Romans 13:1 Ang bawa't kaluluwa ay pasakop sa matataas na kapangyarihan: sapagka't walang kapangyarihan na hindi mula sa Dios; at ang mga kapangyarihang yao'y hinirang ng Dios.(Tagalog-PH) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rom 13:1 Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. Do you want to have no fear of authority?
