And they said, "So do, as you have said." (nasb) Gen 18:5 And I will bring a morsel of bread, that you may refresh your hearts. After that you may pass by, inasmuch as you have come to your servant." They said, "Do as you have said." (nkjv) Gen 18:5 Und ich will einen Bissen Brot bringen, daß ihr euer Herz labt; darnach sollt ihr fortgehen. Denn darum seid ihr zu eurem Knecht gekommen. Sie sprachen: Tue wie du gesagt hast.(dhs) Gen 18:5 καὶ λήμψομαι ἄρτον καὶ φάγεσθε καὶ μετὰ τοῦτο παρελεύσεσθε εἰς τὴν ὁδὸν ὑμῶν οὗ εἵνεκεν ἐξεκλίνατε πρὸς τὸν παῖδα ὑμῶν καὶ εἶπαν οὕτως ποίησον καθὼς εἴρηκας (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:6 ============ Gen 18:6 So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah, and said, "Quickly, prepare three measures of fine flour, knead it and make bread cakes." (nkjv) Gen 18:6 Abraham eilte in die Hütte zu Sara und sprach: Eile und menge drei Maß Semmelmehl, knete und backe Kuchen.(dhs) Gen 18:6 καὶ ἔσπευσεν Αβρααμ ἐπὶ τὴν σκηνὴν πρὸς Σαρραν καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῇ σπεῦσον καὶ φύρασον τρία μέτρα σεμιδάλεως καὶ ποίησον ἐγκρυφίας (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:7 ============ Gen 18:7 Abraham also ran to the herd, and took a tender and choice calf and gave it to the servant, and he hurried to prepare it. Er antwortete: Drinnen in der Hütte.(dhs) Gen 18:9 εἶπεν δὲ πρὸς αὐτόν ποῦ Σαρρα ἡ γυνή σου ὁ δὲ ἀποκριθεὶς εἶπεν ἰδοὺ ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:10 ============ Gen 18:10 He said, "I will surely return to you at this time next year; and behold, Sarah your wife will have a son." And Sarah was listening at the tent door, which was behind him. (nasb) Gen 18:10 And He said, "I will certainly return to you according to the time of life, and behold, Sarah your wife shall have a son." (Sarah was listening in the tent door which was behind him.) (nkjv) Gen 18:10 Da sprach er: Ich will wieder zu dir kommen über ein Jahr; siehe, so soll Sara, dein Weib, einen Sohn haben. (nkjv) Gen 18:12 Darum lachte sie bei sich selbst und sprach: Nun ich alt bin, soll ich noch Wollust pflegen, und mein Herr ist auch alt?(dhs) Gen 18:12 ἐγέλασεν δὲ Σαρρα ἐν ἑαυτῇ λέγουσα οὔπω μέν μοι γέγονεν ἕως τοῦ νῦν ὁ δὲ κύριός μου πρεσβύτερος (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:13 ============ Gen 18:13 And the Lord said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh, saying, 'Shall I indeed bear a child, when I am so old?' (nasb) Gen 18:13 And the Lord said to Abraham, "Why did Sarah laugh, saying, 'Shall I surely bear a child, since I am old?' (nkjv) Gen 18:13 Da sprach der HERR zu Abraham: Warum lacht Sara und spricht: Meinst du, das es wahr sei, daß ich noch gebären werde, so ich doch alt bin?(dhs) Gen 18:13 καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρὸς Αβρααμ τί ὅτι ἐγέλασεν Σαρρα ἐν ἑαυτῇ λέγουσα ἆρά γε ἀληθῶς τέξομαι ἐγὼ δὲ γεγήρακα (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:14 ============ Gen 18:14 Is anything too difficult for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, at this time next year, and Sarah will have a son." (nasb) Gen 18:14 Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son." (nkjv) Gen 18:14 Sollte dem HERRN etwas unmöglich sein? Um diese Zeit will ich wieder zu dir kommen über ein Jahr, so soll Sara einen Sohn haben.(dhs) Gen 18:14 μὴ ἀδυνατεῖ παρὰ τῷ θεῷ ῥῆμα εἰς τὸν καιρὸν τοῦτον ἀναστρέψω πρὸς σὲ εἰς ὥρας καὶ ἔσται τῇ Σαρρα υἱός (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:15 ============ Gen 18:15 Sarah denied it however, saying, "I did not laugh"; for she was afraid. And He said, "No, but you did laugh." (nasb) Gen 18:15 But Sarah denied it, saying, "I did not laugh," for she was afraid. And He said, "No, but you did laugh!" (nkjv) Gen 18:15 Da leugnete Sara und sprach: Ich habe nicht gelacht; denn sie fürchtete sich. Aber er sprach: Es ist nicht also; du hast gelacht.(dhs) Gen 18:15 ἠρνήσατο δὲ Σαρρα λέγουσα οὐκ ἐγέλασα ἐφοβήθη γάρ καὶ εἶπεν οὐχί ἀλλὰ ἐγέλασας (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:16 ============ Gen 18:16 Then the men rose up from there, and looked down toward Sodom; and Abraham was walking with them to send them off. (nkjv) Gen 18:16 Da standen die Männer auf von dannen und wandten sich gegen Sodom; und Abraham ging mit ihnen, daß er sie geleitete.