Исход 22:1 Если кто украдет вола или овцу и заколет или продаст, то пять волов заплатит за вола и четыре овцы за овцу.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:1 "If a man steals an ox or a sheep and slaughters it or sells it, he shall pay five oxen for the ox and four sheep for the sheep.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:2---- Исход 22:2 Если кто застанет вора подкапывающего и ударит его, так что он умрет, то кровь не вменится ему;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:2 "If the thief is caught while breaking in and is struck so that he dies, there will be no bloodguiltiness on his account.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:3---- Исход 22:3 но если взошло над ним солнце, то вменится ему кровь. Укравший должен заплатить; а если нечем, то пусть продадут его для уплаты за украденное им;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:3 But if the sun has risen on him, there will be bloodguiltiness on his account. He shall surely make restitution; if he owns nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:4---- Исход 22:4 если украденное найдется у него в руках живым, вол ли то, или осел, или овца, пусть заплатит вдвое.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:4 If what he stole is actually found alive in his possession, whether an ox or a donkey or a sheep, he shall pay double.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:5---- Исход 22:5 Если кто потравит поле, или виноградник, пустив скот свой травить чужое поле, пусть вознаградит лучшим из поля своего и лучшим извиноградника своего.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:5 "If a man lets a field or vineyard be grazed bare and lets his animal loose so that it grazes in another man's field, he shall make restitution from the best of his own field and the best of his own vineyard.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:6---- Исход 22:6 Если появится огонь и охватит терн и выжжет копны, или жатву, или поле, то должен заплатить, кто произвел сей пожар.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:6 "If a fire breaks out and spreads to thorn bushes, so that stacked grain or the standing grain or the field itself is consumed, he who started the fire shall surely make restitution.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:7---- Исход 22:7 Если кто отдаст ближнему на сохранение серебро или вещи, и ониукрадены будут из дома его, то, если найдется вор, пусть он заплатит вдвое;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:7 "If a man gives his neighbor money or goods to keep for him and it is stolen from the man's house, if the thief is caught, he shall pay double.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:8---- Исход 22:8 а если не найдется вор, пусть хозяин дома придет пред судей и поклянется , что не простер руки своей на собственность ближнего своего.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:8 If the thief is not caught, then the owner of the house shall appear before the judges, to determine whether he laid his hands on his neighbor's property.(NASB-1995) ================================================================================ ---- Exodus 22:9---- Исход 22:9 О всякой вещи спорной, о воле, об осле, об овце, об одежде, о всякой вещи потерянной, о которой кто-нибудь скажет, что она его, дело обоих должно бытьдоведено до судей: кого обвинят судьи, тот заплатит ближнему своему вдвое.(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:9 For every breach of trust, whether it is for ox, for donkey, for sheep, for clothing, or for any lost thing about which one says, 'This is it,' the case of both parties shall come before the judges; и хозяин должен принять, а тот не будет платить;(RU) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Exo 22:11 an oath before the Lord shall be made by the two of them that he has not laid hands on his neighbor's property; it is his cloak for his body. What else shall he sleep in?
