Links to all Books and Chapters Today's Date: 5/17/2025 ======= Numbers 6:1 ============ Num 6:1 Again the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nasb) Num 6:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,(kjv) Num 6:1 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:2 ============ Num 6:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, 'When a man or woman makes a special vow, the vow of a Nazirite, to dedicate himself to the Lord,(nasb) Num 6:2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When either man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the LORD:(kjv) Num 6:2 "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'When either a man or woman consecrates an offering to take the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the Lord,(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:3 ============ Num 6:3 he shall abstain from wine and strong drink; he shall drink no vinegar, whether made from wine or strong drink, nor shall he drink any grape juice nor eat fresh or dried grapes.(nasb) Num 6:3 He shall separate himself from wine and strong drink, and shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of strong drink, neither shall he drink any liquor of grapes, nor eat moist grapes, or dried.(kjv) Num 6:3 he shall separate himself from wine and similar drink; he shall drink neither vinegar made from wine nor vinegar made from similar drink; neither shall he drink any grape juice, nor eat fresh grapes or raisins.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:4 ============ Num 6:4 All the days of his separation he shall not eat anything that is produced by the grape vine, from the seeds even to the skin.(nasb) Num 6:4 All the days of his separation shall he eat nothing that is made of the vine tree, from the kernels even to the husk.(kjv) Num 6:4 All the days of his separation he shall eat nothing that is produced by the grapevine, from seed to skin.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:5 ============ Num 6:5 'All the days of his vow of separation no razor shall pass over his head. He shall be holy until the days are fulfilled for which he separated himself to the Lord; he shall let the locks of hair on his head grow long.(nasb) Num 6:5 All the days of the vow of his separation there shall no razor come upon his head: until the days be fulfilled, in the which he separateth himself unto the LORD, he shall be holy, and shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow.(kjv) Num 6:5 All the days of the vow of his separation no razor shall come upon his head; until the days are fulfilled for which he separated himself to the Lord, he shall be holy. And that same day he shall consecrate his head,(nasb) Num 6:11 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.(kjv) Num 6:11 and the priest shall offer one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering, and make atonement for him, because he sinned in regard to the corpse; and he shall sanctify his head that same day.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:12 ============ Num 6:12 and shall dedicate to the Lord his days as a Nazirite, and shall bring a male lamb a year old for a guilt offering; but the former days will be void because his separation was defiled.(nasb) Num 6:12 And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.(kjv) Num 6:12 He shall consecrate to the Lord the days of his separation, and bring a male lamb in its first year as a trespass offering; but the former days shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:13 ============ Num 6:13 'Now this is the law of the Nazirite when the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall bring the offering to the doorway of the tent of meeting.(nasb) Num 6:13 And this is the law of the Nazarite, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation:(kjv) Num 6:13 'Now this is the law of the Nazirite: When the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall be brought to the door of the tabernacle of meeting.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:14 ============ Num 6:14 He shall present his offering to the Lord: one male lamb a year old without defect for a burnt offering and one ewe-lamb a year old without defect for a sin offering and one ram without defect for a peace offering,(nasb) Num 6:14 And he shall offer his offering unto the LORD, one he lamb of the first year without blemish for a burnt offering, and one ewe lamb of the first year without blemish for a sin offering, and one ram without blemish for peace offerings,(kjv) Num 6:14 And he shall present his offering to the Lord: one male lamb in its first year without blemish as a burnt offering, one ewe lamb in its first year without blemish as a sin offering, one ram without blemish as a peace offering,(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:15 ============ Num 6:15 and a basket of unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil and unleavened wafers spread with oil, along with their grain offering and their drink offering.(nasb) Num 6:15 And a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, and wafers of unleavened bread anointed with oil, and their meat offering, and their drink offerings.(kjv) Num 6:15 a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and their grain offering with their drink offerings.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:16 ============ Num 6:16 Then the priest shall present them before the Lord and shall offer his sin offering and his burnt offering.(nasb) Num 6:16 And the priest shall bring them before the LORD, and shall offer his sin offering, and his burnt offering:(kjv) Num 6:16 Then the priest shall bring them before the Lord and offer his sin offering and his burnt offering;(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:17 ============ Num 6:17 He shall also offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings to the Lord, together with the basket of unleavened cakes; the priest shall also offer its grain offering and its drink offering.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:18 ============ Num 6:18 The Nazirite shall then shave his dedicated head of hair at the doorway of the tent of meeting, and take the dedicated hair of his head and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace offerings.(nasb) Num 6:18 And the Nazarite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it in the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offerings.(kjv) Num 6:18 Then the Nazirite shall shave his consecrated head at the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and shall take the hair from his consecrated head and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of the peace offering.(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:19 ============ Num 6:19 The priest shall take the ram's shoulder when it has been boiled, and one unleavened cake out of the basket and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them on the hands of the Nazirite after he has shaved his dedicated hair.(nasb) Num 6:19 And the priest shall take the sodden shoulder of the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them upon the hands of the Nazarite, after the hair of his separation is shaven:(kjv) Num 6:19 And the priest shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram, one unleavened cake from the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and put them upon the hands of the Nazirite after he has shaved his consecrated hair,(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:20 ============ Num 6:20 Then the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the Lord. It is holy for the priest, together with the breast offered by waving and the thigh offered by lifting up; and afterward the Nazirite may drink wine.'(nasb) Num 6:20 And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before the LORD: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine.(kjv) Num 6:20 and the priest shall wave them as a wave offering before the Lord; they are holy for the priest, together with the breast of the wave offering and the thigh of the heave offering. After that the Nazirite may drink wine.'(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:21 ============ Num 6:21 "This is the law of the Nazirite who vows his offering to the Lord according to his separation, in addition to what else he can afford; according to his vow which he takes, so he shall do according to the law of his separation." You shall say to them:(nasb) Num 6:23 Speak unto Aaron and unto his sons, saying, On this wise ye shall bless the children of Israel, saying unto them,(kjv) Num 6:23 "Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, 'This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:24 ============ Num 6:24 The Lord bless you, and keep you;(nasb) Num 6:24 The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:(kjv) Num 6:24 "The Lord bless you and keep you;(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:25 ============ Num 6:25 The Lord make His face shine on you, And be gracious to you;(nasb) Num 6:25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:(kjv) Num 6:25 The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;(nkjv) ======= Numbers 6:26 ============ Num 6:26 The Lord lift up His countenance on you, And give you peace.'(nasb) Num 6:26 The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.(kjv) Num 6:26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace."