(dhs) Gen 18:16 ἐξαναστάντες δὲ ἐκεῖθεν οἱ ἄνδρες κατέβλεψαν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον Σοδομων καὶ Γομορρας Αβρααμ δὲ συνεπορεύετο μετ᾽ αὐτῶν συμπροπέμπων αὐτούς (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:17 ============ Gen 18:17 The Lord said, "Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do, (nasb) Gen 18:17 And the Lord said, "Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing, (nkjv) Gen 18:17 Da sprach der HERR: Wie kann ich Abraham verbergen, was ich tue,(dhs) Gen 18:17 ὁ δὲ κύριος εἶπεν μὴ κρύψω ἐγὼ ἀπὸ Αβρααμ τοῦ παιδός μου ἃ ἐγὼ ποιῶ (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:18 ============ Gen 18:18 since Abraham will surely become a great and mighty nation, and in him all the nations of the earth will be blessed? (nasb) Gen 18:18 since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? (nkjv) Gen 18:18 sintemal er ein großes und mächtiges Volk soll werden, und alle Völker auf Erden in ihm gesegnet werden sollen?(dhs) Gen 18:18 Αβρααμ δὲ γινόμενος ἔσται εἰς ἔθνος μέγα καὶ πολύ καὶ ἐνευλογηθήσονται ἐν αὐτῷ πάντα τὰ ἔθνη τῆς γῆς (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:19 ============ Gen 18:19 For I have chosen him, so that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the Lord by doing righteousness and justice, so that the Lord may bring upon Abraham what He has spoken about him." (nasb) Gen 18:19 For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him." (nkjv) Gen 18:19 Denn ich weiß, er wird befehlen seinen Kindern und seinem Hause nach ihm, daß sie des HERRN Wege halten und tun, was recht und gut ist, auf daß der HERR auf Abraham kommen lasse, was er ihm verheißen hat.(dhs) Gen 18:19 ᾔδειν γὰρ ὅτι συντάξει τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ καὶ τῷ οἴκῳ αὐτοῦ μετ᾽ αὐτόν καὶ φυλάξουσιν τὰς ὁδοὺς κυρίου ποιεῖν δικαιοσύνην καὶ κρίσιν ὅπως ἂν ἐπαγάγῃ κύριος ἐπὶ Αβρααμ πάντα ὅσα ἐλάλησεν πρὸς αὐτόν (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:20 ============ Gen 18:20 And the Lord said, "The outcry of Sodom and Gomorrah is indeed great, and their sin is exceedingly grave. (nasb) Gen 18:20 And the Lord said, "Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grave, (nkjv) Gen 18:20 Und der HERR sprach: Es ist ein Geschrei zu Sodom und Gomorra, das ist groß, und ihre Sünden sind sehr schwer.(dhs) Gen 18:20 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος κραυγὴ Σοδομων καὶ Γομορρας πεπλήθυνται καὶ αἱ ἁμαρτίαι αὐτῶν μεγάλαι σφόδρα (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:21 ============ Gen 18:21 I will go down now, and see if they have done entirely according to its outcry, which has come to Me; and if not, I will know." (nasb) Gen 18:23 And Abraham came near and said, "Would You also destroy the righteous with the wicked? (nkjv) Gen 18:23 und trat zu ihm und sprach: Willst du denn den Gerechten mit dem Gottlosen umbringen?(dhs) Gen 18:23 καὶ ἐγγίσας Αβρααμ εἶπεν μὴ συναπολέσῃς δίκαιον μετὰ ἀσεβοῦς καὶ ἔσται ὁ δίκαιος ὡς ὁ ἀσεβής (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:24 ============ Gen 18:24 Suppose there are fifty righteous within the city; will You indeed sweep it away and not spare the place for the sake of the fifty righteous who are in it? (nasb) Gen 18:24 Suppose there were fifty righteous within the city; would You also destroy the place and not spare it for the fifty righteous that were in it? (nkjv) Gen 18:24 Es mögen vielleicht fünfzig Gerechte in der Stadt sein; wolltest du die umbringen und dem Ort nicht vergeben um fünfzig Gerechter willen, die darin wären?(dhs) Gen 18:24 ἐὰν ὦσιν πεντήκοντα δίκαιοι ἐν τῇ πόλει ἀπολεῖς αὐτούς οὐκ ἀνήσεις πάντα τὸν τόπον ἕνεκεν τῶν πεντήκοντα δικαίων ἐὰν ὦσιν ἐν αὐτῇ (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:25 ============ Gen 18:25 Far be it from You to do such a thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous and the wicked are treated alike. Far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth deal justly?" (nasb) Gen 18:25 Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?" (nkjv) Gen 18:25 Das sei ferne von dir, daß du das tust und tötest den Gerechten mit dem Gottlosen, daß der Gerechte sei gleich wie der Gottlose! Das sei ferne von dir, der du aller Welt Richter bist! Du wirst so nicht richten.