, seperti juga Paulus, saudara kita yang kekasih, telah menulis kepadamu menurut hikmat yang dikaruniakan kepadanya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:15 and regard the patience of our Lord as salvation; just as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, wrote to you,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:16---- 2Pe 3:16 Hal itu dibuatnya dalam semua suratnya, apabila ia berbicara tentang perkara-perkara ini. Dalam surat-suratnya itu ada hal-hal yang sukar difahami, sehingga orang-orang yang tidak memahaminya dan yang tidak teguh imannya, memutarbalikkannya menjadi kebinasaan mereka sendiri, sama seperti yang juga mereka buat dengan tulisan-tulisan yang lain.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:16 as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:17---- 2Pe 3:17 Tetapi kamu, saudara-saudaraku yang kekasih, kamu telah mengetahui hal ini sebelumnya. Karena itu waspadalah, supaya kamu jangan terseret ke dalam kesesatan orang-orang yang tak mengenal hukum, dan jangan kehilangan peganganmu yang teguh.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:17 You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness,(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- 2 Peter 3:18---- 2Pe 3:18 Tetapi bertumbuhlah dalam kasih karunia dan dalam pengenalan akan Tuhan dan Juruselamat kita, Yesus Kristus. Bagi-Nya kemuliaan, sekarang dan sampai selama-lamanya.(Malay) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2Pe 3:18 but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
