You will thus eat your food to the full and live securely in your land.(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:6 ============ Lev 26:6 And I will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.(KJV) Leviticus 26:6 And I will sende peace in the land, and ye shall sleepe and none shal make you afraid: also I will rid euill beastes out of the lande, and the sworde shall not go through your lande.(Geneva) Lévitique 26:6 Je mettrai la paix dans le pays, et personne ne troublera votre sommeil; je ferai disparaître du pays les bêtes féroces, et l'épée ne passera point par votre pays.(FR) 6 ׃26 וְנָתַתִּ֤י שָׁלוֹם֙ בָּאָ֔רֶץ וּשְׁכַבְתֶּ֖ם וְאֵ֣ין מַחֲרִ֑יד וְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֞י חַיָּ֤ה רָעָה֙ מִן־הָאָ֔רֶץ וְחֶ֖רֶב לֹא־תַעֲבֹ֥ר בְּאַרְצְכֶֽם׃ Leviticus Lev 26:6 I shall also grant peace in the land, so that you may lie down with no one making you tremble. (nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:14 ============ Lev 26:14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;(KJV) Leviticus 26:14 But if ye will not obey me, nor do all these commandements,(Geneva) Lévitique 26:14 Mais si vous ne m'écoutez point et ne mettez point en pratique tous ces commandements,(FR) 14 ׃26 וְאִם־לֹ֥א תִשְׁמְע֖וּ לִ֑י וְלֹ֣א תַעֲשׂ֔וּ אֵ֥ת כָּל־הַמִּצְוֺ֖ת הָאֵֽלֶּה׃ Leviticus Lev 26:14 'But if you do not obey Me and do not carry out all these commandments,(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:15 ============ Lev 26:15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:(KJV) Leviticus 26:15 And if ye shall despise mine ordinances, either if your soule abhorre my lawes, so that yee will not do all my commandements, but breake my couenant,(Geneva) Lévitique 26:15 si vous méprisez mes lois, et si votre âme a en horreur mes ordonnances, en sorte que vous ne pratiquiez point tous mes commandements et que vous rompiez mon alliance,(FR) 15 ׃26 וְאִם־בְּחֻקֹּתַ֣י תִּמְאָ֔סוּ וְאִ֥ם אֶת־מִשְׁפָּטַ֖י תִּגְעַ֣ל נַפְשְׁכֶ֑ם לְבִלְתִּ֤י עֲשׂוֹת֙ אֶת־כָּל־מִצְוֺתַ֔י לְהַפְרְכֶ֖ם אֶת־בְּרִיתִֽי׃ Leviticus Lev 26:15 if, instead, you reject My statutes, and if your soul abhors My ordinances so as not to carry out all My commandments, and so break My covenant,(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:16 ============ Lev 26:16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.(KJV) Leviticus 26:16 Then wil I also do this vnto you, I wil appoint ouer you fearefulnes, a consumption, and the burning ague to consume the eyes, and make the heart heauie, and you shall sowe your seede in vaine: for your enemies shall eate it:(Geneva) Lévitique 26:16 voici alors ce que je vous ferai. I will also make your sky like iron and your earth like bronze.(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:20 ============ Lev 26:20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.(KJV) Leviticus 26:20 And your strength shalbe spent in vaine: neither shall your lande giue her increase, neither shall the trees of the land giue their fruite.(Geneva) Lévitique 26:20 Votre force s'épuisera inutilement, votre terre ne donnera pas ses produits, et les arbres de la terre ne donneront pas leurs fruits.(FR) 20 ׃26 וְתַ֥ם לָרִ֖יק כֹּחֲכֶ֑ם וְלֹֽא־תִתֵּ֤ן אַרְצְכֶם֙ אֶת־יְבוּלָ֔הּ וְעֵ֣ץ הָאָ֔רֶץ לֹ֥א יִתֵּ֖ן פִּרְיֽוֹ׃ Leviticus Lev 26:20 Your strength will be spent uselessly, for your land will not yield its produce and the trees of the land will not yield their fruit.(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:21 ============ Lev 26:21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.(KJV) Leviticus 26:21 And if ye walke stubburnly against me, and will not obey mee, I will then bring seuen times mo plagues vpon you, according to your sinnes.(Geneva) Lévitique 26:21 Si vous me résistez et ne voulez point m'écouter, je vous frapperai sept fois plus selon vos péchés.(FR) 21 ׃26 וְאִם־תֵּֽלְכ֤וּ עִמִּי֙ קֶ֔רִי וְלֹ֥א תֹאב֖וּ לִשְׁמֹ֣עַֽ לִ֑י וְיָסַפְתִּ֤י עֲלֵיכֶם֙ מַכָּ֔ה שֶׁ֖בַע כְּחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ Leviticus Lev 26:21 'If then, you act with hostility against Me and are unwilling to obey Me, I will increase the plague on you seven times according to your sins.(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:22 ============ Lev 26:22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.(KJV) Leviticus 26:22 I will also sende wilde beastes vpon you, which shall spoyle you, and destroy your cattell, & make you fewe in number: so your hye waies shalbe desolate.(Geneva) Lévitique 26:22 J'enverrai contre vous les animaux des champs, qui vous priveront de vos enfants, qui détruiront votre bétail, et qui vous réduiront à un petit nombre; et vos chemins seront déserts.(FR) 22 ׃26 וְהִשְׁלַחְתִּ֨י בָכֶ֜ם אֶת־חַיַּ֤ת הַשָּׂדֶה֙ וְשִׁכְּלָ֣ה אֶתְכֶ֔ם וְהִכְרִ֙יתָה֙ אֶת־בְּהֶמְתְּכֶ֔ם וְהִמְעִ֖יטָה אֶתְכֶ֑ם וְנָשַׁ֖מּוּ דַּרְכֵיכֶֽם׃ Leviticus Lev 26:22 I will let loose among you the beasts of the field, which will bereave you of your children and destroy your cattle and reduce your number so that your roads lie deserted.(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:23 ============ Lev 26:23 And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;(KJV) Leviticus 26:23 Yet if by these ye will not be reformed by me, but walke stubburnly against me,(Geneva) Lévitique 26:23 Si ces châtiments ne vous corrigent point et si vous me résistez,(FR) 23 ׃26 וְאִ֨ם־בְּאֵ֔לֶּה לֹ֥א תִוָּסְר֖וּ לִ֑י וַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥ם עִמִּ֖י קֶֽרִי׃ Leviticus Lev 26:23 'And if by these things you are not turned to Me, but act with hostility against Me,(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:24 ============ Lev 26:24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.(KJV) Leviticus 26:24 Then wil I also walke stubburnly against you, and I will smite you yet seuen times for your sinnes:(Geneva) Lévitique 26:24 je vous résisterai aussi et je vous frapperai sept fois plus pour vos péchés.(FR) 24 ׃26 וְהָלַכְתִּ֧י אַף־אֲנִ֛י עִמָּכֶ֖ם בְּקֶ֑רִי וְהִכֵּיתִ֤י אֶתְכֶם֙ גַּם־אָ֔נִי שֶׁ֖בַע עַל־חַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ Leviticus Lev 26:24 then I will act with hostility against you; and I, even I, will strike you seven times for your sins.(nasb) ======= Leviticus 26:25 ============ Lev 26:25 And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when ye are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and ye shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.(KJV) Leviticus 26:25 And I wil send a sword vpon you, that shal auenge the quarel of my couenant: and when ye are gathered in your cities, I wil send the pestilence among you, and ye shall be deliuered into the hand of the enemie.(Geneva) Lévitique 26:25 Je ferai venir contre vous l'épée, qui vengera mon alliance;