(dhs) Gen 18:25 μηδαμῶς σὺ ποιήσεις ὡς τὸ ῥῆμα τοῦτο τοῦ ἀποκτεῖναι δίκαιον μετὰ ἀσεβοῦς καὶ ἔσται ὁ δίκαιος ὡς ὁ ἀσεβής μηδαμῶς ὁ κρίνων πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν οὐ ποιήσεις κρίσιν (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:26 ============ Gen 18:26 So the Lord said, "If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare the whole place on their account." (nkjv) Gen 18:26 Der HERR sprach: Finde ich fünfzig Gerechte zu Sodom in der Stadt, so will ich um ihrer willen dem ganzen Ort vergeben.(dhs) Gen 18:26 εἶπεν δὲ κύριος ἐὰν εὕρω ἐν Σοδομοις πεντήκοντα δικαίους ἐν τῇ πόλει ἀφήσω πάντα τὸν τόπον δι᾽ αὐτούς (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:27 ============ Gen 18:27 And Abraham replied, "Now behold, I have ventured to speak to the Lord, although I am but dust and ashes. (nasb) Gen 18:27 Then Abraham answered and said, "Indeed now, I who am but dust and ashes have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: (nkjv) Gen 18:27 Abraham antwortete und sprach: Ach siehe, ich habe mich unterwunden zu reden mit dem HERRN, wie wohl ich Erde und Asche bin.(dhs) Gen 18:27 καὶ ἀποκριθεὶς Αβρααμ εἶπεν νῦν ἠρξάμην λαλῆσαι πρὸς τὸν κύριον ἐγὼ δέ εἰμι γῆ καὶ σποδός (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:28 ============ Gen 18:28 Suppose the fifty righteous are lacking five, will You destroy the whole city because of five?" And He said, "I will not destroy it if I find forty-five there." (nasb) Gen 18:28 Suppose there were five less than the fifty righteous; would You destroy all of the city for lack of five?" So He said, "If I find there forty-five, I will not destroy it." (nkjv) Gen 18:28 Es möchten vielleicht fünf weniger den fünfzig Gerechte darin sein; wolltest du denn die ganze Stadt verderben um der fünf willen? Er sprach: Finde ich darin fünfundvierzig, so will ich sie nicht verderben.(dhs) Gen 18:28 ἐὰν δὲ ἐλαττονωθῶσιν οἱ πεντήκοντα δίκαιοι πέντε ἀπολεῖς ἕνεκεν τῶν πέντε πᾶσαν τὴν πόλιν καὶ εἶπεν οὐ μὴ ἀπολέσω ἐὰν εὕρω ἐκεῖ τεσσαράκοντα πέντε (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:29 ============ Gen 18:29 He spoke to Him yet again and said, "Suppose forty are found there?" And He said, "I will not do it on account of the forty." (nasb) Gen 18:29 And he spoke to Him yet again and said, "Suppose there should be forty found there?" So He said, "I will not do it for the sake of forty." (nkjv) Gen 18:29 Und er fuhr fort mit ihm zu reden und sprach: Man möchte vielleicht vierzig darin finden. Er aber sprach: Ich will ihnen nichts tun um der vierzig willen.(dhs) Gen 18:29 καὶ προσέθηκεν ἔτι λαλῆσαι πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ εἶπεν ἐὰν δὲ εὑρεθῶσιν ἐκεῖ τεσσαράκοντα καὶ εἶπεν οὐ μὴ ἀπολέσω ἕνεκεν τῶν τεσσαράκοντα (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:30 ============ Gen 18:30 Then he said, "Oh may the Lord not be angry, and I shall speak; suppose thirty are found there?" And He said, "I will not do it if I find thirty there." (nasb) Gen 18:30 Then he said, "Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Suppose thirty should be found there?" So He said, "I will not do it if I find thirty there." (nkjv) Gen 18:30 Abraham sprach: Zürne nicht, HERR, daß ich noch mehr rede. Man möchte vielleicht dreißig darin finden. Er aber sprach: Finde ich dreißig darin, so will ich ihnen nichts tun.(dhs) Gen 18:30 καὶ εἶπεν μή τι κύριε ἐὰν λαλήσω ἐὰν δὲ εὑρεθῶσιν ἐκεῖ τριάκοντα καὶ εἶπεν οὐ μὴ ἀπολέσω ἐὰν εὕρω ἐκεῖ τριάκοντα (lxx) ======= Genesis 18:31 ============ Gen 18:31 And he said, "Now behold, I have ventured to speak to the Lord; suppose twenty are found there?" And He said, "I will not destroy it on account of the twenty." (nasb) Gen 18:31 And he said, "Indeed now, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: Suppose twenty should be found there?" So He said, "I will not destroy it for the sake of twenty." (nkjv) Gen 18:31 Und er sprach: Ach siehe, ich habe mich unterwunden mit dem HERRN zu reden. Man möchte vielleicht zwanzig darin finden.
